Vår vackra lägenhet ligger på den världsberömda Kaanapali-stranden och stränderna. Du kan inte komma närmare havet då MAUI KAI Resort, Bldg. Är bara några meter bort med den bästa snorkling precis utanför ytterdörren. När du kopplar av på Lanai är det lätt att spendera timmar på att titta på surfare, vindsurfare, parasailing, kajakpaddlare, båtar och det vackra
valar under säsongen i Maui. När du kommer in i lägenheten kommer du att bli förvånad av den öppna tropiska känslan och panoramautsikt över havet. Denna enhet ligger på andra våningen, så om du föredrar behöver du inte vänta på en hiss. Det finns gott om gratis parkering på fastigheten. Dessa lägenheter har ett fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit och matlagningsö, ett hotellsäkerhetsskåp, höghastighetsinternet med gratis Wi-Fi, gratis lokala telefonsamtal, 46-tums Samsung platt-TV-kabel, Sony DVD-spelare med flera regioner, IPOD-station, radiostereosystem. Sovrummet har en helt ny king size-säng på bambu hårda trägolv, och det kaklade vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa i queen-size, en mycket bekväm läderlänning. På samma våning finns ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Strandhanddukar, stolar, paraply, boogiebrädor och snorkelutrustning finns att använda i lägenheten. Butiker och restauranger ligger inom gångavstånd. Det finns en ny strandpromenad som leder till Kaanapalis berömda Black Rock, vilket gör det lite mer bekvämt för en bra morgonpromenad längs stranden utan att behöva vandra genom sanden om man föredrar det. Även om den långa strandpromenaden till svart sten är otroligt. För oss är lägenheten vårt hem-hemifrån, och vi inbjuder dig att känna dig som hemma under din vistelse. Vår lägenhet förvaltas av Maui Kai Resort för uthyrning så att vi kan ge våra gäster en känsla av en riktig semester med Daily Maid Service utan extra avgifter !!

Amazing ocean front views

Wonderful time at this beautiful condo located right on the ocean. Saw humpback whales, sea turtles, surfers and rainbows from the patio. Lovely decor and very clean unit. We had a minor issue with the front door lock and contacted the owner who immediately had the problem resolved. I was very impressed! We would definitely like to stay here again.

Talk about the whales !!

We had a great stay at Gaspare and Robins condo. Just a few steps to a great beach to the right , which we didn’t notice until the end of the stay. A long beach and beach walk to the left. Whales every day from the lanai. We walked to get groceries and to eat. The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable stay and great kitchen to cook in. We would stay here again. Thanks Gaspare and Robin.

It's all about the view

Whales and rainbows. You won't find a better view even if you stay at one of the high end Kaanapali hotels . Absolutely amazing. You can walk to the grocery store and the Kaanapali sidewalk is close by . Also recommend going to the nearby Fish Market , great tacos and really fresh fish

spectacular ocean view

As soon as we walked in after a very long plane ride, we were mesmerized with the beauty and awe of our view from the lanai. We felt like we were on a cruise ship yet gave us the privacy and relaxation we were looking for. the condo was well equipped and very roomy, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had very good water pressure. we were steps away from the beach and went swimming every day. the waters are calm and swimmable which is a luxury in Hawaii. Being close to the Kannapolis beach resorts, afforded us to enjoy a whale watching and a sunset cruise excursion. Maui Brewery had great food and beer. we found the best seafood restaurant that we had takeout almost every evening. what better way to enjoy whale watching and the gorgeous sunsets from our lanai. this was a diamond in the rough and we look forward to our visit again. the host was very attentive and we had no reason to call the property manager, Everything was perfect! and thank you for making our 45th anniversary so special.

Awesome Vacation Five Stars!

From start to finish this vacation was terrific. Gaspare was easy to work with, he answered all questions in a timely manner. He facilitated a scheduling change with no issues, and allowed us a late checkout time to accommodate our late departure flight. The condo is right on the beach, and you can do some whale watching with your morning coffee from the comfort of your lanai. Great restaurants and beaches can be found within walking distance, and the food truck lot is right up the street. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy your Maui experience!

Property was great and owner very responsive... Even took the time to share local recommendations for things to do, places to eat and shop, etc. Great experience. Had a minor issue in property access, but response was excellent and it didn't impact significantly the overall experience. Thanks to Gaspare and Robin!

Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The suite is spacious and meticulous and the view of the ocean is spectacular. We had a great time at the pool and hot tub. There is also table tennis and a foosball table which was great. The bbq grills are upscale and extremely well maintained. The beaches near the building are awesome as the reef is in close proximity, saw some cool fish and sea turtles. There is a food truck spot which is walking distance with some great options. Communication was excellent! Gaspare is an excellent host and also accommodated us for a late checkout as we had a late night flight. We look forward to staying here again.

Fabulous View

Perfect location for bucket list trip for myself and my mom. We spent hours on this lanai gazing at the ocean. There were rainbows every day! Pool and hot tub were great. There is a grocery store and restaurants in a strip mall across the street. Recommend to anyone.

A True Gem

Our stay was wonderful! First time utilizing a VRBO and we were so impressed with how the Condo had everything needed for a vacation (snorkeling gear, binoculars, beach chairs and towels, etc.). Definitely set the bar! The complex was well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the opportunity and we hope to be back soon!

Heaven on Earth!

We loved everything about our stay at Gaspare and Robin's condo. The location was perfect, its exactly as described and includes everthing you could possibly need! The view is spectacular and we watched turtles and the sunset from the lanai every day. The snorkeling is amazing on the beach to the left towards Black Rock. We saw turtles and so many kinds of fish every day!. Great restaurants are nearby...we loved Leilanis on the Beach, The Fish Market and Miss Arepa! Gaspare is so accomodating and helpful. We highly recommend staying here and if we can ever get bavk to Maui, would definitely stay here again!

Perfect oceanfront property!

This was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. It is as close to the ocean as you are going to get. The lanai with the large windows is perfect for viewing the oceans and relaxing. They have chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. Their binoculars are fun to use. Perfectly located amongst several resorts and restaurants.

Everything was just as the pictures. Excellent location with a short beach walk to the boardwalk heading north. Saw lots of whales and a sea turtle from our lanai. It was just lovely!

What a dream!

Gaspare and Robin were wonderful hosts. They gave detailed directions and information leading up to our stay and kept in touch throughout. Check in and check out were easy. The condo was a perfect size and location for my husband and I. You can’t get much closer to the beach than Maui Kai! The beach directly to the right of the property was perfect for swimming and lounging in the sand. One day on that beach, we were lucky enough to see an endangered Hawaiian monk seal sleeping on the sand ( that part of the beach was securely roped off that day so the seal would not be disturbed). We loved spending time on the condo’s lanai, especially for sunsets. We saw whales from a distance, sea turtles, dolphins and a few rainbows. Truly magical! The condo was well stocked and we appreciated the beach towels, cooler, and beach chairs.Having the food truck park just a few minutes walk was such an added bonus. Thank you!!

When you relax in the living room or on the lanai, you actually feel as if your on a cruise ship sailing by in the ocean. The Maui Kai is quiet and quaint and the perfect setting for a family vacation. You can completely relax and enjoy the gentle breeze of the warm trade winds, see the palm trees sway, and smell the fragrance of the most beautiful flowers. You can view the spectacular rainbows and sunsets right in front of the condo. The 'Maui Kai' translates perfectly into the 'Maui Ocean'.
