Denna lägenhet har alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Vacker bottenvåningen lägenhet bredvid parkering. Minsta promenad till bilen och inga trappor att hantera. Rätt bredvid en av poolerna och mycket nära den andra poolen. Välvda tak. 3 sovrum, 2 badrum. 6 sovplatser i sängar. Porta spjälsäng finns inklusive barnstol och babymonitor för närhet till poolen. Gratis wifi. Stort kök med mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kylskåp och fullt utrustat med disk, köksredskap etc. Köksbordet har plats för 4 som är men öppnar upp till ett runt bord med plats för 6-8. Stort familjerum / vardagsrum med TV, DVD / video. Vi håller på att bygga 19.
Las Palmas är en underbar familjeanläggning med 2 pooler i mindre storlek och badtunnor, plus tillgång till Green Valley som har en inomhuspool, utomhuspool i olympisk storlek, barnpool och dykbassäng, även picklebollbanor. Det finns 2 lekplatsområden nära lägenheten. Flera golfbanor i närheten.

Great place to hang

Spacious comfortable. Lots of speed bumps in and out. One shower curtain too short for tub. Would have liked to spend more time in unit we were doing a lot. Great ground floor access

This condo is very convenient and clean, on ground level. Ginger was amazing. It is spacious and about 20 feet from the pool and hottub. I recommend to everyone.

Senior's get away

This was the perfect place for 5 friends, traveling together for 55+ years now. No stairs and easy access to the pool. Nice and spacious. Will book again.

Love this place

This is our second year staying at this unit. Mr. and Mrs Tingy are excellent "landlords". The place was very clean and the complex is very clean. The condo is well stocked with all the necessities and the beds are very comfortable. The complex is close to the softball complex where we spend most of our time. Our entire team stays in these condos and we love it!! We look forward to staying here again for next years tournament.

Incredible place

This home was amazing. The location to the pools was perfect. My family loved being right outside the pool. The home was super clean and absolutely lovely to be in. We will consider going to this same place again in the future.

Perfect retreat to relax and unwind

The property had everything we needed. It's so nice to have a full kitchen when you travel with your family so you don't need to eat out every meal. The condo was spacious and had a cute patio and was right next to the pool so I could let my kids go and just go check on them every once in awhile (they are good swimmers and the pool is only 4 ft deep). It also had fun old movies to watch like the Sandlot, which we really enjoyed.

Just what we needed.

We were pleased with the convenience and accessibility of this unit for my husband's wheelchair. We needed to make an important extended family visit in St. George on short notice and were so grateful to find and arrange a quality short stay property in one day. The host is gracious; the unit well-equipped; the beds very comfortable.

We thought the unit was very nice and very comfortable. The TV remote fell through the couch and we had to lift the couch to find it and under the couch was a mess. It hadn't been cleaned in awhile. There needs to be instructions on how to operative the TV, too. We had to call the hosts to get help. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is nicely updated. Plenty of dishes, etc. to use. Close to pool and location is great as it is near end of property. Will definitely book this property if available when we return to St. George.

The reservation and check in process were flawless. The surroundings are beautiful, the amenities easily accessible. The single story, ground floor, open floor plan made access and loading convenient. The condo was squeaky clean and well stocked. Our group enjoyed it immensely and would definitely return.

Beautiful Condo

I absolutely love this condo. Very spacious, very clean, and they supply more than you’d expect which was a pleasant surprise. I have found the condo that I will be staying at when I come down to Sunny St.George. Jon and Ginger are excellent hosts and easy to contact. I look forward to my next visit.

We have been coming down to St. George for several years and really wanted a place of our own. We love to hike, golf, bike, boat, swim and relax and Las Palmas in St. George has it all.

Our condo is especially nice because it is very close to one of the swimming pools making it convenient to get to the pool. It is also on the ground floor end condo so it has easy parking access and is a little quieter being on the end.
