De två bostäderna ligger intill varandra. 8 Acre Park tvärs över gatan har sandvolleyboll, lekplats, basebollområde. Baseboll- eller fotbollslag efter tillåtet arrangemang. *** INga fester, inga återföreningar, ingen rökning inuti. Ingen pool behövs när du är 2 miles från havet. Eller doppa i nyare community pool kvarter. Sands hotel marina har restaurang, belägen på intracoastal, se båtarna gå som din njuter av lunch eller middag. Pompano Golf Week

Very nice, large, spacious multi bedroom multi bath houses. Multiple spacious outside gathering areas made for a great place to hangout after a day in the sun. 10 guys on a 5 day golf trip, woke up refreshed every day in a nice neighborhood that is convenient to the Pompano Beach vibe and all of the greater Ft Lauderdale golf community. Never drove more than 30 minutes. Lori is a great host that made sure we had everything we needed and it is always nice to be in a place that is fully provisioned so you aren’t looking for bath and paper products in the 2nd day. We will stay again!

What a GREAT property!

Lori and Ed are fantastic hosts! The property was exactly as advertised! The houses were perfect for our group of 12. The houses were stocked with all things needed (toilet paper, towels, paper towels, soap, water bottles etc). I highly recommend this property for large groups. Great and safe location as well! Easy drive to the beach, restaurants and downtown areas. Will definitely book again if going back to that area!

Great Time.

Everyone had a great time aided by the very comfortable and homey feeling of the two houses and Lori and Ed's attention to detail, including providing a brand new gas grill for our use. Looking forward already to our stay next year!

Family reunion

Both houses were more than we imagined. Perfect layout for large groups. Lots of spaces for large and small groups or quiet time in the houses. Beds very comfortable. Great outdoor patio spaces with large yard for kids to run around. Everything we could possibly think of was in the house. Hosts were very easy to work with. Will definitely book again and refer to family and friends.

Amazing Host

Very well organized. House is quiet and safe. We had an amazing time. We were a group of 13 adults. House is also very well planned and fully stocked with basic supplies. This is our go to place if we are to rent again in this region. Lori was an amazing host.

Friends golf weekend 2023

Once again, everything about our stay was excellent. The properties were clean, spacious, and conveniently located for our weekend plans. All the good things from previous years, with upgraded furniture added. The owners are also receptive to ideas for improvements. Our group has become regulars, and plan to continue to do so next year!

Spacious and Comfortable

Our softball teams' fourth stay at this great double house was again very enjoyable. Well stocked with kitchenware and plenty of comfy options to be together as a large group or in smaller groups simultaneously. Some of us had wives with us who also had a great time. Lori & Ed were super helpful as usual with restaurant recommendations and making sure that we had what we needed. See you again next year!

Awesome and Relaxing Property

We normally stay on the beach but decided to try a location off the beach. This place was everything we wanted. Great location. Easy trip to the beach, a park across the street, swimming pool and park about 5-7 minutes, and multiple types of restaurants are 10-20 minutes away. The back yard and porches make for a very relaxing atmosphere while just hanging around the place. When we return we will check this property first for availability.

Golf Getaway

We had a group of 10 on a golf trip - all in the range of 50-60 years old. Location was convenient and Lori is a responsive host for sure. Overall the description and details of the house are accurate and everything was in good working order. We were totally satisfied and recommend the property.

Annual Golf Outing

This was an awesome property with a lot of space for me and my friends. Lori was awesome with her communication and very prompt at meeting us to show the property. Family gathering

Fort Lauderdale Golf Trip

There isn't a hotel in Florida that can compare to the living accommodations that we received.

We got, 2 HOUSES. 9 grown adults. Safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Outside area was relaxing, peaceful and well maintained. Very very Clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone, with plans on returning.

I love to see tourists that want to visit this tropical oasis of South Florida. I rented vacation properties and enjoyed it so much, I thought I would enjoy doing it myself.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I met the owner in 2005, and was so amazed at the size, and great location across from park, and the ability to have so much land. A few years later it came up for sale, it was truly meant to be. One of areas largest properties, truly a rare bird. I purchased the house next door in 2015 to make it even bigger. Visit the Old Pompano neighborhood, and you will not want to leave.

So many areas to relax in. such a big property, you will love it. for the money, best deal in town. Owner takes pride in the homes. Nice linens, nice bedding. so many guests from over 12 countries have enjoyed these homes. located in the hidden Old Pompano area, a neighborhood that reminds you of old South Florida, not the concrete canyon that is miles away. Life is about the journey, start it here!
