Du kan njuta av golfbanan genom att antingen sitta i det bekväma vardagsrummet eller i den screenade-in veranda.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng som kan delas upp i 2 tvillingar. Den har ett komplett badrum och en glidande glasdörr som leder ut till det avskärmade verandan. De andra sovrummen har 2 enkelsängar och ligger bredvid det andra hela badrummet. Det tredje sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar och eget badrum. Varje rum har sin egen TV.

I vardagsrummet finns en 40 tums HDTV och ser ut till golfbanan också. Köket är fullt utrustat och det finns en full tvättmaskin och torktumlare. I lägenheten finns WiFi.

Om grillning är vad du önskar det finns en kolgrill ligger rätt i boet till enheten.

Medan du kopplar av på Bevakat kan du titta på golfare kommer upp den 17: e fairway, slår ur sanden fälla och sedan fortsätta sitt spel till den 18: e tee.

En pool och badtunna ligger inom kort gångavstånd och klubbhuset är bara en kort bilresa eller "en pissa sträcka" på benen. Vid klubbhuset kan du njuta av en drink och en måltid medan du tittar på golfare avsluta sin runda.

Great Place for Family

Nice being on the main floor, having the screened in porch and view of the golf course. Our young adult kids each had a room and bathroom. We brought a crate for our dog. Fun playing tennis, golf and going to the beach. Would stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

This was a perfect Thanksgiving getaway. Renee was great to deal with. Her place is lovely, very clean and had beautiful views of the golf course. This truly is a haven. Thank you for letting us stay. We will certainly be back!

POOR would not recommend

Place was small. A large person cannot fit in the toilet areas. Small room for a shower and toilet. The showers look like there from the 1950's. Very high tub and wide edge. If you have leg issues you would never be able to take a shower. The sinks are made for short people, the spickets are small and hard to wash your hands. all three bathrooms were like this ( POOR ). Peaceful and relaxing

Very nice spot to relax even though we didn’t play golf. Liked 3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms. Having access to pool was nice as well.

Amazing Condo

This is my 3rd time to stay at Ms. Renee’s condo. Me. Renee is so kind to us. We absolutely love and enjoy each of our visits. The condo is always clean. The three bedrooms and baths provide plenty of room for our family. The location is so beautiful and we enjoy sitting on the back porch looking at the pond and the 17th green. We will be renting her condo again❣️

Fun family vacation at Pawleys Island

Clean, spacious,comfortable beds, relaxing screened in porch with lovely view of the golf course and lagoon.Nice floorplan with each bedroom having its own bathroom.Access to a shared charcoal grill right outside the porch between units, but no one but us seemed to use it! Very short drive over to Pawleys Island beach,nice beach chairs provided in the storage unit closet.Beautiful neighborhood to walk dogs. Also lovely pools,one located right near this unit,which we walked to, then a larger pool area we drove or rode bikes too. Fairly well stocked kitchen,(but no crock pot, in case you like to put something on to cook while you are at the beach ). Would definitely stay again, thank you for the use of your relaxing condo.

Cozy, Comfortable, Clean and Relaxing Getaway

This condominium provided a comfortable and tranquil environment ideal for a family getaway. The pool was well-maintained and offered a refreshing experience. The surroundings were peaceful and conducive to relaxation. Please note that while the pool is accessible, the beach is not within close proximity, necessitating transportation arrangements. I would definitely recommend this beautiful condo and will be planning another stay.

Buddies Golf Trip

The perfect spot for a buddies trip. 4 of us stayed in Renee's condo. It is located right on the 17th green. When we were there, you can sit on the back porch and watch golfers hit into the green. There was even a late evening that we were able to go out and putt on the green and watch the sunset. What a view it is!

Vacation

The condo was perfect and just as described. Love being on the first floor with our dog. We enjoyed sitting out on the screen porch each morning enjoying our coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

Golfers Paradise

We aren’t golfers but enjoyed watching the golfers and interacting with them on the screen porch as we drank wine in the late afternoon. The place is near restaurants and shopping yet remote and quiet with! looking forward to returning!

We are both retired. My husband has lived in Southern New Jersey all of his life and I moved from Pennsylvania to New Jersey in grade school. We have two sons, one lives in New Jersey and the youngest one is living in Manayunk after graduating from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have been in love with Pawleys Island from the first time we visited the area about 20 years ago. A favorite golf spot for my husband we always dreamed of owning a condo on True Blue. We enjoy getting away a few weeks each year to enjoy the sun, golf and the nightlife.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It's difficult to put into words how you feel once you open the doors to our condo. The golf course is so beautiful and serene. Just being able to watch the golfers or sit in the screened porch reading a book or talking about your day makes you feel so relaxed.
