Spread over three levels, the house features generous spaces and a warm ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area and living room, perfect for cooking and sharing meals. The cozy lounge boasts a beautiful period stone fireplace. Step directly onto the main terrace with a stone barbecue and outdoor dining area. The private pool (11x4 m), heated and open from May to October, with sun loungers, and the outdoor hot tub promise relaxation after your excursions. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring comfort for all guests.



Bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels). Final cleaning is included, but please leave the house tidy.



You have exclusive access to the house, pool, and hot tub. A small independent unit below is rented separately and has its own entrance. No spaces are shared. The house is not suitable for parties or events to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
