Fantastisk takvåning med havsutsikt från denna studiolägenhet i Kahana. Royal Kahana # 1202 är inredd i ett tropiskt tema, det gör en avkopplande semester för ett par eller familj på tre. Både köket och badrummet (inget badkar) har renoverats med nya apparater och inventarier inklusive en tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Njut av poolområdet vid havet eller ta en lång promenad längs fasadvägen. Anläggningen ligger på gångavstånd till den lilla strandparken (Pohaku Park) för att titta på havssköldpaddor och surfare, restauranger, bondemarknad och butiker, centralt beläget på västra sidan av Maui. Vi erbjuder gratis Wi-Fi i vår lägenhet.

7 - 14 oktober 2018: “utmärkt läge för bekvämligheter: stränder och nattliv på Front Street (eller dagsliv ha ha!) Havsutsikt och ibland Beachfront! Kylskåp i full storlek hjälpte oss att begränsa utgifterna för att äta ute till bara middag och var ett perfekt mysigt tillfälligt hem till havs för vår smekmånad. Vi vaknade till utsikten över den närliggande ön Lanai och vågorna i havet och somnade och lyssnade på vågorna kom till magi av en resa med bekvämligheten i hemmet också. Anläggningen personal själv var oerhört hjälpsamma, vänliga och gästvänliga! ” ~ Aly D.

Amazing views and everything we needed

The view off the balcony is by far the best part of the unit. It is a studio, so not very large, the pictures make it look a little bigger but it was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Washer and dryer were great, bathroom is nice and kitchen has what we needed - coffeemaker, toaster, blender and some supplies although we did not cook any meals. There is NO beach due to erosion and the pool cabana is under construction (which we never used, as of 4.14.18) the parking spots are extremely small and difficult finding a spot after 10pm just FYI. Overall we had a great time, world class beaches all around. Maui brewing right across the street. Incredible views and you can hear the water from the balcony.

Not our usual vacation with Chase’N’ Rainbows

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was nice, the views from the lanai were great. The first day everything was fine, but on the second day I put some laundry in the dryer,and the lint trap shot the filter out. We called and they sent an electrician out. He fixed it, but a couple days later I put laundry in and it blew the circuit breaker again. We didn’t have power again. My husband thought it could be something major, so we went without power for the rest of our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great vacation in an amazing condo! We were there a week and we really enjoyed the condo, pool and outdoor grill. We cooked pool side several nights in our stay. It is a far walk from the parking however, there were carts that were available when we needed to carry a lot of things. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not happy about no A/C. Had to leave doors and windows open for breeze then listened to obnoxious motorists with loud vehicles roar by below. Unit was smaller than expected. No remote control for the TV. No beach!!!!

Great view, needs updating

Let me begin by saying the views are absolutely amazing. That's the only thing good. On the bad side, kitchen needs top to bottom cleaning. Walls have old food stains, the sink leaks black water. We called and the lady said it's a cracked disposal. No one ever came to fix, the bathroom toilet leaks water, the shower glass is so dingy water stained, the shower drain is so slow. The ice maker trays are broken, the bed comforter is old. I say all these because as a vrbo owner manager I would have changed and fixed and walked the property to make sure things are perfect. Especially if you are asking for those type of rates. Even if you weren't I would.
