Completely renovated and newly furnished 2œ-room apartment on the top floor of a 4-family house in a quiet location with beautiful lake views.
Enjoy your vacation in an exceptionally quiet, slightly elevated residential area on the Höri peninsula on Lake Constance with enchanting views over the Untersee.
A bottle of âBodensee Seccoâ, a bowl of seasonal fruit and mineral water in the refrigerator will welcome you to your holiday home.
On the spacious balcony with lake view, you will find a bistro dining table, chairs, a parasol and a barbecue. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, a romantic dinner, or wonderful evenings watching beautiful sunsets on the balcony.
The lake with its beautiful (public) sunbathing lawn and gently sloping beach is only a 5-minute walk away. Car parking is also available there.
Are you traveling on the weekend or arriving late? On request, we will be happy to provide you with food for your first breakfast (against a shopping list and reimbursement of costs).
Free parking in front of the house, private parking spaces.

Large living room with open kitchen and access to the balcony. Modern sofa bed for 2 adults or 2 children (lying surface approx. 1.2m x 2m when pulled out). Large Velux skylights in the living room and kitchen, including remote-controlled shutters.
TV with satellite channels and portable radio.
Fitted kitchen with spacious counter and swivel chairs for dining. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, capsule and brew coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
Insect screens in every room. Infrared heating in every room. Wood-effect tiled flooring throughout.
Modern, bright bathroom with natural light, walk-in shower, freestanding oval bathtub, modern washbasin with vanity unit, and toilet.
Bedroom with king-size double bed, large built-in wardrobe, mirror, and chest of drawers.
Travel cot (Hauck, toddlers) and high chair available.
Detailed guest information folder with tips on interesting facts, excursions, restaurants, and entertainment is available.
Bicycles can be stored in the laundry drying room (e-bikes can also be charged) or in the hallway.
Interim cleaning for stays of more than 7 nights is available on request and for a fee.
Daily shopping can be done by car in 8 minutes. Bus line to Radolfzell or Ăhningen 120 meters away. Scheduled boat stops in Gaienhofen and Iznang approx. 3.2 km away.
The historic town of Stein am Rhein (Switzerland) is approx. 13 km away and the famous Rhine Falls in Neuhausen (Switzerland) are approx. 25 km away.
Bregenz/Austria is approx. 100 km away.
During the winter season, the nearest ski resort is approx. 80 km away.
The local community charges a visitor's tax of âŹ2.80 per person (children under 15 are exempt).
Short stays (2-3 nights) upon consultation with the host and separate offer.
