Loved our stay here! Was perfect for our family of four. They had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. And 2 boogie boards, 3 noodles, and several snorkeling sets. Plus coolers and ice packs for packing lunches. Beds were comfortable and the pool, hot tub, sauna, and pool table were a bonus. Tip: make sure to space your showers so you have hot water. I traveled with teenagers who prefer long showers which meant there wasn’t much hot water left by the 3rd shower.

Great unit! Exactly as described and great location. We loved all the decorative details in the unit that made us truly feel like we were in Hawaii. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, awesome sunrise and morning sun on the deck, host was responsive and gave good instructions, appreciated that there were lots of extras to use (cooler bags, beach/water gear). Beds were super comfy - my only wish would be a bigger bed in the master. Would definitely book again :)

Fantastic property within walking distance of the best sand beach, and surfing only 1 mile down the road. If you’re looking for a homebase for an activity-geared trip, this is your place!

Nice, quiet, spacious unit right across the street from Magic Sands Beach. Couple miles from Kailua Kona town center area. Nice wraparound porch. Nicely stocked with equipment for boogie boarding, beach days, tennis and Pickleball, and snorkeling. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in showers. Appreciated the Air Conditioning. The unit shows some wear and tear but it was a great home base for our family of four.

It is directly across the street from the beach which was great in the morning to get up and go swim. The condo had everything you would need for the beach and inside the condo to be comfortable.

Spring Break vacation!

My family had an excellent stay. Condo was a great location. Plenty of space, had everything we needed, and we slept on comfortable mattresses and pillows!

Very convenient and clean, and most of all, Stewart and Karen made it a breeze for travelers by providing some of the necessities needed. This really sets them apart from other accommodations I've stayed at, as it made a big difference in the overall experience

We enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything for cooking & the unit was very spacious and clean. Love the quick access to the beach across the street. Would recommend!
