Mary Ann was an awesome host! She prepared us a delicious breakfast for each morning (and accommodated my dietary restrictions!). The location in perfect and close to everything including the beach (which is a minutes walk). We enjoyed our stay and making a new friend. Highly recommended!

Arctic Paradise is a single-room B&B located in a beautiful house near the sea in Seward. It is also close to restaurants and the docks where Seward tours depart. Other amenities, such as a supermarket and a laundromat, are nearby.The room isn't very large, but it has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated with artwork by the owner—a lady who also creates jewelry and stained-glass pieces (which are available for purchase). The bathroom is outside the room (right next door), but since I was the only guest, this wasn't an issue. The owner is extremely kind and can provide all the information you might need about the town.

Visit to Seward and Kenai Fjords national park

Beautiful area and park. Nice mountains, glaciers, lakes, hiking trails, and boats to park and wildlife, etc. Cute downtown area and good restaurants.

The food was great. The accommodations were nice but a little tight. Mary Ann was very responsive to our needs. Great location. Easy walk to the excursions.

Easy walk to harbor, Alaska Sea Life Center, and restaurants

Cozy place to stay in Seward. We stayed in the house where the owner lives upstairs. Easy to get in and out. Great breakfasts. Would stay again!

Great Location, Warm Host

The location was great. The food was wonderful, and our hostess was wonderful. The only pitfall was the height and size of the bed.

Sweet and comfy

We had a great few days at Arctic Paradise. Mary Anne was super helpful. She recommended (and even made the booking for us) a fabulous boat trip that was the highlight of our visit. She kept our room tidy and made delicious breakfasts.

Beautiful view, friendly host

Great location. Easy walking. Beautiful view. Small, but charming. Full size bed just not large enough for those of us use to sleeping in a king.

My husband and I stayed with Mary Ann for two nights and were very happy with our experience. The first floor room was comfortable, had a private bath right next door and included a table area for eating. Mary Ann prepared wonderful healthy breakfasts and placed them in the small fridge in the room so each morning you could enjoy coffee and your meal in private. I would definitely recommend her B & B to family and friends!
