Din familj och vänner kommer att ha en fantastisk semester i detta välskötta hem. Hemmet har en omvänd planlösning med det viktigaste vardagsrummet på andra våningen för att dra nytta av havsutsikten. Det finns adirondack-stolar och veranda-rockers plus ett matbord och stolar på det rymliga toppnivån. Denna toppnivå har kockens välutrustade kök med granitbänkar, rostfria vitvaror inklusive två handfat, separat ismaskin, matprocessor, två brödrostar, två kaffebryggare, elektrisk knivslipare och gourmet köksredskap. Matbordet har plats för 10 med ytterligare plats för sex vid den intilliggande bänken. Det finns två sovrum på den översta nivån, ett med två queen size-sängar och ett med en queen size-säng. Båda sovrummen har TV. Alla rum har eget badrum. Vardagsrummet har en storskärm HDTV med surroundljud och Blue-Ray DVD. Det finns WIFI internetuppkoppling (dator ingår inte). Denna nivå har en sektionssoffa, vilstol och två klubbstolar med ottomans.

På den första vardagsnivån finns en häll med våt bar, dryckskylskåp och en bekväm sektionssoffa, stolar och en platt-HDTV. Denna nivå har täckta däck med badtunnan. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare är på denna nivå liksom tre sovrum. Det stora sovrummet med en king size-säng, ett sovrum med en queen size-säng och ett sovrum med en våningssäng och en dubbelsäng. Befälhavaren och drottningens sovrum har plattskärms HD-TV.

Detta är en bra lågsäsong hem med en privat pool som kan värmas, en 4-5 person badtunna från första våningen däck. Tillträde till stranden är en kort promenad, cirka 1/10 av en mil.

Ocean Isle Beach erbjuder en lugn, avslappnad familjesemester med varmt vatten och en orolig strand. Området är ett paradis för golfare med över 30 banor i Brunswick County och över 100 i Myrtle Beach. Det finns bekväma livsmedelsbutiker och restauranger. Om du önskar mer aktivitet, är historiska Wilmington, North Carolina cirka 40 minuter norr och North Myrtle Beach är 25 minuter söderut. För allmänna flygpiloter finns det en Ocean Isle-flygplats 5 minuter från huset.

House was exactly as advertised. Clean, roomy and contained all the comforts of home. Furniture was comfortable and in excellent condition. Hot tub was big hit with kids and adults. Beach in very close walking distace. Owner responded very quickly to answer any questions.

Perfection!

We had the best week! This is a perfectly equipped home for large groups, children, families, etc.! The kitchen is very well stocked, the pool and hot tub are the best, and the location to the beach is awesome!! Barbara is very attentive and answered every question we had promptly! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Location, Everything a Family Needs

We booked this house with 2 other families. All with kids aged 1-6. The kids and adults had plenty of room to relax after spending the day between the beach and the pool. The pool is larger than the pictures would have you believe, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The primary porch has excellent views of the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing all day/night from all floors. It's an easy walk across the street to beach access. The homeowner responded quickly with any questions we had, and everything was ready for us to have a great trip upon arrival.

Perfect House, Perfect Location

This house was perfect for our family vacation to Ocean Isle. It was clean, well stocked and had lots of room to comfortably accommodate our group of 9. The elevator made it easy to bring in (and out) luggage and supplies, avoiding multiple staircases! We especially enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the upper deck each morning sipping coffee and each evening relaxing after a wonderful day spent at the beach! The beach access is an easy short walk away. The pool was a definite hit and family favorite each afternoon! Unfortunately the hot tub was in need of repair, so we were unable to use it during our stay as it wasn't functioning properly. But all else was perfect and we hope to be able to return for another stay in the future! Thank you Barbara for sharing your lovely beach house for others to enjoy!

Super Space!

This home was perfect for a multi-generational family. Lots of space for everyone and very well-equipped. We loved all of the amenities and everything was very clean. The beach access is very close and the views of the ocean were an unexpected bonus. The owner responded quickly to a question that we had and everything was just great! We have stayed at many properties over the years and this was definitely at the top off them all.

A Great Beach House!

This is our 2nd time staying here, and we loved it just as much this time as we did the first time we stayed there! There is room for everyone to spread out! The beds are comfortable. We Will Definitely Stay Again!

We LOVED this property & will definitely stay again! The heated pool was my daughter's favorite! The hot tub was my son's favorite! The views and proximity to the beach were my favorites! Everything was perfect for our family! Barbara was excellent to work with - she was very easy to communicate with and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. We had a wonderful trip and the house was great! The kitchen was fully stocked! The beds were very comfy! It was handicap accessible and felt like home for the week!! The access to the beach was a very short walk. I highly recommend this vacation home!

The home owner was cordial and easily accessible whenever we had questions or concerns. Each of the five bedrooms uniquely fit the needs of our family. Having a den on the second level, provided space for the kids enjoyment! (mini fridge was a ++)They enjoyed castles in the sand followed by jumping waves or using the skim board. Bouchée ball was the contest with the adults! Showers and pool time while each family prepared dinner! We discovered the big tidal pools on the point of the East end on our last day!The only down side was the closest beach access did not accommodate the wagons we used to carry umbrellas and chairs.

Ocean Isle Vacation

Really nice home with a beautiful view. The house was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals including a grill in great condition. We had plenty of space for our group of 11. The spacious decks with comfortable furniture overlooking the ocean was our favorite part. The homeowner checked with us prior to arrival and shared all the information we needed. We had rented vacation homes with family and friends at the beach for years, mostly the outer banks. After my husband became a private pilot, and we were partner's in an airplane, we decided that it would be nice to be able to "fly in" to our own place for relaxing weekends. Ocean Isle Beach was the perfect location, short flight from Alexandria, VA and an airstrip five minutes away. My husband has since retired and due to a vision loss, no longer flies, but we still enjoy our trips to this quiet oasis with the amazing sunsets.
