Spacious, modern, and welcoming, Maison&Bonheur is located in the heart of a traditional salt-harvesting village and offers spaces designed for the whole family.
The first entrance leads to the garden and an annex fitted for 2 guests, providing privacy away from the main house. Just a few steps outside bring you to a second entrance through the fully equipped kitchenâperfect for cooking together, enjoying breakfast, or a coffee at the various seating areas.
The bright living room features a TV and a stove for cozy winter days. A large dining area completes this open living space. Also on the ground floor, a master suite opens onto the garden and has its own shower. A second shower room on this level ensures comfort for all.
Upstairs, a playful dormitory for 6 and an attic bedroom for 2 offer comfortable spaces for children and adults. Outside, enjoy a terrace and garden.
You are just 3 minutes by car from Batz-sur-Mer, less than 10 minutes from Le Croisic, and 10 minutes from Guérande. In short, a peaceful home in the heart of the marshes where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday.
