Madison stuga, 2 sovrum,

Denna 2 sovrum stuga ligger i en skogsklädda gemenskap i Madison, NH., Bara några minuters promenad till Davis Pond med en fiskehamn och en medlemmar bara sandig badstrand att koppla av på.
Stugan har en full säng i sovrummet, två enkelsängar i 2: a sovrummet på övervåningen med ett intilliggande vardagsrum. Sängkläder tillhandahålls. Första våningen vardagsrummet har en kärlekssits soffa med dubbla storlek dra ut säng och dubbla vilstolar. Det finns en TV med inbyggd DVD-spelare för att titta på DVD-skivor, eftersom det inte finns någon kabel eller satellit vid denna tidpunkt. Vi har ett begränsat DVD-bibliotek. Fullt kök med gasspis, matsal med plats för 5, badrum, utomhusgasgrill, träbrandstuga (snälla, inte av statligt eldträ) och picknickbord för att njuta av soluppgången.
Detta är ett familjeägt stuga som familjemedlemmar har haft i generationer och fortsätter att spendera tid på.

Sommar spår att gå på, vinter ger snöskoter, XC skidor och snöskor, från dörren, enkel tillgång till NH Corridor # 19 från gården.
Beläget på södra änden av Mount Washington Valley aktiviteter; Silver Lake 5 miles, närliggande skidområden (King Pine 8mi, Cranmore 13mi, Attitash / Bear Peak 18mi), North Conway Village och utlopp shoppingområde 10 miles. Vandring / MTT-cykelleder, bra restauranger. Höst får blöta blad, mer vandring, föreställ dig helgen eller veckan här i bergen i bergen.

Perfect getaway

A hidden gem within a 30min drive from everything. This cottage style home gave us the the perfect opportunity to get away from the everyday craziness. The pond was in walkable distance, so lugging a cooler and a chair was no issue! The home itself was clean and inviting. Especially with having a small kitchen and charming living space. Laura and Curtis were more than welcoming and super reliable. We are more than happy with our staying and can’t wait to be back next year!

Great Autumn Getaway

Close enough to all of the White Mtn attractions, yet out of the way enough to truly get away. Owners were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Lovely little cottage

The property was everything we expected and were hoping for. It's nestled nicely in and amongst the forest. The interior was clean and all of the linens were fresh as stated in the description. Perfect place for a couple or small family.

Cozy cottage in a good location

We had a nice stay. There is no AC, WiFi or cable. TV has a DVD player only so plan accordingly in case of lousy weather. Overall a good experience

Great little cottage that we would rent again. A ”Little Gem!” .

We needed to find a rental close to family and this, “Little Gem” fit the bill. Only two of us stayed but there was room for 5 people. Everything was as stated and Laura was excellent at responding and texting. She met us at the property though we arrived late. Beds were comfy and though we didn’t end up cooking there, there were plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Great experience.

Good location. Nice layout. Camp feel with all the amenities.

Great hosts. Love having the lake within walking distance. Nice, clean cabin. Fire pit with wood an extra bonus! Beds were made and towels provided. Like a hotel, but better! Can't wait to use it again.

Awesome experience

If the house had AC , for the summer it would have been awesome as some of us were waking up due to the heat and fans helped to some extend. Other than that we loved the stay and my son enjoyed. Had a wonderful experience in the lake property they had. We were provided beach towels for the same.

A very nice spot and very convenient to quiet beach swimming, Conway shopping and for a nice visit to Story Land. Our hosts for the weekend could not have been nicer. We ill most certainly be back :)

Absolutely Perfect

This cottage was everything we hoped for. First of all, Laura is so wonderful and nice. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we met her. She explained everything the cottage has and warned us in advance of any noise due to the fact that the weekend we stayed was Labor Day weekend, but I think the only loud person in the whole neighborhood was my 4 year old. The cottage is the perfect size for a small family and is equipped with everything you will need. It felt like home and was so comfortable and so clean. The no cable and no WiFi was not a problem for us. We’re there to get away from everything and relax. And the cottage is close to family activities which is a huge plus. I’m not sure how anyone can give this cottage a bad review. My family and I absolutely love this place and can’t wait to come back!

Horrible

although laura and her husband were very nice , the cottage was horrible. .yes there is a tv but only works on cds. the full time neighbors were noisy as all hell. we were on some atv trail which started at 7 am . I explained to Laura I lived and chronic pain and needed peace and quiet well I didn't get any of that . The house is super tiny. and there was hair all over the blankets. I don't own a cell phone and my kid's were not around with theres.. I was also allergic to something in the house and forced to leave 3 days early VRBO could care less about what happened same as laura so Now I am having to seek alternative actions for a full refund. MY opion do not use home away or vrbo or any of there companies they do nothing . Find another cabin

Great spot in Madison with a sweet lake nearby

The house was well equipped for a couple or family of four. Nice outside seating area and great location to all the NH attractions. No cable but does have a DVR so be prepared for some quiet time away from TV. Owners were very accomodating and helpful. Double bed a bit small for two large adults but that is the only negative. Would come back here again.

Very nice and clean property, off the beaten track yet easy to get around.

Great little house with plenty of room for a family, and perfect for three sibs visiting family in the area. (We've been summertime visitors for all our lives, and wintertime residents for a time as well.) The owner, Laura, was very flexible and met us at the house with the key and showed us how to manage the property. The kitchen is well organized with all basic supplies, dishes, etc. And lots of wood for the fire pit and containers for trash and recycling. Stairs take getting used to, but we had no real problems. Shout out to the local country store/deli for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. And of course our fav eatery, Delaney's Hole in the Wall in North Conway. We love love love the Madison/Silver Lake area!
