Discover the charm of the Dordogne in this pleasant 50 mÂČ air-conditioned house, set in a carefully restored former stone barn. Nestled in the heart of a quiet, elevated hamlet, it offers a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful open view of the rolling countryside from its sunny terrace.
Inside, you will enjoy a bright and welcoming space:
On the ground floor: living-dining room with a sofa bed, dining table convertible into a billiards table, fully equipped kitchenette, and dressing area.
Upstairs: attic bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, en-suite shower room, and WC.
The house has an unfenced 200 mÂČ plot, ideal for relaxing outdoors. For your leisure, games and bicycles are at your disposal.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and cleaning is included for a worry-free stay.
