Zion's Den är ett pulserande, fullt möblerat 3 sovrum 3 badrum, 2 nivå fritidshus i St George Utah. Denna lyxiga fritidshus har ett gourmetkök med ett gasområde, öbar och uppgraderade apparater som omges av rika granitbänkskivor. Denna enhet har en master svit på nedre våningen och två sovrum på övervåningen. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng. Tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Unable to access pool area

We did not have access to the pool. The key was not working. When we called to ask them to fix it, we were told they couldn't get a hold of the owner. We were unable to swim or get in the hot tub.

Perfect Condo!

We loved the condo. It was clean and well-stocked. The location was far enough out of the hustle and bustle of St George, but easy enough to get where we wanted to go. We loved it!!!

Not street parking

We were going to leave one of our vehicles on the street overnight but decided not to at the last minute. I'm glad we did because the next day we saw the signs that said absolutely no street parking or you will be towed. We didn't see these signs on our way in the first night because we were tired from driving all day and were busy looking for the house. It would be nice if this were mentioned in the rental agreement or guest book somewhere. That minor detail aside this was an amazingly well stocked and beautiful residence. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and process! We totally want to come back soon. Also, I booked the wrong start date, and the owner/manager was able to add a day to the reservation late after hours. Saved me big time!

Excellent home and location

Excellent property in good repair. Plenty of space. Only complaint was that the pool, hot tub, and exercise room hours felt a little limited.

As advertised!

The property management company was very easy to work with and the property is as advertised! The only complaint is the fitness center only has a treadmill, bike and elliptical. It would be nice to have free weights but not a knock on the actual townhouse. We would definitely stay here again!

Over rated, over priced.

I've rented units in same neighborhood and this one is sub par, yet still charged same price. Cleanliness was mediocre. The driveway is so steep, and garage is tiny. If you bring UTV, you have to find somewhere to park trailer. The blinds on windows are see through and units are so close that your neighbors can literally see you all the time including showering. Lower the price. Let everyone know it's a Honda, not a Cadillac...

Great Response

We had a bit of a snafu during arrival and check in with there being no power to the unit. However once we called the property managers, response was swift and a technician was there within 10 minutes to rectify the situation and get us set up. The situation was not the fault of the property managers, but they fixed it right away and everything else about the unit and our stay was great.

Stayed a week.

Really good beds. Comfortable furniture for a writer's retreat. Tiny doors on master that open even when locked. So it's a no for privacy, but everything else was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front door lock required some patience, and it would have been nice to have had the garage door code/opener but really those are minor quibbles. Clean, roomy ( only 3 of us ) well appointed. Major things were good.

Ok rental, but not for 10 people

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at several units in Coral Ridge and this is one I would not stay in again. We only had 6 people staying (4 of those kids) and found the rental to be cramped. The seating in the family room/tv area was small and so uncomfortable. There were only 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. And the bunk beds in the room upstairs were way to big for the bedroom. There wasn’t room for anything else besides the beds! There was no tv in the master bedroom and the WiFi was horrible, therefore making the tv signal bad as well. Overall, I would choose a different unit in Coral Ridge next tine. This was over priced for what it offered compared to comparable units in the same development.
