The studio is located in an apartment house built in 1994, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in the town centre. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Njivice. The studio is located on a 700 sqm open plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house and in a parking lot in the village.

air conditioning, underfloor heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), safe and washing machine. TV reception takes place via antenna, satellite.
