Byggdes 2008 ligger denna vackra nästan 5000 m² hem på 10 hektar och har panoramautsikt över dalen och omgivande berg. Den här fastigheten ligger bara 1. 8 miles från staden Lava Hot Springs och backar att BLM också, så en ATV rida in till stan för mat eller tillgång till hundratals miles av ryggskidspår kan hända på ett ögonblick meddelande. Hemmet inkluderar: 5 sovrum och stort bonusrum (sovplatser 20) 120 "Projektionsteater System, granit bänkskivor, 2 bubbelbadkar och en walk-in ångdusch, WIFI, trägolv, on-demand varmvattenanläggning och mjukt vatten, frontbelastning tvättmaskin / torktumlare, vackert däck och utegångs källare med gasgrill, utomhus- och inomhushögtalare, det här huset har allt!

Ett 4WD-fordon kan behövas för att komma åt huset under vintermånaderna, (även om vi har någon som är uppradad att ploga när det snöar). Huset ligger på sidan av ett berg så det finns många variabler inblandade där men parkering nedan och gå 40 varv eller så upp till huset kan också vara ett alternativ för dig.

Serenity

Such a roomy, peaceful home. Everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view, comfortable beds and space to spread out. Hike in trees behind the home. Listen to owls at night and pheasant during the day. We loved everything about this home. Highly recommend!!

The Gathering place

This would be our seventh stay at this beautiful home with all ladies and it’s a perfect spot for playing cards, eating good meals, and playing in the snow. Close but not to close to town to hit the hot springs and shops .Kitchen is well equipped and rooms are beautiful and comfortable for a large group and or family. We will be back again. L Jaramillo

Peaceful with a great view

A comfortable house with a great floor plan, our large family loved our stay at the Lava View Lodge. It was peaceful and secluded, with a wonderful view. It's only a short drive from town, so it's easy to get to activities.

Phenomenal Property

The property was gorgeous! It was a little.tough getting in with bad winter weather, but we made it. The winter wonderland was breathtaking. The owner was easy to work with and responded to questions very quickly.

Superb home and the owners provided wonderful accommodation and support. We will book here again.

The owners went above and beyond to make sure the drive was clear of snow for us everyday. The home is beautiful, and tucked back in a wooded area. Spacious enough to accommodate a larger group and very kid friendly. There is so much to do at the house that we actually preferred to stay at the house and visit with our family and didnt spend much time in town at all.

Friends Reunion

We are a group of women who are all in our early 80s and have known each other since Jr HS. We very much appreciated the location, quiet and cleanliness of your lovely home. It was a well-equipped spacious and comfortable home. Our only inconvenience was obeying the request to take off our shoes while in the house. However we realize that unless you are in your 80s you wouldn’t understand the hitch.

repeat trip, same amazing experience!

This was my second time staying with a group at this wonderful home and, once again, Lorie and Richard provided a great experience! Both the teens and adults had a magical time enjoying the winter wonderland from spacious warmth or sledding and the on-site zip line. Great kitchen, 5min drive to a nice little town (enjoyed the hot springs on a snowy night!), responsive hosts. STRONG RECOMMENDATION!

Beautiful, quiet and comfortable

This house is huge and beautifully decorated. The beds and family space are comfortable. It’s about 5 minutes from lava hot springs. We went for a ladies trip but it would be great for families. The driveway steep and is all gravel. A 4 wheel drive vehicle would be ideal for this location. It did have amazing views. There are a lot of extras in this house. We liked the fireplaces, stocked kitchen and extra bedding. Really loved the house and we will be back.

Perfect family getaway

This was our second winter family trip to this beautiful Cabin. Tons of room for everyone and the jetted tubs are an added Bonus and a quick drive to town to enjoy the pools and hot springs. Can’t wait to go back. Host is great and responsive. The need for 4WD or AWD is serious. Our Subaru Outback and pick up trucks did fine but it is steep in areas and would not recommend anyone try a two wheel drive when there is ice/snow on the ground.

Great Location with a view

Loved the house and the location. Only drawback was the narrow driveway with the steep climb. Just be prepared for the short drive, it is worth it. My families only complaint was the fees list, had never seen one before and it caused some anxiety among the troops. Would recommend this be removed.

Perfect for big families!

We loved our stay here so much and had 22 people in our group. The kids bonus room was awesome because it has so many beds and the rest just slept on sleeping bags on the floor. The rest of the rooms were able to accommodate the adults very comfortably. There were more than enough bathrooms for showers and baths. The property was private, quiet and our kids loved roaming and playing night games. The house is immaculate and a 3 min drive to all the main activities in town. The owners are the nicest people to work with and always available for any questions. We are already planning our stay for next year!

Richard grew up in Shelley, Idaho (home of the Shelley Russets!). Lorie grew up on a cattle ranch near Rifle, Colorado. They met on a blind date at Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho in 1994 and moved all around the country getting educated. We have 4 children.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have always dreamed of owning a place in Lava Hot Springs and when this property became available, we fell in love with it right away. Our family has visited the Lava Hot Springs area nearly every year. We enjoy the swimming pools the most! Next we enjoy the beautiful mountain setting, exciting swimming/tubing activities for kids, and the quaintness of this small town.

Making improvements and painting all of the once-pink walls, have been a labor of love that our whole family has been a part of. A highlight in our week is to get to stay at "Lava View Lodge" on our free weekends but having 4 busy teenagers, it is hard to find the time to get away. As a result, we rent it out to considerate guests on most weekends of the year and find it getting busier and busier.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This home is in complete isolation! The view of the mountains and golf course from the dining room windows sold us on the property. It is a special 'haven' away from everyday chaos. We see deer and jack rabbits nearly every morning. If you consider renting in winter months, make sure you bring 4WD.
