The Space:

Welcome to this spacious three-bedroom apartment, perfect for families or groups. As you arrive, you’ll find a private foyer at the entrance – ideal for storing skis, hiking boots, or strollers.



Entrance & Kitchen



Upon entering, you’ll step into a bright entrance hallway. To your right is the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare meals comfortably.



First Bedroom



To your left is the first bedroom, featuring two single beds and generous storage space – perfect for children, friends, or additional guests.



Living & Dining Area



Continue straight ahead into the spacious living and dining area, which will soon feature a luxurious Italian leather corner sofa, a stylish oak dining table with matching Italian leather chairs, and a new TV. This comfortable, modern space opens onto a private balcony with beautiful mountain views – the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes or exploring St. Moritz.



Bathrooms & Additional Bedrooms



Beyond the living room, you’ll find two modern bathrooms and two additional bedrooms. One of these bedrooms offers direct access to the balcony, allowing you to wake up to fresh mountain air and peaceful Alpine scenery.

Getting Around:

Directions from St. Moritz Train Station to Via Surpunt 35

🚶‍♂️ Walking (Approx. 25-30 minutes, 2.4 km):

Exit the St. Moritz train station and head down Via Grevas toward the lake.



Turn left onto Via Tegiatscha and continue straight.



Turn right onto Via Surpunt.



Continue along this road until you reach Via Surpunt 35.



Note: You will need to walk or drive into a small side road to reach the building, which is set back from the main street.



🚌 By Bus:

From St. Moritz Bahnhof (train station), take Bus Line 9 towards St. Moritz Bad.



Get off at the "St. Moritz Bad, Youth Hostel" stop.



Walk about 200 meters along Via Surpunt until you reach a small side road leading to the building at No. 35.



Travel time: Approximately 10 minutes by bus, plus 2-3 minutes on foot.

The nearest bus stop is "St. Moritz Bad, Youth Hostel", which is just a short walk from Via Surpunt 35.



This stop is regularly served by Bus Line 9.
