Du kan ligga i sängen på tredje våningen och se havet. Du kan njuta av havet om dagen och havsbrisen på natten och sedan promenera till en närliggande restaurang.

En vanligt ställd fråga ... Hur långt från havet? Cirka 200 meter och dina fötter kommer att vara i vattnet. Om du har stannat med mig innan jag kommer att hedra de gamla priserna ... Jag har nyligen gått upp lite på grund av försäkring och skatter ...

Varje sovrum har sitt eget privata däck med havsutsikt. Det stora sovrummet har en privat jacuzzi och den andra jacuzzin ligger mellan de två sovrummen på tredje våningen.

Detta hem är väldigt modernt, och jag har alla sängkläder. Det enda du blir ombedd att ta med är dina badhanddukar. Gå in och hemmet är VAKAT KLAR. Det finns gott om parkering för båtar och flera bilar. Om du väljer att använda kvarterets båtbrygga är det inom tre minuters bilfärd från hemmet. Du kan också gå till Sheraton brygga på mindre än fyra minuter. Detta hem är en utmärkt plats, den enda gången du kommer att behöva komma in i bilen är att gå till livsmedelsbutiken (fem minuters körning) och göra lite sightseeing.

The check-in process was very easy. Eve even text us to tell us we could check in early because the cleaning people were done. Location was nice. Beach was about two blocks away. My family and I had a lovely time. We definitely would return.

My family had a wonderful time. Eve was a gem! Only issue we had was with a TV in one of the bedrooms and she brought over a brand new one still in the box the very same day. We loved being able to have our fur babies with us. We will definitely book again in the future.

OH HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! Love, Love, Love this home, it is a perfect place for a family!!! The accommodations were like "going home", beautiful home, set up perfectly, close to everything, beaches, aquarium, great food, Shackelford banks, Just could not ask for a better location!!! The host is so organized, welcoming just a sweetheart. Loved everything about the place, will be back for sure!!!!!! highly recommended, it will not disappoint!!!!!

Great House & Great Location

Close to the beach and all you would need for a quiet relaxing beach vacation. Beach was very clean and our dog loved the beach and home! Close to food stores and short drive to restaurants.

Great location!

Spent an enjoyable week at this home. Location is great and within easy walking distance to beach. Quiet neighborhood to walk and bike. Relaxing small pier and kayak put in very near. Eve was attentive and answered questions quickly.

Perfect for family

Nice house close to beach. Plenty of room. Lots of stairs… ugh! lol Really worked out great for us and we were able to bring our dogs that are party of are family and insulin dependent. House needs some maintenance but was really perfect for us!

Spring Getaway

The house was perfect for a small family, wall king distance to beach, close to just about everything and yet has the feel of being off the beaten path! Eve is a wonderful host, very helpful in whatever you may need. Hope we can return again by ourselves or with extended family. Thanks so much Eve!

The one good thing was that the host, Eve, is a very sweet woman. The beach house was an easy walking distance to a very private beach...However… We came in to a very filthy house; hair in the refrigerator, pieces of soap and hair in the showers, rusty nail sticking straight up out of the cracked deck boards on the multiple balconies / decks, the deck chairs were rotting (you could not even sit in them). Some of the chairs actually had screws sticking straight through them. Not a safe place for children. On our 5th night, the refrigerator completely quit working and thawed out everything in the freezer and spoiled all of our food in the refrigerator. We lost over 250 worth of food; including 75 and fresh shrimp that we were going to make for our last dinner there. I did notify her, and she very quickly went and purchased a new refrigerator (that wasn’t being delivered until late Friday night or sometime Saturday) and we were leaving Saturday morning. She did apologize, but apologizing did not give us back hundreds of dollars. Extremely disappointed.

SIs strange you would have that much food that laid in your vacation When they delivered the new refrigerator on Saturday, there was still ice in the freezer and there was Popsicles in there still frozen I In this business, you just cannot make everybody happy.. If you’re leaving on Saturday morning, I doubt that you’d have that much food in the freezer left to take home with you. That is most unusual, but I hope she was happy with her comments. I I have gone back and reviewed the cameras before she arrived. There was no soap in the shower. There was no hair in the refrigerator.

Great Beach House!!

We just loved our stay! Eve was great and super easy to work with! The kitchen is so well stocked with every pot and pan you could ever want and cooking utensils. Great sharp knives too! Plenty of towels! Giant master bedroom with a very comfy bed!! The upstairs bedroom s were also big with a large jack and Jill bathroom. We will definitely be back!!

The stay was great and Eve was wonderful. Location was great for beach access. Ocean view was visible from one of the upper floor decks but pretty obscured. But, that’s okay, we didn’t really care about having an ocean view. The house was nice just some minor repairs and updates are needed. Fixtures for showers and sinks needed replaced and loose tiles in master bathroom and a couple rotten boards on deck need replaced. TV remotes needed batteries. Beds were fantastic and bedrooms were nice. Kitchen was functional and worked well for our stay. The price for location was good. Again, Eve was great!

Though the weather was a little unsettled we couldn't have been happier with our rental "Summer Eve". We have rented thru VRBO several times and have had good experiences with those rentals, but Eve just went out of her way to make sure everything was ready for us and we were happy with our stay. We had our little 15 lb Bishon "Mia" with us and we like that we could close off the balconies (yes there is one for each bedroom) and not worry about her as we enjoyed the view. We hope to stay again our next trip to the Crystal Coast. You will love this place...and Eve.

Thanksgiving at the beach

I rented this wonderful property for the week of Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Having never been to the NC beaches before, I wasn't sure what to expect but the house and the area were both perfect. Eve has paid attention to every detail and the house has everything that you will need. The beds are really comfortable (I checked out her mattress so that I can get the same one at home:)), there is a 65 inch TV in the living room with a DVD player and Netflix for bad weather days, you can walk right across the street to the beach, and there are huge bath tubs to take jacuzzi's in. We walked 5 miles on the beach every day with my dog, ate at some wonderful local restaurants, and I even got to take a great yoga class on Thanksgiving morning. Thanks Eve for such a wonderful home to spend the holiday in!

Great place at the beach

We enjoyed our stay so much. House was clean and such a great layout. My husband and I had the bedroom on second floor and kids and grandson had the third floor. We never bothered each other with noise. The beach was across the street and a short walk. Great short exercise to and from the beach. Owner was very great to work with. Dryer went out first day we were there and she had it fixed immediately. She also had everything in the house you could possibly need, including beach chairs and a cart to pull everything. We enjoyed our week and hopefully will be back soon.

SOUTHERN CHARM

This was without a doubt the best vacation we have ever taken. It was the hospitality and charm that Eve provided us that made it special. The house was spotless and everything was provided. All we had to do is have a good time. Walks on the beach with our dog, evenings on the pier enjoying a relaxing drink at Molly's, fine Italian dining and all within walking distance. There's alot to be said for location, location, location. This house has it all. Atlantic Beach and the surrounding areas had some of the best fireworks I'd ever seen and all from the comfort of the front porch. From now on when I here the phrase "Southern Charm" I will think of Eve and Eve's Paradise. We are already planning next years vacation at Eve's Paradise.

First week of Vacation at Eve's

Eve, This was the second time I have stayed in your home and am planning on three weeks this year!!! This was the first vacation my husband and I have had alone for an entire week. ever...... We love your home:))) There is absolutely nothing we could want or need..... It is always clean, open and inviting and you always want us to call so that you're sure we made it ok. The location is wonderful, quiet, very nice neighborhood and close enough to the water.... You are the kindest and most considerate person we have ever rented from. We were able to do some site seeing, bike riding, watching movies, and of course, eating!!! lots of eating!! and can't believe I didn't turn the stove on AT ALL..... I love to cook at the beach but I'll save that for August. There are wonderful places to eat. Our favorite, Amos Mosquitos....Water Mark and The Ruddy Duck. Jeff and Melissa Smith

great size and location

It was a great house in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked but there was no fan to vent the steam or smoke from cooking. There was a fan we used backwards at the door to clear the air but it took us a day to figure that out. There were plenty of linens for the beds. We had three teenage boys in our group. Two stayed in the room with two singles and one stayed in the sun porch although it was sticky in that room. We didnt find out until a few days in that there was actually another cot in the closet of the boys room that would have made it nice for them to all set up in one room. But I guess we should have looked more closely in the closets when we go tthere. There was a note of caution about using the jacuzzi tub as the fixtures were prone to breakage and there would be a fee to fix if it broke again. That was a little unnerving so we just opted not to use it. The owner was very sweet and easily accessible so I am sure it would have been fine but we just didnt want to bother. There was plenty to do in the area. We spent days at the beach, at the aquarium, fishing on a boat and on the pier. We were not quite prepared for level of wind at this beach area. It seemed stronger than other beach towns maybe because of the southern exposure. The teens were disappointed that there was no traditional boardwalk. Atlantic Beach reports that they have one but it just a wooden walking path near the beach with housing. There is no shopping on a boardwalk that is ocean front like there is in Ocean City etc. The trade off is that there are also fewer crowds and a much more relaxed atmosphere. The town definitely shuts down around 7 pm. The adults would gladly go back again. The teens were not convinced.

Very peaceful and relaxing

Though my stay was not for vacation but for my FIL funeral. The home became a place to distract ourselves and remember the happiest memories spent with our loved ones, Thanks so much Eve for all you did and for being an amazing person, Will be back in the summer. Thanks

What a great family. I enjoyed them so much stopping by and speaking to me they felt like they were at home with me. I am looking forward to them coming back anytime they want to. Love to see them again and again

This property is located in a great area. You can walk to a Dairy Queen. You can put crab pots out. Great location to walk your pets. I furnish the nicest linens...No Beaded Sheets here...smile
