The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals. A special bonus is the balcony that runs around the house - ideal for enjoying the view, the fresh mountain air and village life at any time of day. Located in the centre of the village, you are just steps away from the local shops, cosy cafés and hiking trails that take you through the beautiful countryside. This holiday home is the perfect base for anyone who loves authenticity, space and comfort. A place that brings back memories and that you will return to again and again.
Winter sports fans benefit from the ideal location in relation to the ski resorts of Kirchberg-KitzbĂŒhel (Panoramabahn gondola about 2 km away) and Bramberg-Neukirchen (Smaragdbahn ski lift about 2 km away).
In spring, summer and autumn, this region offers the most beautiful walks, cycling and mountain bike rides through untouched nature. Want to cool down on a hot summer day? There is a swimming pool 500 metres away on foot. The famous GroĂglockner but also the Krimmler WasserfĂ€lle are nearby, and both are definitely worth a visit!
Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted
