The house preserves the authentic atmosphere of traditional Italian summer holidays, when vacations lasted from June to September. The owners prefer longer stays, allowing guests to fully enjoy the home: sunbathing on the rooftop terrace, dining with a view of the Gulf of Naples, or having breakfast and watching the sunset on the main terrace.



The location is unique, offering a stunning panorama and proximity to the sea—perfect for those who want to walk to the rocky seafront just 300 meters away, where you’ll find beach clubs and boat rentals. The marina village, only 400 meters from the house, has two grocery shops and several restaurants. About 3 km away, there are supermarkets and other shops that can deliver groceries directly to the house.



Casa Mediterranea is also ideal for guests who love exploring the charming local lanes. The house doesn’t follow a minimalist or modern style; instead, it reflects the stories and passion of those who have lived here. If you’re looking for a welcoming place full of history and character, this is the perfect choice. If you prefer a modern, essential style, it might not be the right fit.
