Located on the northern coast of the Peloponnese, near the town of Aigio and about 30âŻkm northeast of Patras, the small seaside village of Loggos lies directly next to the traditional village of Selianitika. Offering beautiful panoramic views over the sea, the Corinthian Gulf, and the opposite coastline of Boeotia up to the peak of Mount Helikonas, Loggos is a peaceful and charming place. In neighboring Selianitika, youâll find a wide selection of tavernas, bakeries, grocery stores, an ATM, and various shops for daily needs.
In a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance to the village center and several local beaches, the comfortable holiday home Loggos is nestled in a well-maintained Mediterranean garden. This detached house is located in a peaceful residential area with other holiday homes and is only a short stroll from the sea. The main beach of the village is just 200âŻm away (500m by car) and features a long stretch of pebbles, with several serviced areas, tavernas, and cafĂ©s.
The private, fenced garden features a covered terrace with lounge furniture directly in front of the house, a BBQ area, and lush flowers, plants, and trees â all contributing to the Mediterranean atmosphere. The interior of the holiday home is tastefully and well-kept. High ceilings with modern color accents and an open wooden roof structure create a sense of spaciousness and comfort.
The elevated ground floor (accessed by 8 steps from the garden) has a private entrance leading directly into the open-plan living and dining room with a fireplace. Adjoining the living space are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own small terrace. From the living room, guests can access the spacious covered main terrace. The garden is for the exclusive use of guests.
The lower-ground apartment of the house, with its own separate entrance, is used by the owners.
The location of the holiday home is ideal for a relaxed and independent holiday. It offers convenient access from both Athens International Airport and the port of Patras. The area is a great base for hiking through the nearby vineyards or for visiting archaeological sites such as Ancient Corinth, Mycenae, Epidaurus, or Olympia.
