Sejour de rĂȘve!!!!

Que dire de cette semaine passée au riad DAR ESSATTATIA que du bonheur du début à la fin.Avant de partir Philippe nous a communiqué un descriptif comme nous ne l'avions jamais eu avant lors de nos précédentes réservations.Il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise .L'accueil de mostapha est tres pro de l'aéroport au riad et que dire de sa disponibilité...il passe tous les matins pour nous conseiller et prendre de nos nouvelles .Ensuite nous conseillons à tout le monde les repas de Zakia qui sont juste divin . Si vous voulez sejourné à MARRAKECH , une seule adresse celle-çi....ce n'est que du bonheur!!!!Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité.

A Wonderful Riad Experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed being able to experience a lovely Riad in a quiet neighborhood which was also quite accessible to the Medina. Mostapha could not have been more helpful. So willing with a great smile on his face to help us with logistics, organizing tours and giving very helpful advice. Zakia is a wonderful cook and we thoroughly enjoyed our authentic Moroccan dishes for breakfast and dinner. Everyone we interacted with were absolute all stars and would gladly stay again!

Excellent RIAD en toute confiance

De la réservation et jusqu'àu départ du RIAD, nous avons été surpris de la qualité des contacts, des conseils apportés en amont du séjour, de l'excellente qualité du RIAD conforme en tous points à la description sur Abritel et surtout de l'accueil, de l'accompagnement de Mustapha et la cuisine parfaite de Zakia. Ce qui nous a permis de vivre un vrai séjour détendu entre amis dans l'ambiance de Marrakech.

trĂšs joli riad au coeur de la MĂ©dina

Nous avons passé 3 jours formidables à Dar Essattatia, la situation géographique est idéale dans la médina, dans un quartier trÚs sympa, permettant de faire de nombreuses visites et l'ensemble des souks à pied. Les meilleures épices sont vendues chez Saïd à 20m du Riad, juste incroyables et bien moins chÚres que dans le souk. Mostapha a fait en sorte de nous renseigner sur nos excursions, vraiment aux petits soins.. La cuisine de Zakia était délicieuse, tout était parfait! Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter du spa mais les fins de soirée sur la terrasse étaient trÚs agréables avec de jolies lumiÚres, nous avons vraiment passé un trÚs bon séjour et recommandons totalement ce Riad. Great Place in Marrakrch

What made this property really special was Zakia (wonderful cook) and Mostapha (property manager). Both were friendly, helpful - couldn't do enough for us. Riad is well appointed (lots of stairs), clean and comfortable. Location in the Medina within easy walking distance of souks, and attractions. Highly recommended.

Wonderful riad, great location!

We enjoyed our time as this wonderful riad. The hosts were communicative and friendly. The meals were incredible, the best food we had on a 20 day trip through Morocco! The roof top patio was gorgeous.

What a wonderful Riad

We - two families with a bunch of teenagers - stayed at this wonderful Riad for the second time already. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The eating room is a bit small but it's not a real problem. The view from the roof terrace over the city and to the snow covered mountains of the High Atlas is just great. The service of Mostopha, who is really a sympathetic guy was very helpful. We enjoyed the cooking, breakfast service and kindness of Zakia. She was even able to provide nongluten food. From the Riad to the Djemna-al-Fna it's a twenty minute walk through the winding streets of the medina.

Wonderful stay!

Communication was great - prompt replies. I messed up my arrival time and they were quick to accomdate. Moustapha was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Zahia is a sweet lady and an amazing cook. The location was good - we could walk to everything. Cabs are easily accessible on the corner if you needed it. I would definitely recommend!

Riad ideal pour une famille

Accueil trĂšs chaleureux et trĂšs professionnel de Mostapha, sur lequel on peut compter Ă  tous moments. Notre cuisiniĂšre Zakia est adorable et un vrai cordon bleu. On est bien dans ce riad au calme oĂč l'on se sent comme chez soi. De plus, la dĂ©coration est typique. MalgrĂ© les soirĂ©es et matinĂ©es assez froides, nous avons toujours eu chaud dans les chambres et les salons. La terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able et le jaccuzi a fait le bonheur des enfants. Une excellente adresse, et des partenaires sĂ©rieux, pour un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able sans mauvaises surprises.

Fabulous Riad with home cooked meals and personalized assistance from taxis to camel rides

Riad is beautifully maintained and the support staff speaks multiple languages, and was wonderfully helpful in making recommendations. Dinners were really amazing, and I'd highly recommend including them! Riad is walkable to most sites loke Secret Garden, plaza, historical sites. 5 star experience!

3 Friends in Marrakesh

Lovely property - Mostapha and Zekia ( manager & cook) we’re fabulous- took care of our every need- a convenient location in that the taxi could drive into Medina and the a short walk to the Riad. The food provided was plentiful and they dealt with all my food allergies so I could have proper nutrition. We all loved it here !!

Un service et repas au top.

Les service de ce Riad est top. Bonne communication.. On vient vous chercher à l'aéroport. Khadija est une cuisiniÚre excellente, je vous conseille de manger a la manger (plusieurs fois). Enplacelent idéal. Mostapha est toujours la pour nous conseiller et nous guider et aussi réserver des trux à faire. Je vous conseille vraiment. Jacuzzi pas de trop. Riad trÚs beau. Chambre impeccable. Petite humidité mais des que c'est ouvert c'est bon.

Perfect for Enjoying Marrakesh

We stayed 6 nights and found the property to be comfortable and well located for visiting different sites in Marrakesh. Nice amenities such as a rooftop terrace for catching the sunset and relaxing before dinner. The staff, Mostapha and Khadija, are very personable and helpful. It was great to feel like there was always someone there to assist us. Mostapha helped us arrange reservations and transport. Khadija is a wonderful cook with a welcoming personality. We enjoyed talking with them both. It all made for a great week in Marrakesh!

Tout simplement génial!

Mustapha et Khadija ont été aux petits soins avec nous de l'accueil jusqu'à notre départ. Le cadre idyllique de Dar Essatatia, les chambres, les Sdb ainsi que la somptueuse terrasse, tout ceci dans un calme apaisant. Nous recommandons chaleureusement la Dar Essatatia pour un périple à Marrakech! Sans oublier les talents de cuisiniÚre, la gentillesse de Khadija, qui plus qu'une hÎte est devenue une amie. Merci à Mustapha pour ses conseils avisés et son efficacité! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Vie au riad décevante

Dans l'ensemble le riad est plutĂŽt sympa mais la prĂ©sence permanente de la gouvernante impose trop de contrainte. Elle ne dispose ni de chambre ni de salle de bain ni de piece de vie. Elle est donc en permanence dans les pieces qui sont censĂ©es ĂȘtre Ă  disposition. Sa chambre c'est le salon ! donc inaccessible la nuit (il ne faut pas oublier de prendre sa bouteille d'eau car le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur s'y trouve). Nous vous deconseillons Ă©galement de prendre les petits dejeuner si vous etes matinaux. Sur 7 petits dejeuner aucun n'a Ă©tĂ© servis avant 9h. MalgrĂ© nos demandes (nous avons dĂ» organiser nos journĂ©es avec cette contrainte) Nous avons Ă©galement diner 2 soir au Riad mais la encore repas servi a 22h30 (ca fait un peu tard quand il y a 4 enfants) avec un plat qui n'Ă©tait pas celui commandĂ© (grosse dĂ©ception surtout quand sommes informĂ© lorsque le plat est posĂ© sur la table . Pour permettre aux enfants de se reposer nous avons passĂ© une journĂ©e au riad mais entre le bruit et les odeurs de cuisine... impossible et vraiment pas agrĂ©able ! D'autant plus qu'aucune cuisine n'a Ă©tĂ© demandĂ© par nous ce jour lĂ . En rĂ©sumĂ©, si vous cherchez la tranquillitĂ© et un peu d'intimitĂ©, nous vous dĂ©conseillons cette location oĂč nous avons l'impression de vivre chez l'habitant et Ă  son rythme.

Beau Ryad au centre de la médina

Nous avons passĂ© 8 jours trĂšs agrĂ©ables dans un quartier populaire de Marrakech. Ryad trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs typique et trĂšs bien adaptĂ© pour une famille. Le seul petit bĂ©mol vient de la gestion des repas qui n’a pas Ă©tĂ© trĂšs transparente par rapport Ă  l’argent versĂ© et les repas servis. Par contre, les plats Ă©taient de trĂšs bons et typiquement marocain.

Ria Dar Essattatia, un sĂ©jour inoubliable🌞

Accueil chaleureux dans cette trÚs belle maison. Mostapha a été de trÚs bon conseil, toujours à notre écoute. Grùce à lui, nos déambulations dans Marrakech , notre journée dans la vallée de l'Ourika, et notre ballade dans la palmeraie à dos de dromadaire ont été enchanteresses. Notre séjour dans la maison fût inoubliable, grùce à Kadija. Sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur, son humour, son amour des autres et sa cuisine merveilleuse nous ont permis de nous sentir chez nous et de partager en famille et avec elle des moments merveilleux. Merci encore à vous deux. Nous recommenderons trÚs volontiers à nos amis et connaissances voulant venir à Marrakech, de séjourner dans ce riad.
