Detta är en 3 sovrum 3 bad lägenhet på första våningen i den enda gated community i Mexico Beach. Sovrummet är stort med king size-säng, plattskärms-tv, stor walk in closet och master badrum med dubbla handfat, trädgård badkar och fristående dusch. Den 2: a sovrummet har queen size-säng med walkin garderob och dubbla handfat med badkar. 3: e sovrummet har queen size-säng med garderob. 3: e badrum i korridoren. Vi har en välfylld kök och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Matbordet kommer sits 6 och det finns 4 bar stolar i baren. Det finns ett stort däck med tillgång till sovrummet och vardagsrummet, som ser ut över kanalen, pool och hot tub. 3 charcol grillar direkt i baksidan av enheten.

Love Mexico Beach

We have been staying at Fit for a Prince condo for many years prior. It is always clean & was just perfect for my family. Ideally located near the Shell Shack & Mexico Beach Store. A little walk to Mango Marleys for food. It's a short few minute walk to the beach & all my grandkids love the pool at the condo. We always enjoy are stay at Fit for a Prince & will be back.

Mexico Beach Condo

Condo was very nice, clean, and quiet. Perfect for 4 adults. We are building a house in the area and will be coming to Mexico Beach many times over the next year. We will definitely rent again.

Amazing property!

This condo was wonderful and met all of our expectations! Everything is brand new and spotless. Being located on the first floor was great and it was very close to the pool without being right on top of the pool. Waterside is very family friendly. The walk to the beach was very easy and short. The owner/host was easy to contact throughout the booking and rental process. We would definitely stay here again!!

Relaxing Spring Break

Such a wonderful property! Beautiful, clean location within walking distance to the beach, shops, & restaurants. We were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway and this was perfect!

This condo is beautifully designed and decorated inside. Looked like no one had ever stayed there! So clean! Nice pool with pretty view of canal. Short walk to beach

Good location!

The Condo is on the 1st floor of a well maintained gated community, great for seniors and families with young children. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit ... clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Easy access to the beach across Hwy 98 ... if you have a lot of beach equipment, you can take your car to the end of the access road, unload, then return it to the parking lot. They have a great pool area which our grandson really enjoyed during our stay. The owner, Linda, was easy to work with and very accommodating ... our damage deposit was refunded in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Perfect!

The condo was spacious. The view overlooking the canal and pool was relaxing. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to pier parking. We loved our stay here and are already talking about coming back again!

Everything was great

Had a wonderful time everything was wonderful plenty of room for the 5 of use. Loved the master suite the beds slept good really enjoyed the TV's in each room everyone was able to watch what they wanted. Just a short walk to beach and the pool was nice and is located just a few steps from the door. Will definitely stay here again.

The beach was beautiful and we had a great time. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The condo had everything we needed and was well maintained. We have rented it several years in the past and plan to rent it again.

Spacious, comfortable and convenient

For a family vacation or a large group, I highly recommend this condo. It is very spacious with an open floor plan and good furniture placement. If you're like me and don't like to feel crowded, you will be amazed at how many people fit comfortably in this condo. The unit is an easy walk across the road from the beach. If you're like me and carry tons of stuff to the beach, you can also load the car and drive down to the access stairs. Helpful hint: when you stay here and go looking for the trash/dumpster, it is hidden behind an unmarked manual/metal rollup door. I had to get really nosy to find it myself! This particular unit is right across from the swimming pool and charcoal grills. Everyone in the family absolutely loved this condo and we had a great vacation. I'm looking forward to visiting again next year!!!

Pristine white sand beaches and blue waters. Being a quiet little sleepy town helped. No highrises, no amusment parks, just peace and quiet.
