Cala bianca silenzio e relax

La casa di cala bianca è in una posizione splendida. Margherita è stata molto gentile. Ottima comunicazione. Dal patio coperto si ammira il mare davanti. Si può arrivare a piedi alla spiaggia di cala bianca scendendo da una mulattiera in 10 minuti. È molto comodo non dover prendere la macchina. La casa è indipendente quindi si può fruire dei grandi spazi intorno in totale autonomia. Comoda anche la doccia esterna e il vano lavanderia. La casa è anche molto attrezzata per poter cucinare, con utensili, tovaglie.. Bagno nuovo e pulito. Unica piccola pecca letti poco comodi!

Freistehendes Ferienhaus mit Meerblick

Das Haus steht zwischen Castellamare del Golfo und Scopello in einem Gebiet in dem Ferienhäuser großzügig in der Landschaft verteilt sind. Es liegt an einer steilen Felsküste ca. 50m über dem Meeresspiegel. Vom Garten hat man einen herrlichen Blick über das Meer. Um direkt am Haus im Meer zu baden muss man einen Pfad die Steilküste absteigen und gelangt dann über Felsen ins Wasser. Das Wasser ist herrlich, der Aufenthalt auf den Felsen weniger bequem. Es gibt aber ca. 10min. mit dem Auto entfernt einen sehr schönen Sand-Kiesstrand. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß für 5 Personen und vollständig ausgestattet. Das Bad wurde vor kurzem komplett erneuert. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, so dass man gerne dort kocht. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, es war sehr erholsam. Von diesem Standort aus erreicht man genügend Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb einer Autostunde. Castellamare del Golfo ist ein nettes Städtchen mit Hafen, genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren im Juni dort, zu dieser Zeit ist alles entspannt und es gibt nicht zu viele Touristen, die meisten waren zudem Italiener.

Séjour très agréable en famille dans cette charmante villa

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à 4 dans la villa de Margherita. Dans un endroit tranquille, face à la mer, à proximité d'une crique très peu fréquentée à cette époque de l'année. La villa est super équipée, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Une cafetière plus grande, pour 4 personnes, et un toaster seraient les bienvenus. Chauffage suffisamment puissant pour couper la fraîcheur du matin et du soir. Et même une cheminée avec tout le bois nécessaire. Nous avons bien profité du barbecue et des terrasses extérieures, y compris sur le toit de la villa. Nous recommendons sans aucune hésitation cette villa. Elle est encore mieux en vrai que ce que les photos laissent paraître. La maison est très bien située entre Castellammare del Golfo et Scopello, comme point de départ pour de nombreuses excursions dans la région. Voiture indispensable. Supermarché bien fourni à Castellammare del Golfo ouvert jusqu'à 20h30. Personnel très sympathique. La Sicile est magnifique en avril, couverte de fleurs. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Merci Margherita pour ces magnifiques vacances!

Très jolie maison

On a passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison. Très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. l'accueil était chaleureux, et tout ce qu'il fallait pour le petit déjeuner nous attendait. Déjeuner sur la terrasse le jour de Noël c'est le bonheur.

Wonderful stay in Villa Cala Biancha

During our summer holidays our familiy (4 persons) spent two weeks in the holiday house Villa Cala Biancha (10 Minutes drive to Castellamare) and really enjoyed our stay there. We met our landlady Magherita at the agreed meeting point and together drove to the villa which was wonderful located at the sea side above the cala biancha (small but stony beach with clear water can be reached over a 5-10 minutes trail) The house was clean and tidy and fully equipped with all necessary household aids (and especially also with a new barbecue outside the house). We enjoyed the big garden with lemon and olive trees. With special thanks to Magherita and her friendly family we can really recommend this location and would enjoy to visit Villa Cala Biancha again.

Nice holiday

We spent here 12 days with our two small children. The location is a bit out of the way in a rural area but we were looking for exactly something like this. By car you can reach Castellammare del Golfo as well as the nearest beach in 5 minutes. It also serves as a good location for visiting various sights of Western Sicily. The house itself is comfortably furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped and you just got to love the huge garden. Especially the view over the sea! Maria Rita was always easy to reach and helpful. When we encountered some minor problems her mom came in half an hour to help us. If we were looking for accommodation in the same area we would definitely book again.

Excellente location

Excellente semaine passée dans cette maison idéalement située, à distance raisonnable des sites à visiter sur la côte ouest de la sicile mais dans un environnement très calme et magnifique. La maison est très bien agencée. Les jeux d'enfants mis à disposition ont ravi mon fils et ma fille. A recommander sans hésiter.

CI TORNEREMO SICURAMENTE :)

Infatti tutto l'ho scritto nel titolo della Recensione . Non ci vuole niente di piu'. La case e' belissima . La qualita' e' quella degli alberghi . Pulita, rinnovata , arredata nello stile siciliano, con la cura' dei dettagli, ma con soluzioni moderni. In Sicilia siamo venuti con due bimbe (2 e 4 anni), non ho trovato mai il posto cosi addato per i bambini come questo . Il giardino, il spazio, niente di pericoloso ma anche la casa che fornisce tutto questo che e' necessario - seggiolone, la vasca, il letto per i Piccoli. Solo, la cala e infatti l'accesso sulla spiaggia non e' confortevole per quanto riguarda le bimbe ma non era un problema perche' nella zona ci sono bellissime spiagge che si puo' raggiungere in 10/15 minuti. Alla fine ci vuole una parola della proprietaria, la persona molto simpatica e sopratutto molto disponibile. Grazie mille un'altra volta per la Suo aiuto. Saluti a Maria e Margherita e naturalmente a Castellammare del Golfo.

A recommander pour tous

Maison très, très agréable. Ombre, parc fermé avec jeux d'enfants, terrasse couverte, cuisine très bien équipée, Hamac, transat ..etc... tout est là pour passer d'exélentes vacances. Petite crique difficile d'axès juste devant la maison, mais inaccéssible au jeunes enfants... très agréable plage de galets à 2 km.. Et boucoup de visites culturelles dans les environs. A recommander pour tous !!!

Una casa dove tutti vorrebbero ritornare

Due famiglie con due bambini di otto anni: abbiamo passato a Villa Cala Bianca una settimana di vacanza bellissima. La casa è grande, comoda, confortevolissima e molto pulita, ben accessoriata...non manca niente. In tutti i particolari si può notare il gusto della padrona di casa e soprattutto il fatto che è una casa "di famiglia" che viene spesso abitata anche dai proprietari stessi. Lo spazio esterno, il porticato e il giardino, sono ottimamente tenuti e accessoriati: è un piacere mettersi a leggere sotto il portico o meglio ancora in giadino, dondolandosi sull'amaca o sul dondolo. Il giardino, fronte mare (la cala Bianca, raggiungibile in 10 minuti tramite un sentiero un po' scosceso ma "fattibile", è una delle cale più belle della costa locale) è ombroso e molto fresco, sotto gli olivi tira sempre una bella brezza che durante il mese d'agosto, dà grande sollievo. La parte lastricata del giardino può essere comodamente occupata da due auto. La zona barbecue è molto funzionale, così come la doccia esterna, ricavata all'interno di una nocchia della casa, uno spazio riservato che consente di non usare molto il bagno all'interno della casa, limitando la necessità di pulizie etc. Non mi resta che concludere ringraziando Margherita e Maria Rita per la loro gentilezza e per averci offerto questa bella location per la nostra vacanza, che ci ha permesso di visitare con brevi tratti in auto le spiagge più belle della zona, Scopello e la sua tonnara, Castellammare, la Riserva delloZingaro ...Arrivederci, a presto, speriamo...Elena Ricci

Villa Scopello

Location à Castellamare

Très agréable petite maison face à la mer, avec un jardin bien aménagé. La description donnée par la propriétaire qui est accueillante, est conforme en tous points. L'endroit est très calme, à 3 km de la ville de Castellammare où il y a tous les commerces et de bons petits restos.

Una villa magnifica

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto gradevole in questa casa dotata di tutti i comfort, cosa non sempre scontata nelle case affittate per le vacanze. Cala Bianca, la spiaggia che si trova direttamente sotto la villa non è facilmente accessibile ai bambini sotto i 7-8 anni.

Our stay

"We had a wonderful one week at the house. The house and terrasse are very pleasant and well equipped, as the garden. Outside shower was a plus. There''s a beautiful view on the ocean, especially early in the morning and in the evening when the cars parked in front of the house have left (there''s a small cove with a dirt road down to the sea very close to the garden so cars park in front). The cove is lovely and the sea transparent(except for the plastic trash on the beach which is not always picked up!). Lots of very interesting excursions nearby (Segesta, Scopello, natural parc for hikes, Tonaria di Scopello). We would definitely recommend the house."

Villa located in a calm a...

Villa located in a calm area and gives you a good opportunity of relaxing holiday for family. Despite the fact, that during our stay the Internet did not work (because of trouble in whole area) we had a great vacation and realized that the stay is better without the Internet :). Many many thanks to the owner.

We spend a wonderful week...

We spend a wonderful week in the house at the beginning of July. It can comfortably accomodate 5 adults oferring 2 double bedrooms and 1 single indeed. It is furnished and equipped with all amenities which will make your holiday easy and without worries e.g. we had endless number of towels at the wardrobe. Very clean and arranged with care abt small details making you feel at home. Outside there are three tables (near barbeacue, at the front and in the garden) you can choose to dine & wine or just sit and see the sea from the garden having a marvellous view of a coastline including Zingaro. Unique.. The garden itself is just perfect for kids where they can safely play. Access to the sea and pebbly beach is ard 10 min descent which was fun for us and for our 9 years son in particular but might be difficult for elder people and small kids. At least once per day I was becoming a "sherpa" carrying our 3 years old daughter on my back. There was always an award waiting for us down which was cooling, blue water in picturesque creek. During weekend there were more people arriving to the beach and parking their cars just in front of the garden which is not really a big issue but for those who think this place is an absolute isolation it might be a dissapointment. Certainly, you will need a car to get to shop or Castellamare which is abt 3-4 km from the place and there is a nice, sandy beach and marina you can rent a boat, scooter or bicycle. We had excellent vacation over there.

Abbiamo vissuto in casa p...

Abbiamo vissuto in casa per tutti il mese di maggio e stati molto soddisfatti. Casa all'altezza delle nostre aspettative - in base a presenza in Internet. È bello e tranquillo, dispone di una cucina ben attrezzata + una bella cucina esterna con barbecue e forno in pietra. Bel giardino con vista mozzafiato. Buon shopping a Castellammare del Golfo, supermercati, panifici, fruttivendoli e pescivendoli. Padrone di casa molto cordiale e disponibile. La casa é assolutamente consigliato e saremo di nuovo felici.

"Wunderschön einsame Lage...

"Wunderschön einsame Lage direkt an der Küste zwischen Scopello (zauberhafter kleiner Ort, Nationalpark Zingaro) und Castellammare del Golfo gelegen (Mietwagen erforderlich) Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, wunderbare Küche, offener Kamin, 3 Schlafzimmer, große Terrasse (Meerblick), zusätzlich schöner Außenbereich mit Grillmöglichkeit,und ein schöner Garten. Nette und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jedenfalls gerne nochmals wiederkommen."
