Snave: en fd sjökapten hus med havsutsikt uthyres

Snave är en gammal sjökapten hus på toppen av en kulle med utsikt över New Harbor. Den har gamla ön antika möbler och alla bekvämligheter i ett hem med utomhusdusch. Det har utsikt över State Beach också med fantastisk havsutsikt i flera riktningar. Det finns en stor gårdsplanen och också ett område på baksidan med bord och grill. Det är mycket privat och ändå bekvämt till stranden och staden.

Det finns en drottning sovrum nere med ett badrum och en futon soffa i vardagsrummet. På övervåningen finns ett sovrum med ett litet enkelrum fäst och ett sovrum med två enkelsängar och en drottning sovrum och ett badrum.

Husdjur måste godkännas för att löptiden för sitt beteende och, om det godkänns, det finns en extra $ 100 avgift.

Relax, all the comforts needed to unwind with family!

I enjoyed our stay at Snave so much that I want to make it a yearly trip for us. We are grandparents and to have the family together here worked out well. Great location, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. The home has a warmth and character of it's own.

Sisters Come Home

We liked the antique decor, the roominess, comfort, and the large front porch! Also beautiful sunsets! Great location to all parts of the island. Three of our family were born on Block Island. This was a very memorable happy visit for four sisters and their niece!

Comfy cozy bliss

Absolutely fantastic stay all around. The location at the center of the island is wonderful - everything feels close. We are a group of friends and family who do an annual trip every year for 13 years running. 12 of them had been at a bigger more modern oceanfront home, but Snave made us feel more at home than we ever were. The rooms and the porch and the vibe and feel just lent itself to us feeling at home and to better conversation, etc. Laurie was accommodating as can be and, well, we didn't want to leave. Oh, I love this place. Ten stars.

Fantastic property and extremely kind and accommodating host!

The home was fantastic, clean and exactly as pictured on the listing. Our group got stuck on Block Island due to ferry cancellations during a bad storm, and Laurie was very kind about letting us extend our stay. She was responsive and flexible during the bad weather, and we really appreciate her kindness during this somewhat stressful experience.

Excellent stay at the Snave House

The Snave House was a perfect place for our two families to stay while attending our cousins weekend wedding on the island! The taxi system on the island was superb and got us from place to place without having to bring our car. The house was very clean and accommodating. Laurie has thought of everything you could need and just a text away if we needed her. I would definitely recommend staying here. Very lovely and peaceful home. Thank you Laurie!

Three Fantastic Days on the Block

I considered this wonderful home a classic Block Island stay. We had seven adults and one infant and there was plenty of room. The beds were all excellent, it was well equipped for cooking and grilling and the location was quiet. We did not have a car, but between bikes, walking and cabs (the best Block Island modes of transportation) we had not trouble getting to the beach, restaurants. Looking forward to repeating this trip!

Very accommodating

Plenty of room for 8 adult family members. Laurie kindly offered for us to stay an additional night for free due to the horribly rainy day we had on Saturday. I also forgot my pillow there and she was quick to mail it back to me! Thank you Laurie !

Spacious and charming

Stayed here for a weekend wedding with a large group. It was a comfortable stay with a nice sized hangout area. The host was very nice and accommodating.
