Great Week

We've always enjoyed Crystal Lake, and this was the best property we rented. The grand kids enjoyed the splash pad. We all loved the swimming. I taught my grandson how to fish and he caught a nice bass the first time out. We kayaked.. It was a great week with only one bad weather day. The cottage(home) has everything.

Kayak challenge

this property was just right for a relaxing vacation for us, and our two adult children and their "others". The west facing home has wonderful sun sets as an added bonus.. The home has everything one will need including AIr-conditioning which was a nice bonus, although not really need during our week. Our host was very gracious. Wonderful family summer spot! AND Crystal Lake was at its best: nice water quality, and temp. The kayaks gave us wonderful exercise.

Fantastic lake house!!

Our family had a great week at Cindy’s lake home. Crystal Lake is a fabulous lake and Cindy is an amazing host. Kids loved swimming and playing in the shallow, sandy water off the dock! We all enjoyed spending time on the water in the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat before warming up in the hot tub and starting a fire to roast marshmallows! What more could you ask for?! It was also nice to have modern conveniences like WiFi, tv, and Sonos speakers when the weather didn’t cooperate. My wife also enjoyed the beautiful piano in the spacious living room. Also, can’t say enough about how great Cindy is. She met us on arrival to show us around and was always quick to respond both before and during our stay!

Great place to relax and have fun!!!

We had so much fun staying at Cindy's house! The house is very welcoming and roomy with great views too. We spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the lake and yard. There was something for all of us to enjoy, Grandkids enjoyed playing in the shallow lake, we kayaked, played volleyball, rented a pontoon boat, enjoyed the hot tub, the hammock was a perfect spot to read and take a nap, and we enjoyed the firepit in the evening making smores . Cindy is great to rent from. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Everything was fantastic

Cindy is a great owner, there is lots to do on the lake! Paddle board, kayak, canoe, pontoon, fish and swim. Great experience and our 9 and 11 year old girls loved the sandy swim area and fishing off the dock.

Great place for family gathering

We stayed here in July and had a very nice time. The accommodations were excellent. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved the beach area. We would recommend this place to anyone.

WOW--So good that I almost dont want to tell you!

Cindy (owner) is a super host and made sure our entire family had a fantastic time at her lovely home. Super well equipped all the way around and equally cozy as well as a great location on the lake (BTW--watch out for the lake police-- super zealous group of "Barney Fife" types who are itching to take their bullet out of their pocket..if you follow me). You will have a great time but if you don't stay there-GOOD--more lake time at this great home for us in the future ;)

Great Vacation

Nice week at the lake

This house is perfect for a family with small kids. The water is shallow, there is a small flat yard and you can see the water and dock from much of the main floor. It also worked well for us because it had a main floor bed and bath to accommodate the senior traveling with us. Pictures provided are pretty accurate. Owner is very accommodating.

Beautiful!

We had six adults on this adventure. The house was very nice. The common area was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The lake was crystal clear, hence the name! The water was warm and we had the kayaks, canoe and row boat out every day. We also loved the fact that the beach had a sandy bottom. Cindy was very helpful in getting us settled in, and responsive when we had a question. And believe it or not, the photos online did not do it justice. Would definitely recommend this house!

Great vacation

This house has it all. Tons of space for your family to spread out on the inside and a fantastic backyard next to the lake. Nothing better than waking up, going fishing, being back home for breakfast with the family, then swimming all day and boating.

Fabulous!

As a family of 6, this house was great for us. It was very roomy, comfortable and clean. Cindy, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful. We loved how the dock was just steps from the house with enough chairs and a few chaise lounges for us to enjoy the view of the water and the kids swimming. The kids loved the kayaks and canoe. We made smores two nights over the fire pit. Our kids also loved the sandy bottom of the lake and tried to catch fish with nets that Cindy had. We rented a boat and loved tubing and water skiing. The boat ramp was just a few houses down and we anchored the boat near the dock. It was a really great vacation for us!!

Great Setting for a piecfull getaway on the lake.

For a first time VRBO rental, I would say she nailed it. Was it perfect, no but between the renter and the rentee it was made to be perfect by trips end. Owner is fantastic. What an awesome person to rent from. Our group needed another bathroom but we made due. Will most likely be staying here next year when we come back. I can't think of a better place to stay. So peaceful on the lake and what a great kitchen. 2 refrigerators. That was Awesome. Full laundry and we used it. WiFi perfect. Umm and a garage. Okay now that was great on the rainy days. This one is a winner and will only get better with time. You will not be disappointed.
