All we expected and more!

This home was amazing! The views are phenomenal in all directions. They had every single thing we needed and more. It’s really big and the photos just don’t do it justice! We especially enjoyed the hot tub, we were not expecting the cool Hawaiian breezes. We had some amazing food and snorkeling nearby and Sean was great! Super easy and very kind and welcoming. Wish we didn’t have to leave!

Rainbow Hale

This house was a dream to stay in for our Maui vacation. Private yet close to everything. The pool was clean and relaxing. The views are spectacular. Lots of whales splashing around. The house is very new and well decorated. Lots of outdoor space. Thank you for a beautiful place to call home in Maui!

Vacation in heaven

We have been to Maui several times. This was our favorite family vacation of all times both in Hawaii and all over the world. We want to Come back next year and make it a family tradition. Honestly is was paradise in heaven. We feel so blessed. Did not want to leave.

Perfect rental for families!

We had an amazing stay at this property. We opted to heat the pool and it was a great decision so that we could comfortably swim in the evening as well. Amazing shower in the master bedroom.

The View, Privacy and Location the Best!!!

Stayed for the week and we enjoyed the views from the pool and back porch, the privacy and quiet neighborhood and location of the property. We enjoyed how the house had everything we needed for the pool, beach and cooking. We would definitely recommend to all families first or multiple visits to Maui. We will be back to this property in the future.

Best Maui Trip Yet!

This property is better than the pictures and is in a super quiet, peaceful neighborhood. In minutes you can pop down to the restaurants, shopping, and activities of Kaanaplai and then when you are done, head back to the where it's a little slice of heaven. The property is well stocked with everything you need. Everything from booking to checkin were top notch! Would definitly stay here again

Pictures do not do this property justice! The house was absolutely spotless, located in a great neighborhood which made for beautiful morning walks, and the pool and hot tub were perfect. The location was also great. Exactly what my family was looking for!

It is in a beautiful gated community. The pool and outdoor space is just as beautiful and well maintained as the indoor area. Beach access, walking trails, restaurants and grocery are less than a 5 minute drive from the home. The views are excellent from the entire property. The covered grill and outdoor kitchen is a fantastic asset for the guests. We return regularly and love this home.

If possible, even better in person!

Fantastic property that is even more beautiful than the pictures! Perfect for our family- hubby and me, 2 kids and their significant others and our grandsons- 3 1/2 and 6 months. Terrific location! House has anything you could ever want. Property manager immediately responded when contacted. We were greeted at check in and given a tour of the property and instructions on how everything worked. A big spurge but worth every penny!!

A beautiful home in a peaceful Maui setting

We loved this property and were very happy with our stay at Rainbow Hale. The property managers were super easy to work with and helpful. The house is well appointed and spacious. Kaanapali is very accessible, just a 5 min drive down the hill, but we appreciated being able to remove ourselves from the busy-ness of that area coming back to the house. At this time of year, the pool was not useable for us - way too cold, which was the only disappointment - not their fault, just not warm enough this time of year. Even my 3 children who are typically less bothered by cold water wouldn't go in. Fortunately we could use the spa part of the pool. We inquired w/ the property managers about turning on the heater and they said it was very expensive, which was understandable. I am assuming it is the same for all other homes at this time of year...just something to keep in mind, it's not hot enough this time of year I guess for non-heated pools. But it is a lovely property and we were very happy with our stay overall.

Poor experience

- Water pressure is low throughout the house, a decent shower cannot be had - Kitchen is infested with cockroaches, quite a health hazard - Pantry cabinets were locked by owner. No access to store food items - Old and chipped dishes as a previous guest mentioned - The kitchen and the whole house need a complete deep cleaning as a previous guest mentioned - Black mold around the bathtub, a point made by a prior guest and obviously not addressed. Another major health hazard - Location- the house is very close to the main road and the first one off the gated entrance to the development which is under active construction. Heavy traffic starts before the sun rises and is very disruptive - TV in the library/den is not working properly. Also, the convertible sofa bed was worn down to the springs. It had to be replaced by an air mattress - Part of the air conditioning was not working for two days in an 80+ degree temperature and high humidity - The property manager, Aloha vacation Rentals proved to be inept, rude and accusatory Full Disclosure - we are currently in dispute with the rental company, as they are withholding our deposit based upon bogus claims. We will not pay any additional money for something we did not do, and moreover, we refuse to allow and condone such unsavory business practices. Caveat Emptor.

Amazing Rainbow Hale Estate

Reviewer Comments: Didn’t think it was possible but Rainbow Hale was even more magnificent than the photos - the house and grounds are stunningly beautiful and well cared for - it’s well stocked, equipped (both inside and out with beach chairs and umbrella) and clean. Perfect for our adult family vacation. Best for up to 6 people using the 3 bedrooms as the sofa pullout in the library wasn’t the most comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. The location is convenient - very close to amenities yet far enough away it was so quiet. The views of the ocean and sunsets were spectacular and also star gazing from the hot tub at night. Rainbow Hale was a wonderful way for our family to enjoy spending time with each other in luxurious comfort. The rental company was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Second visit to Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home setting stunning as expected. We first visited in 2018 and everything sparkled. This time, we felt the kitchen needed a deep clean especially the cabinets. The water pressure in the guest bathroom (closest to the pool) was very low and consistent temp control was hard to achieve. This same bathrooms sink has a small leak around stem when turned on. Small maintenance items easily corrected. Over all, we are happy we chose Rainbow Hale for our second visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highly Recommend. The views are absolutely gorgeous, and the patio pool layout was perfect. We never wanted to leave the house. It had everything!!! We LOVED the sunsets and all the rainbows. It was well stocked with kitchen/grilling/pool floats/beach items. It was very spacious and allows each person to have their privacy to sleep without hearing what others are doing in the house. Sean (our host) was quick to respond and incredibly attentive to all our questions. I appreciate how he made sure we were well taken care of. General Travel Tip: Remember that Maui can get very windy; I was surprised at how strong the winds can get. Especially in the afternoon.

The pool is perfect for everyone, the kids especially love it when the adults need a little afternoon break. The privacy is excellent, we just love it compared to a Resort, condo or a house in a busy part of town. This is in a gated community but you are a 4 minute drive from parking lots to access some of the best beaches on Maui.
