Brand New Two Bedroom Villa på stranden: Europeisk elegans i Karibien inställning

Vår villa ligger i byggnad C i Sapphire Beach Resort och Marina, direkt på vackra Sapphire Beach. Villan är en två våningar enhet ockuperar den 3: e och 4: e våningen i byggnaden. Varje rum har sin egen stor skärm LCD-TV. Det finns ett stort däck på varje nivå med en hisnande utsikt över vattnet. Börja varje dag med frukost på dina däck med utsikt över St. John och Brittiska Jungfruöarna genom palmer på stranden.

Villan var helt ombyggd i augusti 2014 och det är för tillfället en av endast två två sovrum villor på Sapphire Beach Resort. Allt är helt nytt: köket, apparater, badrum, möbler och madrasser, armaturer, ner till dörrbeslag och strömbrytare. Villan är klar i klassisk elegant stil med granit, italienska kakel, gnuggade brons belysning, målningar av italienska sjöarna och grekiska öarna. Den första våningen har ett kök, matsal och vardagsrum med stor LCD-TV, och ett badrum. Köket har ett stort kylskåp, en spishäll och en varmluftsugn / mikro kombination. Dessutom är vår villa en av mycket få på Sapphire Beach Resort som har en diskmaskin. Du kanske inte inser vad ett stort plus att det är tills du bo i en enhet utan den! Den andra våningen har två sovrum och ett badrum. Villan 4 pers väldigt bekvämt. Det första sovrummet har en king size säng, och det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar.

Trots namnet är Sapphire Beach Resort inte en full service utväg. Det är en lugn lägenhet gemenskap på en strand, som vanligtvis inte trångt. Fastigheten har en två nivåer forsande vattnet pool, en vit sandstrand med kristallklart vatten, och en bra snorkling strand. Strand lounger och handdukar finns för våra gäster. Du kan ta ett fiske, snorkling och segling resa till St. John eller BVIs från Marina på fastigheten.

Villan ligger vid östra änden av ön, mindre än en mil från byn Red Hook med shopping, restauranger, och en färjeterminal. Passagerar- och bilfärja till St. John lämnar varje halvtimme. Inget pass krävs för amerikanska medborgare att besöka Amerikanska Jungfruöarna i St. Thomas, St. John och St. Croix. Du kommer att behöva en om du planerar att besöka Brittiska Jungfruöarna.

Great place for a family. We appreciated having a second bedroom and our pack and play fit perfectly between the twin beds. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfy and you can’t beat waking up to the ocean right in front of you. The kitchen has everything you need. Two full bathrooms were appreciated and everything was clean. We would stay here again.

This location cannot be beat! Gorgeous views from 2 ocean front balconies. The condo itself is very clean and has everything you could need. 5 minutes from red hook with lots of delicious dining options and casual dining right on site of the condo. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location

Beautiful location and great condo for our family of 4. Good access to Food/drink, and water activities. Having a car was helpful.Good communication from owner and everything was as advertised in listing. Would stay again

Perfect Beachfront location

This was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). Balconies w/beach views on each floor, Comfortable beds, very clean, close to the amazing pool, beautiful beach! The beach was amazing, rented snorkel gear/kayaks right there, snorkeling was actually really great right off the beach. Red Hook was minutes away for food/groceries. Car ferry was minutes away, we did a day trip to St. John and it was amazing!

Best Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. It was perfect for our family of four! We loved going from the pool to the beach to the beach bar and rarely left the resort area except for a day trip on the ferry to St John's. We can't wait to stay again soon!

The location of this unit is perfect. Waking up to a view of the ocean each morning is so nice. It is also a quick drive to Red Hook. The unit was clean and as described, but it could use a deep clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing vacation

This was a much needed family vacation. The location is absolutely breathtaking.Right on Sapphire Beach with its amazing blue waters, coral reefs and islands. The condo was exactly how it appeared in the photos. Both the kitchen and master bedroom have a patio to where you can walk out and see the amazing view. The condo was very clean and spacious. Communication with the host was amazing. She answered all my questions that I have asked. Very polite and professional. My family and I are talking again to make plans to revisit Sapphire Beach.

Amazing place

We stayed for two days at the end of our trip to St John! Perfect location with right out our door with beautiful water, snorkeled with turtles and eagle Rey!!! Second day was windy and had the pleasure of watching kite boarder (I love this)! Iguanas were in the trees by the beach so that was neat watching them interact with each other! If you don’t want to cook your own food restaurants on the beach and near by! Beautiful place!

St. Thomas Beachfront Villa

Our family of four had a great spring break visit to St. Thomas and Mila's villa at Saphhire Beach. The two bedrooms gave everyone their own space, and the common areas were large and clean. The location was also great at Sapphire Beach, which has a beach bar and some eating options nearby as well as a short taxi ride to Red Hook. We would definitely stay at Mila's again when we return to St. Thomas.

Amazing place!

We loved loved loved our stay at Sapphire Beach! The location was stunning, the apartment was exactly as expected and it was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids aged 5 & 8). You open the curtains every morning with the most gorgeous view and are steps from a beach. The beach is large with lots of areas to play in the sand or snorkel. There are also a few restaurant options in the complex. The apartment itself is 2 floors: the first being the living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom and upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There was plenty of space and the apartment was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. We felt very safe as there were employees everywhere and a guard at the main gate. We had a little hiccup at check in but it was promptly resolved. Mila was a great host! Thank you again for the memories!

Beautiful Unit and Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful view and well equipped property. We did experience power outages several times while we were there. The pool bar was under construction and could not use that area. Beach bar was nice and can get food/coffee over there. Cruise ships bring tour groups to Sapphire beach when they are in town, beach can get crowded. Snorkeling is nice right out front, can sometimes see turtles too. Unit was very nice, a little smaller than it appears in the picture. Kitchen well stocked with all the basics. Beds were comfortable. Unit did not have any chairs while we were there, can get chairs out in front for our units. We had lots of mosquitoes while we were there. Having a car was nice. Taxis are plentiful but can get expensive as they charge per person. Do bring plenty of cash, many places will not accept credit cards.

September stay

My family really enjoyed our one week stay. Sapphire beach is a beautiful beach; that part of the beach directly in front of the condo has some rocks and stones, but its a short walk (maybe a 100 yds) to the restaurant and bar located on the beach, and that part of the beach is nice and sandy. The view from the condo is great; there's a balcony on the main floor off the living room, and another one off of the master bedroom. Its a 5 minute drive to the Red Hook ferry and town, which we found to be very convenient. There was just 3 of us, so the space was great; there was a bathroom and shower on both levels, with the 2 bedrooms on the upper level. There are 3 sets of steps (with maybe 8 to 10 steps each) to get to the unit from the parking area, and then there are steps from the main level to the bedroom level. Mila and Lisa were great to work with.

Beautiful Views

Older furniture but clean house. The views make up for that though. Wish it had a washer and dryer. Very close to Red Hook for feet and restaurants. Unfortunately, it’s not a walkable area and you must take a 5 minute cab ride. Cabs are easy to get as they are waiting at the cul-de-sac near the breakfast place/bar area.

Easy & Breezy!

Wonderful time staying at Mila’s condo on Sapphire Beach. Mila was a terrific host and her condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Sapphire Beach is a beautiful beach with excellent snorkeling. Mila provides all of the snorkeling gear you need to see the beautiful coral and fish just off of the beach.

Spring Break 2023

We had a great week here in St. Thomas! We went here on spring break with our two kids. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. The two balconies were great for breakfast and lunch, as well as relaxing in the evening. We structured our week to have some downtime at the resort mixed with some excursions. The beach was great for snorkeling and relaxing. We were able to see a variety of sea life with relatively little effort. The kids also loved playing on the beach and climbing trees. They also had volleyball and cornhole available to play. We usually got a couple of lounge chairs from the resort each day to use while we were there (all free). We went to the pool a few times too for a change of scenery. The view from the pool is great - I would have loved it if the bar was functional. We had breakfast and lunch at the condo. Be prepared to spend more at the grocery store, but you can find most of what you need. For dinner, there are several places that are walkable - Sudi’s was our favorite. We also went to Red Hook a few nights for a bit more variety. It is only about 5 minutes away by car. We did a day trip to St. John’s - highly recommend going, but the ferry may try your patience. We went on a day that a few of the ferries were down, so we waited a couple of hours to get on. It was worth it for us to get to see Trunk Bay and the rest of the island. There is an underwater snorkeling course that is really cool. We also spent a morning at Coki Beach - the fish are very friendly because they are fed there. There are a lot of vendors there for food and shopping as well. The aquarium is great for elementary age kids as well as adults. We spent a morning there and followed their recommended schedule for demonstrations. Overall, the condo is exactly what we were hoping for our vacation. We came back with some great memories!

Great condo, lovely beach location

The condo was as advertised. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The bathrooms were newly remodeled and were very nice. The snorkeling equipment was nice to have. There is no oven, and the new convection microwave was taped shut. We used the regular microwave. The living room furniture was dated, but suited us just fine. The beach location was wonderful…volleyball and cornhole…a great coffee shop and beach bar and a really nice sit down restaurant (try the candied papaya dessert!). You can’t walk anywhere off property without risking your life on the side of the road, so a car is recommended unless you’re okay paying for very pricey taxi rides per person. Overall, it was great. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I first visited St. Thomas in 1999. We stayed at the Marriott Frenchreef hotel in a standard room for $450 per night. We ate all our meals at the hotel’s restaurant which was expensive and time consuming, but we had no alternative. We had to take a shuttle to the beach since the hotel was located on top of a hill, not on a beach. We had a nice time, but there was nothing special about it and we were not planning to return. Over the years we stayed at numerous all-inclusive resorts, but got tired of crowds there. Also, as our family grew, a hotel room became too small for us. During our last stay at all-inclusive we met a couple who told us about staying in a condo at St. Thomas and how convenient it was just to fly there and buy everything you need at familiar US stores. We decided to check it out for our next vacation. Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina was the best place to stay at Sapphire Beach since it was right on a beach with the views to die for! Two story villas were perfect for our family. We came to Sapphire Beach Resort in 2008 and we loved the place! We kept coming back every year. We started thinking about buying our own place almost right away, but it took us awhile to find exactly what we were looking for. Our villa is in the Building C, which is the best one in our opinion. It is between the main beach and the pool, just steps away from both, but not directly in front of either one. The condo was in a bad shape when we bought it. It was an opportunity for us to completely rebuild it, install a dishwasher and make it into a two bedroom, something we’ve been missing all these years.

Sapphire Beach is the best one to stay on the island. The villa has a large balcony on each floor and the views of St. John and British Virgin Islands through the palm trees on the beach are unbelievable! Our villa is fully rebuilt and one of only a few two bedroom villas at Sapphire Beach Resort. This provides privacy and wonderful rest for all 4 people since they are all sleeping in beds with comfortable mattresses, not pull-out sofa beds.
