Välskötta husdjur accepteras. Detta rymliga två sovrum, två badrum hem byggdes 2009 och har alla moderna bekvämligheter. Till skillnad från många bostäder i Eugene, är detta hem LUFTKONDITIONERAD! Stort stort rum har gasspis, 42 "platt skärm, himmelbelysning och skjutdörr till däck. Det fullt utrustade köket har nya apparater och allt du behöver för att känna dig som hemma. Sitt på däck och titta på änder landa ibland i dammet precis utanför dörren. Det finns bekväm ADA-åtkomst överallt för gäster med funktionshinder och hemmet ligger på en nivå. Gott om utrymme för storfamilj eller två par, som alla har sitt eget rum med drottningssängar. Två andra kan hitta en bäddsoffa i det stora stora rummet. Du kommer att älska denna lugna, säkra och bekväma miljö cirka 3. 5 miles från University of Oregon campus, 2. 2 miles från Autzen Stadium / PK Park där andarna spelar fotboll / baseball & Matt Arena för basket fans. Perfect spot for Duck fans!

This place was perfect for us. 4 adults that were going to baseball games daily, the location made it super easy. 5 minutes to Autzen/PK Park. The host was friendly, accessible and detail oriented. Well equipped bathrooms and kitchen made everyday living a breeze. And our little pup had a nice safe fenced area to run around. I would definitely recommend Mike and his property to everyone.!

We had a great stay. We visited Eugene for the USATF Junior Olympics. This house was perfect, giving everyone space to relax after long days at the track.

Terrific host and property

The property was immaculate and fully stocked for all our needs. No issues at all as we enjoyed the peaceful guest house. The hosts are very kind and attentive, and Mike made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. We will definitely stay again when we are in Eugene!

Family celebration for graduation

Our second stay here, wonderful! We needed extra chairs for our big family dinner and Mike made it happen. Super kitchen and dining room layout to accommodate 12 happy eaters! We enjoyed a restful 3 nights and in all, had a very happy stay.

Great location and host

My husband had major surgery and needed to stay in town for a week to recover. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Mike was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back to stay for a fun visit next time.

Great host and an even better place!

Mike was fantastic right from the first phone conversation. Great host and great positive energy. Conveniently close to food and grocery stores. We came for Ducks spring football game and it is really close to Autzen. The house is beautiful and has everything we needed. I will stay here again.

Home and host are both a pleasant surprise.

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The home does not disappoint. Mike the host made the entire process smooth and easy, checking in to make sure is well during the stay. Highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay

This is a nice clean home centrally located, close to everything. Mike the owner lives on the property in his own house and is very welcoming. The yard of this home shares with the owner Mike's house. They have a bonfire on Saturday nights and it looked like fun, we were there to visit family so we were unable to participate.

Guest House

This was a very nice clean House. Both Bedrooms had queen beds, or course I sleep in the bedroom with bathroom attached. I was visiting a vet and friends & family will i as in town. You will not be disappointed when you stay in there guest house. All you will need is your own food, this house as everything you will need. I will be back to stay again.

This is a custom designed, 2009 house that Terry Lee and I originally built for her Mom and Dad on our large lot, behind our house. We spared nothing. This is a home, not an old rental flipped to "short-term". It is very private and comfortable, in a 'compound-like' environment. A stone walkway past our pond, gardens and firepit separates our own home from our Eugene Guest House. This unique proximity allows us to offer 24 hours concierge service. Our goal is to enhance your stay and create an experience that you tell your friends about. It is air-conditioned with extra sound insulation and 'whisper-quiet' HVAC. Did I mention quiet and serene? Combining the assets of my 20+ years in marketing and business development along with Terry Lee's ownership of a residential cleaning service in Eugene/Springfield, we are able to cater to our guests like friendly staff!
