Sorry that the pillowcase and some towels had stains. I have discussed with my cleaning company and asked to replace those towels and linens. I only purchase high quality linens and towels. And my cleaning company promised to not rotate my sheets and towels with other guests. We will get the situation corrected. And thanks for letting me know.

Regarding the issue with the live TV channels, we showed you how to access our YouTube TV program, which provides a wide variety of channels, but we understand that this may not have been the viewing experience you were looking for. We also appreciate your feedback about the sofa, and we will evaluate its condition to ensure that it meets our standards for guest comfort. Finally, we were disappointed to find that the bedsheets had been painted during your stay. We ask that guests please refrain from using any products that could cause permanent damage to our linens, as this can result in additional costs for replacements. Hi William, I am sorry you are disappointed at my condo. I am surprised by your review because you didn't mention any of the issues during your stay, or I'd work with my maintenance company and my cleaning company to correct them. The entire AC system was newly replaced last year. The posted pictures may look different because the bedding was replaced with quilts so they can be easily washed after each stay. The fridge, sofa bed, and tea table were all replaced last year. I'll pass your feedback to my cleaning company to improve.

Nicole, thank you for the comprehensive review. Sorry the beds are not comfortable for your family. I found it is very personal when it comes to mattresses and pillows. Many of my guests think my beds are very comfortable. The bed in the guest bedroom was bought two and half years ago, and the sofa bed were bought three years ago.
