Comfortable Home, Perfect for a Family!

We had a great stay at this comfortable house in Greensboro. The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet, pleasant area—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was ideal for our family, with plenty of space to spread out and everything we needed to feel right at home. The host was very responsive and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We really appreciated the attention to detail and overall care put into the property. Would definitely recommend to families or anyone visiting the area!

Was a great space for what we needed. Maureen was an excellent host and the house was beautiful. We also enjoyed the quiet and quaint neighborhood. It was also very close to the Greensboro Coliseum, which we needed.

Beautiful property in Great Location

We had a great stay with my family of five and in-laws. The property was located in a great area of Greensboro across from Sedgefield CC. We had all the restaurants and stores we needed a half-mile away.

We had a wonderful stay.....it is a very charming, comfortable home! Our group was greeted by Maureen and she gave us a tour of the house and this made our stay very easy. I would definitely rent from Maureen again...great neighborhood, location, etc...

Business Trip

Very nice place in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Lots of art and charming decor. The ranch style house was probably built in the late 50's or early 60's. There are some quirky things, like all older houses. It was clean and when we had a question or problem, the owner was quick to respond.

Cozy home for grad weekend

Thanks Maureen for helping to make our daughter’s graduation from Elon that much more memorable! Plenty of room to accommodate 6 of us. We left a book at the house which Maureen promptly mailed back. Very much appreciated!

Long weekend in Greensboro- great option

We stayed at this property for a long weekend to attend graduation at Elon. The house is quite roomy and with 5 adults it was nice to spread out. It is in an attractive neighborhood with a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants within a mile plus easy access to the highway. Two of the beds are rather small for two adults so we used the two sofas and they were quite comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay, much better than renting 2-3 rooms at a hotel and more economical also. And quieter with lovely outdoor space!

Great location

Overall the property had what we needed for our stay and we were able to do some cooking in the kitchen. The grill was pretty nasty outside (regular grill that had been rusted and old - so turned into a makeshift charcoal grill). The place needs some updating, pretty old flooring and beat up baseboards and rust in the showers, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially because the location to Sedgefield Country Club was so great. I would only be willing to come back if there were some updates made in the house

Graduation Retreat

The house was perfect for 5 adults attending graduation at Wake Forest. The rooms were much larger in person than they appeared online. While we didn't cook (just warmed things) the kitchen was adequate for our needs. Maureen was a fabulous hostess and made us feel quite at home! The only downside was the condition of the back deck - some boards need to be replaced due to the (lovely) weather in NC. But, we were still able to enjoy the weather and beautiful landscaping.

Great 4 Family and Friends...

Loved the location... 5-15 mins travel time to the mall and downtown. The home is older, but it had everything.. 3 bedrooms with full size beds with great space and privacy..hardwood floors throughout. ..... 2baths... the owner was a call or text away... everything to make u feel at home... towels/extra toiletries. Fully functional kitchen... and plenty of parking 4 guests. ***THE PICTURES IN THE AD ARE SPOT ON!!!!***

AMAZING! Couldnt ask for more!

I have NOTHING to say bad about my experience at Maureen's house. The house was tidy, instructions were clear...and the commute to and from downtown was great. It took us SO LONG to check out b/c we weren't ready leave! My only regret is not having more than one cigar to enjoy on the deck to end an exhausting day. The beds were comfy, the towels and shower were amazing, and the welcome message made us feel right at home. I could go on and on about this property...and we look forward to renting this property again!

Excellent!

Maureen was super responsive and the stay was great. Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, plenty of cooking utensils, several small living spaces including an enclosed back porch so it was easy to find a spot to chill out separately or together. Very convenient (1-2 miles) to any kind of shopping needed. Highly recommend!

Golf Weekend

Maureen was a fabulous host and we greatly enjoyed our weekend. Neighborhood is lovely - house is less than a block from Sedgefield Country Club. Plenty of restaurants close by.
