Om du vill vara borta från allt men tillräckligt nära åtgärden för att komma dit på 10 eller 15 minuter, är detta platsen för dig.

Efter en hektisk dag i dalen är det dags att koppla av och ladda om. När allt är du i de vita bergen.

Eagle Ridge är ett privat resort community beläget i Intervale, mellan North Conway & Jackson Villages. Det finns några heltidsbostäder här, men de flesta är andra hem så platsen är fredlig. Faktum är att du förmodligen har poolen för er själva särskilt under veckan.

Med en inställning högt uppe i bergen slappnar platsen av dig.

Vårt familjevänliga 2 sovrum, 2 badrum bottenvåningen slutet enhet (sova 6) har utsikt över Moats, Cathedral Ledge och White Horse avsats med utsikt över Mt Washington från parkeringen.

Vi ligger utanför 16A Intervale-slingan.

Anläggningen har en uppvärmd utomhuspool, 2 tennisbanor, en basketplan och vandringsleder utan extra kostnad som vissa andra fastigheter i området.

Vår plats är mycket bekväm och nära till allt. Här är några av de viktigaste sakerna.

1 mil från Vista Country Store (öl, vin, pizza), 5 km från North Conway Village, 6 km till Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 6 km från butiken New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet, 7 km från Grants Supermarket, 8 km från Story Land, 10 kilometer från Settlers Green Outlet Village, 11 km från Jackson Village, 8 km från Attitash Mountain Resort, 27 km från Wildcat Mountain,

Det som är bra med platsen utanför är det faktum att du kan kringgå trafikstoppet i North Conway Village med bakvägar och till och med ta en bakväg till Story Land om trafiken på RT16 är säkerhetskopierad (vi berättar hur!). Du kan komma till Settlers Green Outlet Village på baksidan medan du undviker säkerhetskopian!

En annan bra sak är att du inte kommer att behöva ta med dig ditt skräp som många andra fastigheter i dalen. Det finns en dumpster på fastigheten.

Vi kommer att vara tillgängliga via mobilen för att svara på dina frågor under din vistelse. Vår familj har semester i detta område i över 20 år och vet det väl.

Wonderful White Mountains destination

This is our second time staying at Paul's house in the White Mountains. We absolutely loved it. It is very cozy and easily fit 2 adults and 4 children. It was clean and had wonderful views of the mountains. The kitchen was stocked well with the necessary kitchen equipment to cook with. We like that it is close to the shopping of North Conway but you still feel the quiet and peace of the mountains. It's around a 20 minute drive to Pinkham Notch and 40 minutes to Crawford Notch. Both areas are beautiful. We can't wait to come back here again.

Fryeburg Fair

My husband and I, along with a good friend, came to the area to attend the Fryeburg Fair. Unit D33 did not disappoint! It was clean, comfortable and quiet. If we are ever in the area again, we will be sure to look into this unit again! Thank you for allowing us to stay on you cute home!

Location

The location was ideal. Quiet, the views were fantastic, yet attractions were not far away. The condo was great for a family member being on ground level. Beds were very comfortable as well as the chairs & couch. The kitchen very well stocked. Plenty of room, chairs & a nice size round table ion the outdoor porch with a great view of the mountains. Definitely would return!!

Amazing spot. Perfect for a family getaway.

Paul's end unit condo is the ideal spot for a family of five to spend a week in North Conway. It is located minutes from downtown and Storyland yet is just high enough to offer an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. The space itself is clean and spacious, and it has all the amenities for easy comfort while away from home.

Beautiful View, Comfy Stay

After a long day of exploring the area, our family of four (2 adults, kids aged 9 and 11) loved relaxing on the comfy sofas or stepping out to the back patio to enjoy the view (and the lightening storm over the near mountains one night!). This end unit was very quiet and very clean. It also had comfortable beds and our kids enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. When I had a problem getting into the condo, I was able to call the owner who was super helpful! Definitely recommend staying here!

Home away from home

This place served our needs for a family of 5 for a week. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen. 2 bathrooms was a plus. Beautiful view. Even used the pool and tennis courts. Check in was easy and check out process reasonable. Owner was responsive when we contacted him. Thank you for a nice stay.

A great place to stay!

So happy we stayed here! Very clean and comfortable and quiet, but beautiful neighborhood. Great host and great communication. Amenities and pics are just as they appear in the listing. True to VRBO, the host was not lurking about we truly felt the place was our own. The views and pool were the added touch we needed to end our busy days. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stay again!

Great Location, great place to stay

The view from the place was amazing; your backyard is the mountains! My family and I really enjoyed our stay and the location is close to everything! No A/C was not an issue at all- the condo stayed nice and cool at night and on the cool mornings we opened up the deck door! The temperatures during our stay were in the mid 80s. We would definitely stay at this place again when visiting that part of NH.

Perfect week away

The whole process was very simple and all details were laid out in a very easy to understand list by the owners. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. This location is perfect with beautiful Mountain Views, sunsets and so close to so many destinations. The condo itself is very clean and accommodating. Plenty of room to relax and play games. All the supplies you would need and more are provided. We all had the best week and really enjoyed this property. Would definitely stay here again if we visit North Conway in the future

Excellent location, beautiful view!

Loved the location of this condo - so convenient to everything in a nice quiet area. Having a community pool was wonderful. View was stunning. Space was comfortable. Had some very warm days (95 degrees) but kept everything closed up during the day to keep out the heat and opened windows and doors with fans at night which made it manageable!

The location was perfect, everything we planned to do was a reasonable distance from the condo,

Perfect Location; Excellent Stay

This property was ideally located between downtown North Conway and Storyland, with the best mountain view I've ever experienced with a rental. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to feel at home for a week. The hosts were responsive and provided clear instruction for arrival and departure. A perfect stay for my family.

We've been married since 1984. We have two boys graduated from College. We met in Pharmacy School and both practiced Pharmacy for many years.

I went back to school in 1989 to earn my DC (Doctor of Chiropractic).

I opened my practice in Marblehead, MA in 1993.

Ruthie got out of Pharmacy last year and now runs my front office.

We ski every weekend and more in the Winter typically at Attitash but sometimes Wildcat.

Varför värden valde detta boende

When we were looking for a place to buy in the Valley this one knocked our socks off because of the views! Very Peaceful.

Eagle Ridge Resort is high on Mt. surprise and since we are the end unit at the end of the row so we have unobstructed views out of our side and back windows. Our Unit has one of the best views of the Cathedral Ledge, White Horse Ledge and The Moat Mountains. In fact with binoculars you can watch the rock climbers on the ledges from the deck.

The sun sets every night behind the Moats and is just spectacular.

We are on the ground floor so when our kids were young they had plenty of play area right off the deck. Often times we would pitch a small tent right off the deck so they could camp out overnight.

Our location is the best. We are just outside of North Conway Village off the Intervale Loop (RT 16A) so we are able bypass RT 16 which can become gridlocked in the summer.

There is an outdoor heated pool and because the complex is high on a mountain there is always a cool breeze in the summer.

We are avid skiers and use our Unit all winter but since we live in a shore town and have our own pool we rarely get up there in the Summer.
