Family Beach Get-Away

Njut av ett hem hemifrån på stranden. Varför bo på ett trångt hotellrum när du kan njuta av en rymlig lägenhet på 1100 kvadratmeter för mindre? Dessa lägenheter har två kompletta badrum och två sovrum - med plats för upp till sex personer. Varje sovrum och huvudrummet har en platt-TV, kabel och DVD-spelare. Det nyrenoverade köket har granitbänkskivor och rostfria apparater tillsammans med köksredskap i överflöd. Sängkläder, handdukar, badlakan och andra nödvändigheter finns redan i lager. Vår strand / pool garderob är fylld med boogie brädor, solstolar, parasoll, sandleksaker och en strandvagn för att bära allt! Strandrampen ligger tvärs över gatan, vilket ger tillgång till körstranden till norr och den icke-körande stranden i söder. Grunderna inkluderar en mousserande pool, tennisbana, shuffleboardplan och tvättmöjligheter. Nice Place

Owner is very communicative. Bed was comfortable and kitchen has everthing you need for your stay. We're big bike riders and the location was perfect for riding on the beach.

Friendly quiet

This place has a nice kitchen which I appreciated. The building was quiet and friendly and a short walk to the beach. With everything we needed in room. Was very convenient and accommodating.

This was a very nice place to stay if you are a Snow Bird. However, there are 8 steps to get in the building that is not mentioned anywhere on the VRBO listing. IF you are handicapped, you would not want to rent this unit. The Keyed entry, while secure, was outdated and should be ungraded with a Card type system. The keys were difficult to open doors if you had anything in your hands. For this reason, and the steps, I would not recommend this unit for a Beach trip.

Wonderful Place

We absolutely loved staying here! Right across from the beach! Easy access to all things fun in Dayton Beach! The condo lacked nothing! It was so well equipped and comfortable! We had great communication with Richard! We would definitely stay again!

Very nice and reasonable priced for a place across the beach

We stayed here during a recent visit to move in one of children who will be attending college in Port Orange. The condo was very clean and perfectly located for our visit. The pictures on listing were spot on and we would stay here again. Richard was very responsive.

A beautiful 5 star Condo!

This was a beautiful condo! You can see the time and care the owners put into this place. Beautifully decorated with everything already there that you would need. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who may be contemplating staying in the area.

Great beach vacation

The condo is great! It is bigger than the pictures tell. I usually only book condos with washer and dryer in the unit, but I had no issues washing our towels and clothes. The location is great even though it’s not on the beach it is literally right across the street and the pool is very nice! The owner is super helpful and very responsive. We would stay again!

Close to the beach

Condo was furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Owner helped us with TV operation, and contacted cable company for repairs. Condo was clean and met all of our needs. Only problem was noise from “Bike Week” and property owner had no control over that. Overall a very relaxing time. Perfect weather for the two weeks. Easy Beach access for daily walks.

Exceptional from beginning to end!

Love this unit! This place has everything you could possibly need, lots of upgrades, and is very clean. The pictures don't do this place justice! It is convenient to many things as well. Being able to drive across the street to take our things to the beach was awesome! The renters are super easy to work with and very accommodating. We have stayed in several units in this area and this is, by far, one of the best. We hope to stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway!

Our experience was amazing right from the start! Rick was quick to respond to my rental inquiry and was willing to work with me on the short notice for renting his condo. Once we entered the condo our one week beach getaway started! Being from the area we were looking for a place right in the middle of where we need to go to visit family and this place was in the perfect location. Not a far drive in either direction. Close restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping nearby was a huge plus as well! Rick and Aimee have everything you need for a great stay near the beach from beach chairs and towels to toys for the kids! I would definitely recommend this stay for your vacation!! Wish I could give it 10 stars!! We'll definitely stay again unless we buy our own condo!!

Great place! Better Price!

Overall - very happy with this condo and we plan to return when possible. Pro's - PRICE! Location is great in Daytona Beach Shores. Renovated kitchen and very nice living room. Love the drive access to the beach just across Atlantic Avenue. Very friendly and readily available owner. Dedicated parking spot very close. Very quite and relaxing location. Cons - Built in 1982 (I believe) so shows some age in the non-renovated portions. Master Bath is very small. First floor means balcony is accessible from ground level to passers-by. Overall - great price and location with the pro's greatly out-weighing the cons.

Had pest control walk in the apartment while we were sleeping and in the bathroom. Working living room TV can be tricky. Floors were sticky. Building manager was weird about us putting parking tag in our car and giving her a copy of our drivers license.owner hasn't updated instructions about maid services for the condo. Otherwise it was a great location and price.

Just right! Location, Location, Location!

Great location, easy to the get beach (just across the street and down the ramp), easy to get in and out of the condo and close to everything Daytona Beach Shores and area has to offer. The Pool area is very nice as it gets sun all day long. Very well kept in all the common areas of condo. Laundry facility works great. The Condo has a spacious kitchen, a spacious living room, and the beds are very comfy. We would stay again .If you are looking for very user friendly, easy beach access, nice condo that cost is very reasonable...look no further. This is it!

I have been coming to this property with my family since I was sixteen years old. Now as a father of three, I keep up the family tradition with my own children. This is a great family area to enjoy the beach and other Florida attractions. The Ocean Terrace Club is family friendly for children as young as a few months to those as old as I am!

Directly across the street from the beach - easy access without the higher prices. Also the pool has ample seating, shade, and umbrella tables. It's a wonderful atmosphere after a day at the beach.
