Les Gavines - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4
Apartment Gavines is in a great spot on the Passeig Mar in l'Escala. Take the lift to the first floor. When you go in, the kitchen is straight on. There's a separate area for the washing machine on the balcony, which looks out over the garden and swimming pool.
The living room with dining area is spacious enough for everyone to relax together. The living room's got a big terrace with a great view of the bay and the harbour.
The first bedroom has a double bed and is right next to the terrace. The bathroom and toilet are in the hallway. The second bedroom is on the other side of the hallway and has two single beds. This is right next to the balcony and the garden.
The garden with the swimming pool is looked after every day. The pool measures 15 by 8 metres. You can sunbathe on the grass around it.
There are two restaurants under the building. L'Esquina has a bakery and restaurant. Their terrace is lovely and they speak a few languages.
El Patio is a more Catalan-style place, serving up all kinds of tapas. It's got a small, cosy terrace.
Gavines is right next to the old town of l'Escala, and it's super easy to get to on foot. There you'll find all kinds of cafés, restaurants and more.
It's the perfect holiday apartment for a family with young children.
To make sure you have a smooth stay, there are a few things to keep in mind:
The garden and swimming pool are for everyone living in the Gavines building, even if you're only there for a short time. Please be considerate of each other. Please don't leave rubbish in the garden. No screaming children or loud music, please.
When you leave, make sure the fridge is empty, put the rubbish in the bins across the street and stack any rented bed linen and/or towels in the living room. The dishes should be washed and put away.
