Kaibo A1 är en vackert inredd och utrustad första våningen (hörn / slutet enhet) lägenhet vid Kaibo Yacht Club (Phase 2) i lugna Cayman Kai, North Side. Detta 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet är utsökt inredda i varma färger. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med utsikt över den lugna North Sound Grand Cayman med ett eget badrum och en stor förvaring garderob. Gästen / 2: a sovrummet har en queen size-säng med utsikt över trädgården. För ytterligare gäster finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla apparater och köksutrustning för en bekväm och praktisk semester hemifrån. Den lägenhet är utrustad med kabel-TV (surroundljud) och hög hastighet (Wi-Fi) tillgång till internet samt ett sortiment av spel och DVD-skivor för hela familjen.

Gäster får rabatt på hyrbilar vid Economy Car Rental, Grand Cayman. Bara vara säker på att nämna att du vistas på Kaibo Condos - A1.

Kaibo Yacht Club ligger precis intill (bokstavligen ett par steg bort). Klubben har en småbåtshamn, strandbar, finare restaurang (på övervåningen) med en rom bar, närbutik (begränsade tider), och vattensporter hyror. Varje tisdag kväll, erbjuder klubben en strand grill med ett liveband. Ytterligare matställen finns på Rum Point, en snabb 2 minuters bilresa eller 10 minuters promenad bort. En av öns bästa restauranger (The Lighthouse) är en 25 minuters bilresa bort. Starfish Point är en lätt 5 minuters promenad och är ett bra ställe att njuta av en romantisk picknick och titta på solnedgången.

Detta lugna, avspända område i Grand Cayman är borta från stojet och stimmet i George Town / 7 Mile Beach. Det erbjuder magnifika soluppgångar och solnedgångar över lugna vatten i Karibiska havet. Slice of Paradise!

We started our trip here before a work conference at SMB, and it was the most relaxing spot. The peaceful days made us not want to leave. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home and the hammocks by the Sound were amazing.

Peaceful ocean front condo

This condo was perfect! We loved the private beach. The condo is located directly next door to a great little coffee shop and the Kaibo restaurant. There are several starfish in the water and we had fun searching for them. The feral roosters were great entertainment. Rum Point is very close and the pizza at Rum Point’s restaurant was delicious. If you’re looking to get away from chaos of city life, this is the place to be!

Amazing property in an amazing location. Quiet side of the island and only one hour away from 7 mile beach however a lot to do near rum point!!! We loved our stay!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a lovely family holiday at Kaibo Yacht Club. The beach is steps from the porch, the condo is well furnished and was clean upon arrival and the host was very responsive and helpful. We hated to leave this place, such a retreat from the hustle and bustle!

Perfect stay at the North Side of Grand Cayman near Rum Point. The condo is spacious and equipped with everything you might need for a stay with your family. The beach is just in front of the condo, and Starfish Point is within walking distance. This is a tranquil part of the island which we very much appreciated. In September we had the beach on some days completely for us. The owner was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier and stay a couple of hours longer without charging extra. Perfect stay at a perfect place.

Relaxing Stay at Rum Point.

Nice n cozy. Beach is good for water sports but not for swimming. Condo was warm and comfortable. Kaibo restaurant next door is convenient.

Amazing condo

We stayed at this condo in mid-August and had a wonderful experience. The property was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. The condo is right on the beach, away from busy areas. It's just a short walk to Starfish Point, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Blair was incredibly responsive and quick to reply to any of my messages. Thank you, Blair - we'll definitely be returning!

Peaceful Beachfront Stay with Island Charm

Quaint location at Cayman Kai / Rum Point. The condo is on the ground floor with a lanai that opens right onto the beachfront. It’s conveniently located next door to a great restaurant- the food is definitely worth trying, and we were never disturbed by noise. The property features a nice pool, hot tub, hammock and grill, along with basic necessities for cooking at home. Beach towels and on-site laundry were also a plus. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean, with a charming island feel that added to the experience. The location couldn’t be better; it’s calm, peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Blair, our host, was very easy to reach, prompt, and kind whenever we needed assistance. Although we found it a little tricky to locate initially - even with maps - the area is very safe and quiet. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back!

I love this location

We had a wonderful trip. Love this condo and the location. clean and comfortable, quiet, private beach. Owner needs to purchase a plain coffee maker, the grinder is complicated and too noisy when some guests are still sleeping. we did not use the coffee shop next door because we were up at 6 and it didn't open till 7.

Home without being at home

Blair is the best!!!! From the moment i started to inquire about staying at his property, Blair has been open and in constant communication with myself! Short stay July 24th to 27th

This is a very nice peaceful property. It's everything you see in the pictures and more. On the beach. Place is very comfortable and has everything you need. Only reason I only give it 4 overall stars is because there is very limited places to eat out there. Granted. The time we were there late July is the slow season. Rum point restaurant is closed for renovations I hear. Once that opens you will have the yacht club and run point down the street. Yatch club restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesday during the time we were there. We would definitely go back there again.

Enjoyable

Had a nice stay. Place was as advertised. Very pleased with location. Had to drive a lot, but that was more by design than a complaint. Kitchen could use a few more amenities for those who cook more. Crowds were small at restaurants, I think we were towards the end of the season. Made for enjoyable meals though, no one was rushed. Just a few minor issues could be addressed ( screen door handles, door blinds, etc) but again, no complaints. Just a few minor observations. Had a blast, and pleased with accommodations. Blair wasn’t needed while we were there, but was helpful in preparation for our stay. Thanks again!

Well kept property in quiet location, just as pictured and described. Unfortunately, it was also a very long way from anywhere and the dining options were extremely limited. The restaurant at the Yacht Club next door was only open Wednesday through Sunday and for extremely limited hours (closed at 7 pm) and Rum Point is closed indefinitely. Water nearby is not great for swimming and while a water taxi to Camana Bay is available, it also has very limited hours and we were never able to make it fit our schedule. We ended up spending a couple of hours each day driving to and from the things/places we wanted to see. If you want to relax in the sun, it's a great place but if you're looking for easy access to restaurants and activities, or you don't want to rent a car, this is too remote.

A great break from City Life

This beach condo is exactly as listed, beautiful and well equipped with everything. Blair is a super host from start to finish! We had a senior couple with us a total of 4 and had a truly wonderful relaxing time away from the noise and hussle and bussle of city life in Chicago. It is ideal for those with limited mobility and the surround sound bar for the TV is a plus. There is a good selection of DVDs, we did not see a dvd player and forgot to ask Blair as it was not a big deal to us we were busy enjoying the beach and the island; detoxing from electronics. The AC works really good, cools the place down quickly when we return from a long day outdoors. The maintenance/grounds keepers staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking at the complex was very easy, especially if you have lots of groceries. We liked that there is an electric kettle for the tea drinkers and a coffee pot. The carry out cooler was nice to keep our drinks chilled. We would have stayed 3 weeks but the unit was not available. We did not request maid service so the cordless vacuum was very handy. We definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again in a heart beat!!

Best of the Best

The condo was fantastic and well above my best expectations. The location could not be better, with a direct walk out from the ground floor back screened-in porch onto the beach. Situated near the end of the peninsula between the Kiabo Yacht Club and the Water Cay Public Beach, is a big advantage with access to the beautiful bay and accessible docks. For those seeking adventure, the condo's location is a dream come true. Tours to Stingray City, snorkeling areas, and the bioluminescent bay are all within easy reach, departing from the nearby park and yacht club. Even a water taxi to Camana Bay is just a stone's throw away from the condo, making our excursions a breeze. With the flexibility of a rental car, the Cayman Crystal Caves are only a short drive across the North Coast Highway, and areas of interest of the north and east sections of the island are all within a 45-minute leisurely drive. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and premiere Kitchen Aid stainless steel cookware, which is the total opposite of any other condo I have rented in the past. My primary reason to rent a condo over a hotel or resort room is the ability to prepare our own meals and enjoy the extra space and privacy of dining without leaving the comforts of the condo. The fully equipped kitchen and the patio charcoal grill exceeded my goals and helped make our vacation great. I got more +++ but ran out of space
