Nice stay!

We loved this location which gave beautiful views and a nice place away from the busyness of Branson. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a more scenic stay away from downtown.

Table Rock Lake

Very clean affordable place to stay on the lake. Has everything you need and a stones throw to the lake. Bring your boat and family and enjoy lake life. Teresa was very quick to reply with any questions we had.

Beautiful View!

We didn't spend alot of time there, but I loved my view having coffee every morning. It was clean, beds were comfortable, easy directions for getting in the gated community. Loved our stay!

Nice Property and Beautiful Location

Condo was great! Clean, spacious, quiet, and beautiful with a (slightly obstructed) view of the lake. My only complaint would be the gate access. Long lines of cars trying to get gate access, the one-time access codes texts sometimes took a long time to come through (one was a couple of hours) and gate guard ALWAYS had trouble finding our reservation.

Long weekend stay

The rental was accurate to the listing. Clean, plenty of room, smart tv was a +, easy access, and a great view from the porch. Extra quiet, easy parking. Will book again.

Excellent experience

Great location close to our family staying around big cedar. Was much more quiet and private than a hotel. The condo was outfitted in an excellent manner, making for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Quiet Relaxing Getaway

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The view, though limited was good enough. We really enjoyed the four season porch and spent each morning and evening there with coffee or tea overlooking the scenery. The community was so quiet and peaceful it was easy to relax without any disturbances. The entire community was neatly groomed and very clean. Travel to Hollister and Branson was extremely easy and having Lost Canyon Cave and Bear Creek Lodge nearby was awesome. You will not be disappointed.

Table Rock vaca

The property was nice and as advertised. We brought our boat and utilized Branson Bay marina. Worked out well. Only issue we had was the virtual security gate at the entrance. We finally were told the right way to key in our code on day 4. Would have been nice on day 1 but overall, great place to stay.

Lovely and quiet

We really loved this space. Plenty of room and nice kitchen amenities. Comfortable beds and very clean. Our only thing that didn't seem "as advertised" was the view. There is a huge garage blocking part of the view from the porch, though you cab still see the lake from about 3/4 of every back door. It wasn't really a problem but it's just different than I expected. The Landlord is great at communication and the check-in and checkout process is simple! It is also very easy to get to Branson!! We really enjoyed being there!

Beautiful location

Property very clean! Kitchen very well equipped with everything you will need! Teresa very easy to work with and very pleasant. The only downside was I had a medical issue and put a damper on our stay, but can’t wait to go back! At least being stuck in the condo still gave me a wonderful view on the awesome sun porch! You won’t be disappointed in this beautiful condo! Be sure to try Mr. Gilberti’s pizza! Very tasty 😋 Be sure and book this little gem! Even our little 4 lb Biewer loved walking down to the lake. She gave it 5 stars too!

Family trip

Overall everything was as expected. The hide a bed was not comfortable. Not to far from Branson and perfect location to the lake, especially if you have a boat and plan on going out on the lake. We didn’t get to use the pool on sight due to something being wrong (pump not working or something). We did use the pool just up the road and it was fine, just needed a little cleaning of the floor and water surface. Overall the property itself was good, would recommend and stay again if we go back.

comfortable condo

The condo was clean and comfortable. We did have 'check-in' issues as the gate code we were given had expired. The phone system at the front gate required information that we did not have handy. i.e. the name of the person we were visiting! On the third day, we contacted someone by phone. She asked that we send a picture of our license plate, then the automatic reader would let us in. That worked perfectly but could have been done before we arrived in the first place.The door code on the condo worked most of the time with some difficulty but we eventually left it unlocked during the day. The storm door lock from the inside was also broken. Its handle fell off.The handle on the microwave is loose at the bottom but still worked.In spite of these minor aggravations, we still enjoyed out time there.

Clean and relaxing

We loved staying here. We have 3 kids and it was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the lake within walking distance. I was able to keep up with our laundry since there was a washer and dryer in the home. Wich is a big deal when you have 3 kids. Also there where fishing poles, life jackets, and floaties available to use. We also enjoyed the enclosed balcony with plenty seating and a beautiful view. The kids were so sad when it was time to leave. The owner had great respond time as it was last minute for us. She made everything easy to insure our stay was great.

Attentive host

Teresa was great, when we had a problem, she worked at it until she found someone to come out on a Friday night and holiday weekend. Issue was resolved. The gate issues were strange, only virtual guard and had issues with pin code, keep the link because it's a one time code and you'll need get a new code every time you are coming back in. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath unit overlooking Table Rock Lake. New flooring and master bath remodel in 2016 with new jacuzzi tub and tile surround. New kitchen appliances and washer/dryer installed in 2017. 22 foot cathedral ceilings make this unit light and airy, and perfect for relaxing at the lake!
