The living/dining kitchen has a sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed when accommodating more than 2 people.
From this sofa, you can watch your favourite series on the 43" Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, oven and microwave has everything you need.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the storage room.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.

The flat has a small terrace. To access it, you need to walk through the hallway.

Free parking is available in front of the building.
Additional parking spaces are available directly on the street.
If you have an electric car, you can charge it at the building's own charging station.
