Cornerstone Cottage Àr ett mysigt, men ÀndÄ rymliga, familjeÀgda samtida stuga pÄ den privata Lower Mill Estate naturreservat i Cotswolds Water Park.
Lugnt lÀge i avskild vatten trÀdgÄrd bort frÄn de mest trafikerade delarna av Lower Mill Estate, och ÀndÄ bara en kort promenad frÄn det exklusiva spaet (ingÄr för alla vÄra hyresgÀster) och andra faciliteter. Miles av vackra promenader frÄn ytterdörren och ett stort urval av lokala idrotts, sightseeing och avkopplande aktiviteter. En favorit Àr 15 minuters promenad till vÄr lokala puben, The Bakers Arms.
Vi har Àgt Cornerstone Cottage sedan 2003, med angivande av huset för att vara vÄr egen landsbygd "home away from home". Nu Àr vi glada att bjuda in dig att dela erfarenheter och göra egna minnen.

Having lived in Paris for many years, Cornerstone was our home from home - our bolthole retreat.
Our eldest son was born in 2003, the year Cornerstone was built for us. He and his brother have learned to swim here. They have enjoyed walks in the wild, cycling, water sports, sport and just simply getting away with friends and family.
For many years we kept Cornerstone to ourselves, since 2012 we have been pleased to invite people to enjoy a Cornerstone experience as well.

Welcome to Cornerstone Cottage, and to the wonderful Lower Mill Estate.
We fell in love with Lower Mill Estate when first visited and we jumped at the chance to be a part of it. We have owned Cornerstone Cottage since it was built in 2003, being involved in its design & layout. Over the years we have grown to love it more and more and we keep on making new discoveries, and trying things our guests have recommended as well.
The approach to Cornerstone Cottage, with views of the lakes and water gardens, sets the scene for an active, relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. The cottage is at the end of a stone pathway, in a quiet and secluded location away from the Estateâs internal roads, yet within a few minutesâ walk of the Activity Hub and Pilates centre, the lakes, nature trails and the LME Spa.
A perfect venue for all sorts of holidays and short breaks. With 2 ensuite double bedrooms, 2 further bedrooms and family bathroom as well as a fully-equipped kitchen.

Air conditioning is available in the whole house, with substantial upgrades to original insulation specification. Energy-efficient heat pump system provides room heating in winter. .

Lower Mill Estate is a private nature reserve with hundreds of acres of lakes, fields and forests and miles of walking/cycle paths including the Thames Path which runs near to our cottage. For young children this comes alive with The Miss Mouse childrenâs nature trail and treasure hunt which begins near to the house. Childrenâs nature activities are also available during the school holidays. There is also fishing and there are picnic spots around the estate, and you can get up close to birds and animals, including, in a number of wildlife-watching hides.
The Spa is a short walk away. It is an award-winning, multi-million pound delight to the senses. Exclusive to guests at some of the houses on Lower Mill Estate, it is included in your holiday. Facilities include an indoor and an outdoor heated pool, sauna, steam room and gym. A wide range of treatments is available at an additional cost.
Other LME facilities include tennis courts, a multi-sports pitch, table tennis, bike trail and playgrounds as well as an additional outside pool open all year heated to 30ËC and a sauna. Onsite Activity Hub arranges yoga, watersports and other courses, as well as the hire of bikes, canoes, SUPs and other watercraft.
Dining options abound for our guests. You may like to try our very popular private chef dining service.
