Huset ligger nära en sekundär väg som förbinder byn Quarter (1km) och staden Girona (5km) och en väg sida som ansluts direkt med Via Verda (Green Lane), avsedd att älskare av cykling. Gironas flygplats ligger 17 km bort. Platsen är mycket praktiskt att använda som ett nav.

Hem till 4 sovrum, 2 matsalar, ett fullt utrustat kök, 3 badrum, etc. Alla rum är på 1: a våningen. Vi är utrustade med luftkonditionering, musikalisk bakgrund i varje rum, öppen spis, bäddsoffa, internet WIFI, etc. Det finns också en stor uteservering.

Våning Bottenvåning kan man hitta ett stort garage med plats för att spela pingis eller andra aktiviteter, och full av utrymme för att hålla bilar och cyklar, etc.

Utanför trädgården (5000 mts2), det finns en privat pool och väl securisée (4,5 x 9, djup: 1,20 till 1,90 meter) med en generator av ström, automatisk rengöring, saltvatten, etc. Det finns också en gunga, grill, trädgårdsmöbler, basket och en korg med fruktträd.

Vid 100 meter från huset finns en grön väg som gör länken mellan Girona och Sant Feliu de Guixols (på Costa Brava).

Inte långt från huset, 1km hittar du stormarknader, apotek, bagerier, restauranger, etc.

Huset är perfekt för cyklister och sport, för familjer med små barn och grupper av vänner som vill utforska området är att vara nära till allt.

Great stay in a nice house

Very nice and spacious house with a huge garden and pool for sports and kids between Girona and Quart. Great for running, hiking and cycling. Lovely and helpful hosts.

Wonderful house near Girona

We loved the house and it's location near Girona. The bus to girona stops 400m from the house. The house was very spacious and clean, perfect for a Large group of friends. Communication with the hosts was perfect and they were very friendly!

Hi, we had a very good stay in this accomodation. A lot of facilities (swimming pool, big garden, pool table, table tennis). The airco was very welcome during the warm days and nights. And the owners where very polite and helpfull.

Fabulous place, fabulous location, fabulous host

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house and our wonderful host, Dolors. She greeted us when we got there, showed us around and gave us some great recommendations of where to shop and places to eat, and was always available to answer questions. The house is wonderful and spacious, with lots of light. We very much enjoyed the pool and the terrace as well. The house is wonderfully located 2 minutes from the town of Quart for easy shopping, and only a few more minutes from Girona, for sightseeing. A very peaceful getaway. We highly recommend it!

Great Summer holiday

We spent two weeks in Girona with two families and overall 9 people. The house is very well equipped and in good condition. You can tell that the owners take very much care. Dolors was very nice and helped right away when we had an issues with WIFI. The kids loved the pool and the indoor play area with pool table, ping pong,.....The road in fron of the house is noisy but did not disturb us too much. Traffic gets less in the evenings. Only bad thing in August. was the mosquitoes who were really bad that time and apparently worse than previous years. We can very much recommend staying here as it's very close to Girona which is a very beautiful city. Drive to nice beaches is approx. 35 minutes.

VACACIONES MUY AGRADABLES

La casa está muy bien equipada, tiene todos los electrodomésticos. Es amplia y cómoda. La piscina está muy bien situada y recibe el sol durante todo el día, con lo que la temperatura del agua es ideal. En el garaje hay espacio para guardar 2 coches de cualquier tamaño. Tiene billar, mesa de ping pong y futbolín, lo que para los niños es un gran entretenimiento. Hay supermercados muy cerca en coche (5-10 min) y Girona capital está también a tiro de piedra. Eramos 9 personas y hemos pasado unos días estupendos en la casa. Totalmente recomendable.

Estada fantàstica i casa molt recomanable

La casa està ben situada, amb serveis a prop: el poble de Quart a 1 min en cotxe, Cassà a uns 10 min i també molt a prop de Girona. Les opcions d'oci de la casa són espectaculars i és impossible avorrir-se. Tant a l'interior (futbolí, billar, ping pong, alguns jocs) com a l'exterior (piscina, camp per jugar a bàdminton o vòlei, llit elàstic, gronxadors) per a poder triar segons el temps que fa. Hi ha un prat molt extens per córrer i fer jocs. A dintre els espais són amplis, els llits són còmodes, la casa és confortable. Està molt ben equipada i ben mantinguda, tant interiors com exteriors. Al voltant de la casa hi ha zones enjardinades i estan molt ben cuidades. La casa està a prop d'una carretera però l'interior està molt ben aïllat. En algunes zones de l'exterior es veuen i es senten els cotxes de la carretera però no ens va molestar, en general hi ha arbres i vegetació que ajuden a aïllar. La propietària va estar molt disponible i atenta a qualsevol necessitat, sense ser intrusiva. El tracte amb ella va ser molt fàcil. Per tot plegat, una estada fantàstica i una casa molt recomanable.

Very nice house, very friendly people

We stayed here in August. It’s a very nice house. The people who own the house are very friendly and helpful. We had a few minor problems that were solved really quickly. The pool is really nice and so is the BBQ corner. Much recommended for families.

Wonderful holiday

We have returned from an absolutely amazing holiday here. The house is well prepared for guests, aircon through living quarters and bedrooms. Plenty of room, 4 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, a garage full of toys, football table, pool table and gym equipment. A trampoline, hammock, bbq area and badminton court all available for use and a LOVELY swimming pool. We read all of the reviews before booking and have to be honest we were worried about the road noise. However there was no problem at all with road noise. During the day we didn't notice it (we had 2 small children in our party of 6) and at night I can honestly say we didn't notice any road noise. Dolors (the owner) was so helpful and kind. It was a dia de fiesta (festival day) when we arrived so the shops were closed and Dolors contacted us to ask what we would like from the shops in advance so that we didn't go hungry. I cannot express how lovely Dolors was, she made us feel very welcome. We travelled to visit family in the surrounding villages and visited many beaches. All within a 20-30 minute drive from the house. The airport is a maximum of 15 minutes away. We had some family who live locally visit us and spent time at the pool and had a bbq, there is so much room and so much for the kids to do, everyone loved the place. There are plenty of restaurants near the house. Our favourite was Can Mascort, delicious meat cooked on the grill and home made delicious catalan cooking. There are 2 supermarkets in Quart and a bread shop (forn de pa) delicious bread! There is also a good butcher. This was, without doubt, one of the best holidays we have had in the North of Spain. Queria dicir algo en español también. La casa es increible, tiene de todo, aire acondicionado, la casa es muy amplia, tiene un garaje abajo con futbolin, billards, jugetes etc. Hay una area de barbecoa, una hamaca, una buena piscina y un campo con un red de badminton. Los niños y los adultos lo pasaron de bomba. La dueña Dolors es un encanto. Era muy sympatica y estaba dispuesta de ayudarnos con cualquier cosa. La casa esta muy bien situada solo 15 minutes del aeropuerto, 10 minutes de Girona y unos 20—30 minutos de las playas. Hay dos supermercados en Quart y una panederia (el forn de pa) el pan es buenisimo. Hay una carniceria también que esta muy bien. Hay mucha seleccion de restaurantes cerca de la casa. Unos de nuestro favoritos fue Can Mascort, carne a la brasa y comida casera.

Good convenient accommodation..... shame about the road!

The house is adequate for all the needs of a group or large family. Dolors the host is very keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible and address any issues you may have immediately. When we booked the description said 4 bathrooms when in fact there were 2 and a toilet in the basement. We were offered a full refund but it was too late to change accommodation and the details have now been updated and the information is accurate. The interior furnishings are a bit outdated but it is well maintained and clean and absolutely fine for a holiday let. The kitchen is well equipped with a large table we enjoyed dining at. The sun lounger covers were all ripped and worn but I am sure will be replaced very quickly as Dolors seems keen to make everything as perfect as she can for your stay. Unfortunately for us the road noise was too much for a relaxing stay and put me off wanting to return to the house. It lessened at the weekend but we couldn’t sit out at the terrace overlooking the road or relax in peace by the pool.... and a couple of nights it did keep me awake.... fortunately the beds were very comfortable! Unfortunately the situation of the house can’t be changed with regards to the busy road but for a big family there is lots of space and games and equipment and you possibly wouldn’t worry about the road noise! We were out cycling all day anyway for which the area is superb with a variety of wonderful rides and beautiful scenery whether it be coast or country or vineyards cycling through some beautiful villages and and will return to the province in the future.

Perfect for a cycling holiday

For a group of 7 cyclists this villa is excellent. Large kitchen/diner plus 2 other communal rooms. The website says 4 bathrooms, but there are in fact 3? 2 in the accommodation and 1 in the garage area below. Not really a problem for us but the website needs reviewing. Great for us was the large, secure, garage area beneath the accommodation which was ideal for the assembly and storage of bikes and all associated equipment. It's located close to many of Girona's classic climbs and cycling roads so we rarely had to ride through Girona city. Shopping is adequate just 2 kilometres south into Quart. Some reviews have mentioned the road noise. Yes, it is close to a busy main road but the house is equipped with good double glazing and roller shutters on the windows so for us it was not a problem. Balance that with it's proximity to beautiful open countryside and empty roads. Our host was always available on WhatsApp and swiftly attended to a couple of minor problems we had. All in all a good holiday and the villa is recommended.

CASA GRANDE Y BIEN ACONDICIONADA

La casa es confortable, con muy buena calefacción y acondicionada. Perfecta para un grupo numeroso de personas. Equipamiento en la planta baja para pasar buenos ratos de ocio. Futbolin, billar Americano, mesa de Ping Pong. maquinas de gimnasia. etc. Pudimos hacer barbacoa, todo y siendo 31 de Diciembre por la noche sin pasar frío. Rosa la Anfitriona de la Casa es muy amable y servicial, disponible en cualquier momento para lo que necesitáramos. Totalmente recomendable. Intentaremos volver en otra ocasión.

Zeer comfortabel, ruim huis. Alles is aanwezig. Grote garage met veel speelvoorzieningen voor kinder

Wij zaten met twee gezinnen in het huis (kinderen in de leeftijd van 5-11 jaar) en hebben een geweldige week gehad. Alles in het huis is aanwezig, mooi zwembad, goede airco in het huis, verschillende terassen, buitenbarbeque, enz. We waren vooral onder de indruk van de garage met allerlei speelvoorzieningen (van 'ringen' tot poolbiljart en van fitnessapparaat tot tafeltennistafel). Girona is met de auto prima te bereiken in nog geen 10 minuten. De eigenaar was heel behulpzaam, bij vragen kregen we meteen antwoord of kwam ze even naar het huis om te laten zien hoe iets werkte. Kortom; een aanrader....

A perfect house for families.

We stayed here for a week - we were two families with three children between us. The place is absolutely ideal for children, there is so much for them to do - swimming pool, trampoline, swings, football goals, volleyball net, basketball hoop, a huge garden (more like a field!) for them to run around in. The garage, which is the entire ground floor of the house, is enormous, and is a paradise for children! There's table tennis, table football, pool, ride-on toys and so much more. There's even a sauna, though with the heat of the summer this wasn't something we used! The owners really have thought of everything a family might need. The house itself is really well equipped, at no point was there anything we needed that the house didn't have! It feels like a home rather than a holiday house, which was exactly what we wanted. The temperature of the house is excellent. There is air conditioning throughout, and it was a particularly hot week when we were there, but we were always totally comfortable in the house. The location is great, as there is easy access to so many beautiful places in Catalonia. We visited Figueres, Banyoles, Cadaqués, Palafrugell, all of which are an easy distance away. It's true that the house is situated close to a main road, but the property and grounds are well sheltered by tall trees and it is totally enclosed with a strong, sturdy gate at the entrance to the property. Inside the house, there is no noise from the road. All in all we had a great holiday here and would gladly return another year. We were all disappointed to come home and get back to reality!

GRACIAS DOLORES

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjours dans cette villa très bien équipée pour une ou plusieurs familles avec enfants. La maison est spacieuse et parfaitement entretenue. Seul bémol la route un peu passante mais la magnifique piscine et le patio nous font oublier le bruit (tout a fait supportable). La villa est située à 20-25 minutes de toutes les stations touristiques et à 45 minutes de Barcelone à faire en train. Dolores est toujours disponible sans être envahissante et d'une extrême gentillesse , on se croirait dans la famille. Dolores on reviendra tres vite vous revoir. une grosse bise des familles Lestieux et Lalut

Super sejour

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans une super villa ,super pratique,super propre et climatisée ou les enfants ont pu profiter de l immense piscine, garage avec table ping pong , baby foot, et un terrain équipé de panier basket, but foot, trampoline, balançoire, terrain volley. Les photos reflètent exactement la villa. Un grand merci pour l accueil et la sympathie de dolores. Petit bémol, la mer est à 25 minute en voiture mais très facile d accès Nous étions 3 couples et 4 enfants impeccable pour ce nombre de personnes .

Wunderschöner Ort zum erholen

Herzlichen Dank an Dolors und Ihrem Sohn Jordi für die hervorragende Betreuung. Sie sind immer parat, falls man was brauchen sollte. Wir wurden toll aufgenommen und mit dem Haus schnell vertraut gemacht. Wir haben uns alle sofort wohlgefühlt! Die Unterkunft bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Ein geräumiges, schön eingerichtetes Haus mit tollen Garten und einem Grillplatz, den wir trotz Winter fast täglich genutzt haben. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und hat alles vorhanden. Es war tip top sauber. Da es etwas ausserhalb von Gerona liegt, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Dafür halt auch ziemlich ruhig. Nach Gerona sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten Autofahrt. Den Pool konnten wir im Februar leider nicht benutzen aber allein der Blick haben wir sehr genossen. Dolors stand bei einem Krankheitsfall sofort zur Verfügung und hat uns sehr geholfen, die notwendige Behandlung zu organisieren. Dafür nochmal vielen Dank!! Es war alles perfekt, von der Ankunft bis zur Übergabe. Auch schon bei der Buchung hat alles tadellos geklappt und wir haben immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Wir haben es richtig genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Great holiday destination

We were looking for a sunny holiday in the winter time and Girona proved to be a great destination. The villa was clean and well equipped as a family of 8 this was an ideal place for our needs. This villa is well situated for all your day trips, just outside the town so you are in the countryside yet closer enough to visit Girona's old town. The helpful owner explained everything we needed to know and helped out in every way. The villa is very spacious and very clean and it was everything we wanted and more. The garden and grounds are very private and well looked after. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Costa Brava. We will stay here again with no hesitation

PERFECTO PARA IR EN FAMILIA!

Después de mucho buscar y cuando temíamos que no encontraríamos nada, tuvimos la suerte de descubrir la casa de Dolors. La localización es perfecta tanto para visitar Girona como para realizar excursiones por la zona. Aprovechamos el buen tiempo que hizo durante nuestra estancia para alquilar bicis y explorar el carril bici así como los montes de los alrededores. La casa es muy cómoda y dispone de todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La sensación de nadar en la piscina después de la sauna era una gozada!! Incluso pudimos usar la barbacoa en pleno diciembre!! El garaje y el enorme jardín hicieron las delicias de nuestros hijos. Además, la propietaria es super atenta y cada vez que teníamos alguna duda, siempre estaba ahí para ayudarnos. Recomiendo esta casa a cualquier persona que desee pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas en familia.

Very disappointing

This house is on a very busy main road with constant traffic, and in accordance with the contract which states that you must speak within 48 hours of any problems, we told the owner that we felt that the description on the website, did not make it clear how noisy this property was and renegotiated the price within half an hour of arriving as we knew that we were unhappy with its position. However, when we came to leave, the owner refused to return our deposit and did not even look around the property which we had left immaculate with nothing damaged - in fact, cleaner and more welcoming to the incoming guests than had been the case for our arrival. In Girona, nothing is open on a Sunday and arriving late on a Saturday, it might have been nice to have at least left a pint of milk. We left some fruit, veg, drink, milk and provisions for the family who followed us. The house itself is OK. It's tired and the crockery is mostly chipped and nothing matches. TH BBQ was good once it had been cleaned by us. The pool was nice but right by the road so impossible to listen to music or chat quietly to your family. There is a nice upstairs terrace but we never sat there as you overlook the road which is NEVER quiet. You cannot sleep with the windows open! The beds do not have top sheets but empty duvet covers. The air conditioning is good if you turn it down to cool but the wifi is not great and you can't stream anything. All in all, you feel they are in it for the money and take no care to make it nice for the families who go there. We took the keys in protest when they did not return our deposit, more out of frustration than anything else, not that it gave us our money back....... It was such a shame as the area (if not the village itself!) is beautiful with lovely mountain walks and coastal villages.

Perfect Villa - Perfect Location - Perfect Owners!

We have stayed here once before, and found everything to be perfect, and so my wife and I decided to return with our two children. Firstly, we had an awful drive through France and arrived at the villa 5 hours later than we expected - Dolors was patiently waiting when we arrived having been there all day, and even offered to do some shopping for us whilst we were still driving, as the following day was Sunday and the shops would be shut. Thank you Dolors! The villa itself is extremely well equipped, all the bedrooms have comfortable beds with plenty of bedding and towels provided. The kitchen is lovely and perfect for cooking for family and friends if, for some reason, you don't want to go out into Girona. There is a lovely barbecue outside also. The pool is fantastic, we had such a wonderful time and spent a large part of every day lounging around the pool in the sun, or playing in the pool cooling off! Wonderful for kids - our 6 year old could not swim very well prior to our holiday, but after plenty of training each day she is now a professional! She absolutely loved the villa and the pool. There is also a garage area with games and plenty of space for kids to play out of the sun - it turned into a play room during our stay if the sun was too strong in the middle of the day. So, the villa is absolutely perfect, and can easily accommodate 10 people (5 couples) or two large families - the more the merrier! We spent many evenings sitting in the heat watching the sun set behind the mountains, and chatting and drinking on the balcony long into the night - perfect. The location is great, Girona is one of the nicest cities I have visited, lovely people, great history and culture, amazing restaurants - we spent almost every evening in Plaça Independencia, it has a wonderful atmosphere at night, and some of the restaurants serve amazing food, the tapas is delicious! Not only that, but Girona is home the the 'best restaurant in the world' as voted by the Michelin Guide - well worth a visit. There is plenty to do in Girona, Escapis was great fun, the castle and the road train tour are a must. All in all an amazing place to visit. There are plenty of nearby beaches also, we visited Platja de Castell, a wonderfully untouched beach, no buildings, perfectly clear water - beautiful. All in all, we would consider Girona is a remarkable place to visit, and this villa is the most perfect place to live and explore. Thank you all so much!

A villa worth recommending

We loved the villa and really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal, a very short car drive into Girona, not far from the airport and handy for the roads to the sea. Dolors met us outside and we were made very welcome by the owner in spite of arriving very late.The accomodation was all we expected, spacious, clean, and well equiped. Girona itself is a very pleasant and interesting area. Recommended visits: Girona, Tossa de Mar, Besalu, Sant Pau, Pals. Barcelona was great, though it was nice to get back to Girona. So much to do and so little time!

"Planeamos el fin de año con poco tiempo de antelación y la verdad es que salió de maravilla. Dolors fué muy atenta y la casa mejor de lo que esperabamos. Perfecta para salir a pasear por el bosque, ir en bici e incluso para ir a la playa. ¡Gracias por todo!"
