Mysig, rustik stuga / stuga inbäddat bland tallar. Tvärs över marinan från Lake Superior, bara en kort promenad till en fantastisk sandstrand. Också på Slough floden (Flagg) som du kan kanot till den stora sjön eller Bibon sjön. Två mysiga sovrum, nyligen ombyggda kök och badrum. Vardagsrummet har en öppen spis och 2 futon soffor som öppnar för sängar. Del av Port Wing Marina som har ytterligare stugor att hyra om du har en större grupp. Stort däck ute ser tillbaka mot floden. Grill och eldstaden ut tillbaka. 3 säsong veranda med utsikt över Lake Superior. Husdjur är välkomna. Nära till Bayfield, isgrottor, Amnicon faller och mycket mer. Bra fiske, vandring, paddla boarding, paddling, snö mobil och snöskor.

Cozy cabin

Our stay was great! It was nice after a day of hiking to come back and relax by the bonfire. There is not a lot to do right in Port Wing but just up the road in Herbster and Cornucopia there are more options. The washer and dryer didn't work well but overall a good experience..

Well-appointed cute cabin in the woods

This is a really cute cabin with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was exceptionally nice. Furniture was comfortable; fans in each room helped as it was a little warmer than expected for the time of year. We loved the fire pit out back. I do wish it were further away from the road/ATV trail, and my partner was disappointed that that we couldn't just go out the door and safely walk the dogs much (just a short path from the back of the property that just ended up at the road). We had a loss of internet, but the owner was very communicative and tried to get it fixed. No big deal except we didn't have maps and were driving blind in the area until we reached Cornucopia to get directions. Was a good reminder not to rely on technology in the woods - I should've brought my own printed maps with me. Overall, we had a lovely time.

Tranquility

The cabin is adorable. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. My little dog and I walked to Lake Superior several times. Short walk, less than 5 minutes. Nice paths to walk in the woods also. I was very pleased. 😃

Cute Cabin

Stayed here a few times with the family now and it's always great! There's been a few small updates over the years which are always a welcome 😊. Very nice & clean, plus kitchen is stocked reasonably well for every day needs. Laura is the best on communications too (very quick to help).

Wonderful cabin.

We love it. It was very cosy, quiet, so many interesting decorations, and everything what we needed was in place. Kitchen was amazing. Beach, fishing, mushroom hunting was just around the corner.

Great Little (cute) Cabin

Very nice, option in Port Wing area. We had 4 people and it was perfect size... in my opinion, 6 might be a little cramped, (but possible with foldout couches). We’ve stayed at other rentals in the town & area and this was by far the most clean and well maintained property. Great stock of kitchen items, cleaning products, toiletries and selection of indoor/outdoor games. The weather wasn't too hot for us, but there's not AC; thank you for providing the extra air fans to help air circulate... by keeping windows open at night, it was perfect for us! The canoe offered + multple areas to bring/use was fantastic. Very thoughtful they provided local artisan water with standing dispenser. LOVED they installed a water filtration system to minimize the high iron (smell), for showers! Privacy was good, we share laundry with neighboring cabins (located in garage on property)... so 3-4 times random people walked through the property and/or drove a truck up (can be surprising). Location is near a road that occasionally has loud ATVs drive by... weekend mornings seemed to be the worst, but not terrible. Keep up the great details, options + thoroughly deep cleaning with housekeeping ❤️. Hope to be back soon!!

South Shore Retreat

Lovely, well appointed cabin at the South Shore! Perfect place for a little retreat! Loved how close it was to the lake-and great access for kayaking. Highly recommend!

Great home base

This was a great home base. 30 minutes to the apostle Islands and 45 minutes to Superior. The cabin has lots of privacy but is only a minute from town. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. Enclosed front porch is a delight. Put-in places for the canoes were a little further than I imagined, but she does have a canoe cart or throw it in the back of your pickup. I highly recommend this quiet VBRO. Terry

Cozy cabin in the woods

The cabin was well stocked and beautifully decorated. The owner gave us an alternate route through a state park to see the colors. The area was beautiful; the fall colors spectacular. She puts a lot of love into her cabin. Would definitely recommend.

Very Relaxing

We enjoyed that this cabin is off the beaten path and very quiet. Love the fact that it's very close (100 yds. or so) to the beach. Loved Lake Superior--not just here--but all along the the south and north shores. If you have a relaxed schedule, this is a good location from which to access both.
