Lägenhet med 2 sovrum, 1 badrum med utsikt över trädgårdarna och poolerna. Den har en stor nordvendt terrass.

Excellent apartment

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment in excellent location close to all the bars & restaurants. Toaster broke while we were there and Juan had a new one delivered the next day which was very much appreciated.

Week stay in summer

Very nice apartment with good facilities close by in the golf complex. Swimming pools were lovely and the location was great for airport and beaches.

Lovely apartment in a perfect position.

Great apartment in a fantastic position- close to all amenities, with a very short walk away to be in a quiet location. Great communication with the owner who helped us graciously-when we misplaced door keys- (Keys were later located.) Would suggest guests take a photo of pool wristbands to send to owner before check-out- as the cleaner could not locate 2 of them- even though we had only used 1 and were sure that there were the full 4 upon leaving. When challenged- these were "found" by the cleaner- even though they were in the original bowl that they had been in when we first arrived. All in all- it's a great apartment with everything you could need and would definitely use again. Thank you.

Fantastic 5 star apartment!

Excellent choice for a family of 4. This is our second time in Juan's apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and spacious and you can find inside all you need to have really nice holidays (including a beach umbrella and 2 sun chairs). Three air conditioner units (one for each room) will ensure perfect clime inside the apartment even in the very warmest July-August days. Wonderful and very well kept swimming pools not very crowded even in pick summer days, became perfect for children as they are not too deep. Supermarket inside "La Torre" extremely well equipped with a good variety of groceries open until 21:00 everyday. Enjoined the "mercadillo" every Friday.

Excellent apartment in a great location

The apartment was lovely and clean. Very spacious inside and also a spacious balcony, overlooking the pool. The apartment is excellently located for the bars, restaurant and the market. Would definitely book again.

Nice Stay

The property is lovely, clean and well equipped. Good to have radiators for the winter and air-con units for tbe summer, could not fault the interior. Would have liked the sun on the terrace overlooking the pool but not a big problem in the winter.

Beautifully clean and well positioned near all amenities on the resort .

Juan was a very helpful and kind welcoming man the apartment had everything we required for our two week stay ,I would highly recommend to my friends that it would be the ideal home from home location to stay

Excellent beautiful apartment

Thank you very much Juan Martinez. We had a great time. Once we were settled. Apartment was beautiful, resort quiet due to winter hours but we were out and about most of the time. Perfect for the rest we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. Juan was there to meet us and was so very helpful.

Wonderful Holiday. *****

Stayed at this apartment for 10 days and it was fantastic. Everything you could ask for. We were a family of 4, two adults and two girls aged 16 and 13. Super location, apartment had everything you needed and more. Juan was so brilliant, a real gentleman. Would highly recommend this apartment. We most certainly will be back. Thank you Juan.

excellent apartment for a family stay

The apartment is clean and comfortably furnished. I stayed with my wife and 3 yo daughter and was pleasantly surprised by the apartment it felt very comfortable. The owner Juan was very easy to talk to and meet, he was able to give some pointers for where to go during our stay and really kindly had a welcome pack for us which I thought was a very nice touch. The pool is close which my daughter loved, and the parking is just outside the apartment. Inside, I hadn't realised the apartment has wifi, a washing machine, and towels included which was very helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed to make lunches and dinners, and there is a supermarket about 20m way from the apartment which made everything so easy. The resort itself was a little quiet, with only one of the restaurants on site open while we were there (we went just before the main season had started), however that was in no way an issue for us as we either ate out at the beach or made our own meals. We had rented a car which I think is a necessity if you want to do anything outside the resort, there are some nice beaches with 20 mins of the apartment (we went to los alcazares because the mar menor beaches were good for our daughter), and other nice port towns within relatively easy reach of the resort. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Juan's apartment and would wholeheartedly recommend it as a place to stay, we would be happy to come back, the pool and close supermarket made it an easy place to stay with a young family and the apartment was more than we could have hoped for especially in view of the reasonable price.
