Denna fullt utrustade studio ligger ett kvarter från le marais vid den heliga sebastien froissard tunnelbanestationen, linje 8. Den ligger på baksidan på den andra nivån (tredje amerikan) i en modern byggnad med två hissar och har utsikt över en trädgård. området är mycket säkert bostadsområde, Det är 28 kvadratmeter eller cirka 280 kvadratmeter.

Studion består av ett huvudrum med en bekväm queen size-säng i full storlek (160 * 200 cm eller 64 * 80 tum), ett badrum med dusch, toaletter och handfat och ett fullt utrustat kök. det finns gott om garderober och ett bord för två. Studion vetter mot en trädgård och erbjuder full tystnad (du kan sova med fönstret öppet),

Platsen är mycket bekväm att turnera i Paris. Det är gångavstånd (mindre än fem minuter) till Le Marais, Bastille-torget och Republique-torget. Sedan kan du enkelt komma till tunnelbana (Republique och Bastille) och gå bara överallt i paris direkt utan att byta linje. Och du är bara 15 minuters promenad till centrum av Paris, chatelet.

Området är trendigt och bostadsområde. Byggnaden ligger på rue amelot som är en lugn gata fortfarande med kaféer och restauranger.

Great location and very comfortable!

This property was exactly what we needed for our week in Paris. Listing description is accurate. Perfect size for 2 people and very close to metro. We cooked in the kitchen, made coffee, did laundry, and slept very well with the room darkening blinds and comfortable mattress. Very quiet space. Many cafes close by and a grocery store in the building made it very convenient to grab supplies.

Apartment in 11th Arr.

This apartment was exactly what I needed to enjoy Paris as a solo traveler. It is close to the Marais area and two metro lines, making it easy to connect to anywhere in Paris. Olivier was a fantastic host with excellent communication. The apartment matched the description perfectly and being close to the Carrefour market was quite helpful.

Perfect location.

The apartment is small but well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the shower hot. We appreciated the electric heater when central heating didn’t quite do the trick. I would recommend the apartment.

4 night stay in Paris walkable to attractions and many good restaurants

Check in with Oliver was smooth and he provided some great tips on local bars and restaurants. This studio apartment was clean and a good size for a short stay with 2 people. The grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants are steps away. The neighbourhood felt safe and quiet at night. Loved the black out blinds were great for sleeping

The host was very communicative throughout the booking process as well as during the stay. The property was quaint with all the necessities. The location was perfect with easy access to the Metro. Access to the Market for water and snacks was a plus too.

Well-appointed, quiet and perfectly located. Very much enjoyed this apartment. Had everything we needed and was within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, metro stops and a grocery store. Communication with owner was also great. Will book again next time we're in Paris.

A really well appointed apartment and great location

The apartment was better than described. Right from the first meeting with the agent who showed me how to operate everything. Very well equipped. The location was ideal I walked every day and was able to fix meals with ease when I wanted in the apartment. Overall this is an ideal rental, one I want to rent again.

It was in a great location for our needs! We used the subway to get everywhere, which we are used to in cities. The convenience to the Grocery Store and being able to cook really helped keep our stay cost-effective. The washer/dryer was also a great help! We would stay there again.

Great location, quiet, just like the photos

Close to a number of transport links, quiet - like seriously quiet - no street noise, barely heard any neighbours. Washing machine has been upgraded to a washer/dryer. Make sure you go to Rue de Bretagne for the boulangerie/Cafe buzz. I would stay there again.

Perfect location for thrifting and everything else

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for every situation and temperature. It was in the perfect location for visiting Le Marais, using metro stations, and cooking our own meals. Olivier was kind and accommodating with our arrival circumstances. Fantastic experience.

Enjoyed our stay

The place met our needs. It was clean, close to the metro, restaurants, and a market. We cooked our breakfast. And ate other meals throughout Paris. The bed was comfortable and with the shutters the room was dark. We had to set our alarms to keep us from sleeping in. We were there in April so the room temperature was fine. We slept with the shutters closed and the windows open and had really nice sleeps. Le Marais is a vibrant fun neighbourhood.

Awesome stay

The apartment was beautiful and well maintained. It was way better than a hotel would have been and the location was easily accessible by metro or bus. Olivier was very responsive and helpful. It was great having an option to do laundry as well. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris.

Comfortable Unit

I enjoyed staying at this apartment/condo. It was clean and had everything that I needed. Location was great. It was right next to a grocery store and retaurants and shopping were just a block or two away. The host (Olivier) gave detailed instructions and also recommended restaurants and site seeing places. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
