Located in Apfelstetten-MĂŒnsingen on the Swabian Alb, this freshly renovated 110 sqm apartment welcomes up to 8 guests in a peaceful cul-de-sac setting. You will find 3 comfortable bedrooms accommodating 6 guests, plus a sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The modern apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dedicated workspace, combining comfort with convenience for your stay.
Step outside to your private uncovered terrace where you can relax, dine together, or simply enjoy the tranquility after exploring the area. The shared garden provides additional outdoor space to unwind and connect with nature.
Shared parking is available at the property for up to 4 vehicles. Your pets are welcome to join your stay. Events are not permitted on the property. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, and quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Please handle furniture and equipment with care, keep the kitchen clean, and separate waste properly. Check-out is required by 10 am on departure day.
The location offers perfect access to the idyllic Lautertal valley, just a few kilometers away, providing excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, and exploring. Historic castles, impressive rock formations, and charming small towns await your discovery, making this an ideal base for experiencing the Swabian Alb.
The hosts live on-site but not in your booked property. Please note that exterior renovations, mainly the facade, are still in progress and will be completed in the coming weeks, though this will not impact your experience.
