We had a great stay at this property! The condo is in great shape and had everything we needed for the week. Very comfortable bed and well-appointed for a relaxing week. It was easy to use the tram system to get to the beach. Highly recommend this condo!

Amazing Place

I can’t say enough about our stay, it was perfect upscale and walking distance to Baytown wharf! It’s a beautiful community! The beach across the street is one of our favorites! It was also perfect for our family! We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Stay

Property and location was amazing. Close enough to everything but secluded enough for quiet and privacy if wanted. Owners very easy to communicate with. Second time staying at location and was amazing again!!

I didn’t want to leave

Proposal Trip

We did a last minute booking to be there when our son proposed to his girlfriend. We did not receive the access codes or anything by checkin time; however, once I reached out to Denise she provided everything we needed. The condo/apartment was lovely and was perfect for us. We left with no complaints and wondering when we can come back!

Great Location!

Everything was great! We stayed at Hotel Effie last year and this year opted for the VRBO…so incredibly glad we did! The location and view were fantastic! It was such a simple process to arrive and depart as there was no onsite check-in. The unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed! We would definitely recommend this property and will likely rent again next year!

Fabulous condo

This is a fabulous condo, very clean and comfortable. It is very quiet and has a nice view of the bay and golf course. The owner has really thought of everything. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Perfect time of the year to travel to Destin! Perfect weather and best of all relaxing!

Rental owners were very courteous and explained everything to a tee! We will stay with them again. Directions to everything was given. The condo was just as pictured , which was perfect for the relaxing weekend we were looking for!

The peaceful side of Sandestin

We’ve stayed at Sandestin several times, always on the beach side. Sandestin is our favorite place to stay in that area. But what are you enjoyable time staying on the Bayside. We loved to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset We enjoyed looking at the bay, the woods and the golf course. Most of all we enjoyed the quiet. The condo was very comfortable. It is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in at Sandestin. We look forward to coming back.

Way to go!!

We had a wonderful stay here at the Baytown Wharf! The location is perfect in the Sandestin Resort community. There is convenience of shopping, dining, golf, boating and much more…. All very convenient to get to and in such a desirable area. We even did a sunset cruise which left out of the marina. We hope to be able to make the trip again at some point and would highly recommended this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect spot indeed!!

Good little spot

The place was clean, spacious and convenient. It could have used a bit more extras like coffee or bathroom travel items. There wasn’t a close coffee shop to get a morning coffee and when I forgot a bathroom item(lotion), there was not a store close by or anything in the bathroom to use. Beautiful view!

Awesome place just wishes to ha two end tables and two lamps in living area. Besides, that's lovely.

No problems checking in very safe quiet very awesome view of the water in every room. Mattress comfortable room darkners kept early morning sun out also well light. Under garage parking very safe. I can't really say enough about this place but we will be back next year 2021. Happy New Year.

Private, quiet stay within walking distance of pool, food and activities

This cozy spot in Sandestin was perfect for our family’s Spring Break! The King bed was extremely comfortable for me and my husband, and our boys used the pull out couch in the living room. The condo and building is very nice and nestled in a larger, private, quiet community of condos, hotel rooms and small townhomes. Within minutes, you can walk to the pool/hot tub and the village of Baytowne Wharf with shopping, eateries, drinks, an arcade, games, nightly activities and a boardwalk into the bay. We drove to the Sandestin beach one day, and it’s a quick drive either into the heart of Destin or over to 30A communities. Perfect location, very clean and comfortable condo, responsive owner, easy parking, extremely quiet at night, private balcony, large bathroom, very large TV — we highly recommend this accommodation!

Unit was nice, spacious, and very clean. It had a nice view of the bay. We stayed four nights and slept very well in the bed which was very comfortable. Unit is located close to the pool and just a short walk to the nightlife. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. Great having it right off the elevator. Normally I don’t like being close to the elevator because of the noise but we had zero problems. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you’re there to cook. We do not cook on vacation. Furniture was comfortable and bathroom was great. We slept good. View of the bay was beautiful. I gave a 4 star rating for cleaning just for minor stuff like cleaning the floors better under bathroom counter and bed and dusting the bedroom armor. But this didn’t affect our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice unit!!! Thanks again

We chose Sandestin because there is so much to enjoy for all ages from small children to teenagers to grandparents....and everything is within a short walking or driving distance. We especially like the tunnel for golf carts, bicycles and walkers because we can access the entire resort without ever going out on the highway.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The Choctawhatchee Bay view is spectacular from the fifth floor balcony. You will look out over tops of pine trees with Destin night lights twinkling in the distance as you enjoy a picture perfect sunset. The marshes and the bay attract exotic birds and wildlife so you will want to bring your binoculars.
