This stylish apartment for eight people spans two floors, connected by a staircase . With no fewer than four comfortable bedrooms spread across both floors, there's plenty of space and privacy for families, or several couples.
On the first floor are two bedrooms, one of which offers a beautiful view of the water . The other two bedrooms are on the second floor, one of which has a private balcony and bathtub – a special place to completely unwind.

The main bathroom is located on the first floor and features a walk-in rain shower , a bathtub , and a wonderful private sauna . There's also a second bathroom upstairs, complete with a shower and toilet – ideal for larger groups.

Reservations:
You must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. The resort may refuse reservations, especially for groups or non-leisure stays.
Youth groups and parties are not allowed.
A contract is concluded when the resort sends a confirmation or invoice.
Payments: For bookings more than 6 weeks in advance: 30% must be paid within 1 day after confirmation. 70% must be paid six weeks before arrival. For bookings within 6 weeks before arrival: The full amount must be paid within 1 day. Late payments will result in cancellation and liability for damages.
Purpose of stay:
The accommodation is intended for recreational use only.
Non-recreational use (such as temporary housing, work, commercial purposes) may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Behavior & Damage:
You are responsible for orderly behavior and liable for damage to property or inventory.
Nuisance or misconduct may result in immediate termination without refund.
Pets:
Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly accommodations, with a maximum of 2 per accommodation.
Pets must be declared when booking; the cost will be specified at the time of booking.
Deposit:
A security deposit of €150 per accommodation may be required to cover damages and ensure compliance with resort rules.
Cancellation & Change: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Free rebooking up to 14 days before arrival. No-shows will result in payment of the full reservation amount.
Liability:
The resort generally limits its liability for theft, loss or damage unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
You are jointly liable for damage caused by your group.
