Summary:
Modern vacation home âIm GrĂŒnenâ with 2 halves in a quiet location, each with a sunny terrace, sauna, fireplace and meadow view
The Space:
The SandKorn 1 vacation home offers enough space for two people, including a mobile extra bed for a small child. Cooking, living and relaxing are all possible on the first floor. From here you have direct access to the garden with a terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. Meals are served at a table for two. Next to it is a cozy living area with a fireplace and sofa for relaxing. The stairs lead to the upper floor. Here you will find the bedroom with a large double bed and plenty of storage space to store your vacation luggage. A bathroom with shower and sauna is available for your wellness program. So your vacation days at the Baltic Sea can be a little cooler. What's more, you can see as far as the Bodden from the bathroom and sauna.
The semi-detached houses Sandkorn 1 and Sandkorn 2, whose terraces are separated by a lushly overgrown Corten steel container and thus guarantee privacy, can also be booked together and offer space for a total of 6 people. The entire house is surrounded by a garden with a lawn and a lush frieze wall with beach and hedge roses, sea buckthorn, lavender and lilac. Garden furniture, a garden shower and parasols make warm summers a pleasure. Sandkorn 1 is the perfect retreat for some time out.
Bicycles and sports equipment can be stored in the adjoining lockable garden shed.
Guest Access:
SK 1 + SK 2 can also be rented together for up to 6 people
The house SandKorn is equipped with insect screens on all windows due to its âgreen locationâ.
Free parking directly at the house, 1 wallbox for charging e-cars
The Neighborhood:
Numerous attractions and activities await you on site, which are recorded in a self-designed guest book âfrom A to Zâ in the apartments. These include cycling tours, hikes, water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing and stand-up paddling, trips to the Bodden, visits to the beach and exploring the nearby small town of Barth and the fishing villages of Fuhlendorf and Bodstedt with their Zeesen boats and the WeiĂe Flotte landing stage.
