Fullt ombyggt kök med rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit.

Söt lägenhet på andra våningen på Plantations East. Öppen planlösning för att koppla av med familj och vänner. Tre sovrum utrustade med egen platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Alla TV-apparater är platta och har HD-tjänst. Enheten har också 2 fulla bad för att rymma alla storlekar familj. Fullt kök med alla bekvämligheter, kaffebryggare, brödrost etc. Fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också i enheten. Den omsluten verandan är den perfekta platsen för morgonkaffe. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och de andra 2 sovrummen har två tvillingar vardera. Gemensam poolen är tillgänglig för gästanvändning och ingår i hyran. Poolen öppnar Memorial Day och stänger Labor Day. Även under 2019 finns det ett litet gym i klubbhuset du har tillgång till också.

Enheten ligger några minuter från alla skattefria butiker och strandområden. 10 km från Cape Henlopen State Park.

Fabulous beach getaway

We had an excellent stay at the condo this past week. It was very well equipped and had the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on in a rental! Our teenagers loved the arcade games. The owner was very communicative and shared tips for different features of the condo. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great stay

Condo was very clean, many amenities were provided by the home owner in case you forgot something. Communication was incredible, wish all owners were as communicative. Will stay there again if we go back down to that area again.

This was a wonderful stay! Host is awesome, very accommodating and communicative. Condo is clean and well stocked! If you forget something, chances are he has thought of it and it’s in one of the closets. The arcade was a sweet touch and our kids enjoyed it. Condo is a short drive to all the attractions. Our family of 5 was very happy!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! We didn’t want to leave! It’s close to everything! The beaches, shopping and restaurants!

Upon arriving to the home we were taken away on how beautiful the home was! It had everything we needed and more! Everything in the home worked perfectly and we were so grateful and comfortable that we didn’t want to leave! Even the teenagers loved it! The home is certainly located so that there is easy access to everything!! This definitely is a home we would love to come back to!!! Thank you!!!!

Plantations condo stay

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in a quiet neighborhood very close to shopping and restaurants. The place was spotless and the beds were great! Check in was a breeze and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

Nice clean place to vacation

We have been staying at the Orton Place condo for numerous years. Very nice condo, clean and Chuck has been easy to deal with. The area is very nice and surroundings is quiet. We keep renting from year to year.

Nice and quiet

We had a wonderful stay in Lewes. The condo was very clean and well equipped. All of the bedrooms were very spacious. Shopping, restaurants, and the beach are all within a short 10 minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful Home

This location is in a gorgeous area and a beautiful home. The Kitchen is fully stocked. The area is close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book here in the future. You won’t regret this vacation spot !

Another Great Week!

Our family enjoyed another great week at the Orton Condo in Lewes. The condo comfortably accommodate our family of 6 and is close to everything Lewes and Rehoboth Beach have to offer the condo was clean and fully stocked. The owner made the stay easy and always available to answer any questions. Looking forward to future stays here.

Wonderful Space for a family Stay

The Condo was sparkly clean. Very well provisioned. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space for a family. The sun room is lovely, the grounds are well maintained and landscaped. The condo is about 15 min from the beach. Most important, the owner is very friendly and helpful, and sincerely wants you to enjoy your stay. We have rented in the area for more than 10 years and this was one of the best.
