Thank you Jake! Matapalo 603 is an amazing ocean view penthouse located directly across the street from the beach. Walking distance to all downtown Tamarindo amenities. The perfect spot for a family vacation.

Thank you for the great review of the property, Matapalo 603! This beautiful 3 BDR ocean view penthouse is part of a high-end gated community in the heart of Tamarindo, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The complex has free parking, security 24 hour a day, and a large scenic shared pool surrounded by plants and trees. The condo 603 is on the 6th floor and offers an incredible ocean view. Fully equipped, the unit is comfortable for up to 8 guests. Full kitchen, a/c in every space, washer and dryer, internet, cable TV, BBQ. Perfect for families and friends.

Thank you for choosing to stay at Matapalo 603 during your stay in Tamarindo. This luxury 3 BDR penthouse is located in the center of Tamarindo within walking distance to the town shops, rstauramts and to the beach. It is located on the 6th floor with fantastic views of the ocean and a private jacuzzi on the top balcony. Nicely decorated and furnished, it is fully equipped for up to 8 guests. The complex is very secure, has free parking, and nice grounds with a large and nice lagoon pool.

Great location in the center of Tamarindo, few minutes walk to the beach, great common pool. The penthouse is very spacious, well appointed and clean. Amazing views.

Thank you for the great review of Matapalo 603. This nice 3 BDR penthouse, located in the heart of Tamarindo, is nicely decorated and fully furnished/equipped for groups up to 8 guests. On the 6th floor (there isan elevator in the building), it offers a fantastic view of the ocean with a jacuzzi on the top balcony. You will appreciate being clos ot everything within walking distance but also not right in the crowd of town. Security 24 hours, free parking, and beautiful grounds, you also have access to the beautiful lagoon pool.

Thank you for the 5-star review and for staying with us! Matapalo is a fantastic property and has the perfect location. It is all within walking distance from the beach and town. The penthouse features a magnificent view of the ocean and of beautiful the pool too. Grounds and pool are very well taken care of with lots of plants and trees which offer shade around the pool. There is also a gated parking and 24 hour security on site. We hope you can come back and stay here again soon!

Family Vacation

The condo is super clean, bright and well laid out. We traveled with our adult children and significant others and had a great time. Great view and located close to the beach, restaurants, pool etc. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful Condo with Excellent View

This was the highlight of our visit to Costa Rica. The condo was beautiful and the view from the balconies was stunning. As advertised, it is in the heart of Tamarindo and walking distance to great restaurants and beaches. The property manager was very attentive to any questions that we had and arranging for transportation as needed.

Perfect accomodations and location

We stayed in Tamarindo for a spring break trip with multiple families. Our place was perfect for the two families we had and the other families booked units in the building or other closeby Diria units. It was a perfect mix of a condo but nice hotel type pool and amenities. Location was walkable to all things. The one thing to note is pullout couch is on the upper level with a king and its all open.

Great location and nice condo

Close to everything including beach, great view of the pool and ocean, secure and safe, clean. Wish there would have been instructions for the hot tub as it was not self explanatory. Property manager however was easy to contact and very responsive.

Thank you for the 4-star review about Matapalo 603. This lovely penthouse is located on the 6th floor of a high end building, right in the center of town. The unit is nicely decorated and fully equipped with a lovely top balcony and jacuzzi where to enjoy a view of the pool and of the ocean. The property is within walking distance from the shops, beach and restaurants. Very convenient especially if you do not want to rent a car. We thank you for the feedback about the jacuzzi and will work on an instruction note for its usage. We have otherwise our office open 7 days a week and an emergency line available everyday after office hours so we will always be ready to help during a guest' s stay.

Wonderful location, view!

We would definitely recommend this property due to its close proximity to many great restaurants, shops and things to do. No need to have a car. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and effective AC. The pool on premises was lovely, kept very clean, and had a swim up pool bar. We had a minor maintenance issue while there, and the property manager had someone there in less than an hour to fix it. The property managers were very accessible, and assisted with transfers to and from the airport. Both drivers they arranged were great.

Thank you for the nice review about Matapalo penthouse 603. If you want to be close to the beach, walking distance from the amenities but also in a quiet area, the Matapalo condominiums are perfect. This penthouse is located on the 6th floor and features a wonderful view of the ocean. You can also enjoy the luxury amenities which include a jacuzzi on the top balcony. The building includes an elevator, free parking, security the 24 hours of the day an a beautiful share swimming pool.

The condo was wonderful! A couple of items were not working (cord to guest room blinds) and upper level air conditioner. They did quickly send someone to work on the air conditioner for a couple fo days and then move the 2 occupants to another condo. Really appreciated them solving the issue with a resolve.

Christmas holiday in Tamarindo

We've been to Tamarindo & this condo complex before. This was our first booking with this property manager and our first time in this specific unit on the property. Management was helpful and responsive. They answered emails inquiries before and during the stay as well - promptly and most helpful. They helped with booking our transportation to and from airport & some transfers to excursions. Our only suggestion would be replacing the sofa - as it was not especially comfortable. But otherwise - we loved the location, the view, the water pressure was excellent. The air conditioning and wifi worked very well. The cleaning person that arrived midweek was very considerate and did a great job. We were surprised by supplemental contracts after booking through VRBO - which had differing terms. Nevertheless - we proceeded with the stay and were very satisfied.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a luxury condo. The price was excessive for what we received. There were several issues with the place (maintenance did come when we called, but it is disruptive to the vacation. The hot tub did not warm up. The company informed me that I would be able to sign the contract when I arrived, however they sent me the contract the day before I was checking in and already in Costa Rica so I could not print it. I explained this to them and they said it would be fine to sign in person, but that meant that I had to arrive earlier and therefore would miss out on one of our scheduled activities. I spent so much time on the phone with this company. Want a worry free vacation? This is not it. One would think that luxury also includes accommodating guests. For the price, there weren't a ton of amenities. Following my stay, I contacted the owner to share my concerns. He was nice, but had a lot of reasons for why the things were the way they were. He offered my 10% off my next stay, but that is not helpful to someone that doesn't travel to Costa Rica regularly. Additionally, we stayed at an amazing place in a different location that did not have all of the luxuries, but the service was impeccable. I would not book through this company again.

Reviewer Comments: This place is amazing... very spacious and part of the Diria hotel, so you have a huge pool at the bottom along with convenient beach access. The only suggestion I would have is to upgrade the bed mattresses. They could be much more comfortable and the one on the pull out couch upstairs is really thin.
