Our stay at this beautiful home right on the Mediterranean Sea was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable —short walk out the front door to two beaches, waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the terrace felt like a dream. The home itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay—well stocked with hair dryers, steam iron, hair straightener, washer/dryer, and beach towels, to name a few. We came for a sisters’ getaway and it couldn’t have been more special. We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating — they truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. They even helped arrange a taxi back to the Malaga airport (52).We’re already planning our next trip back — this home has become a very special place for us. Highly recommend!

Lovely villa, large and clean. Amazing sea views from the balcony. Fully stocked kitchen. We didn't have a car but wasn't a problem, Uber to the airport was 35. 15min walk to beaches, bars, supermarket along the costal path. 10 minute walk to the bus stop where you can get a bus to Malaga.Highly recommended.

Stayed at this lovely property in 2019, said we would be back and it did not dissapoint. The views and location of this property are hard to beat. Walking distance to shops, beach x 2, bus stop. Dulce such a great host.

LUCKY FIND

Great property for a lovely family get together. Good location, with easy access to local amenities, and excellent transport links to Malaga and surrounding area. Property had everything we could possible need, and catered for 9 of us comfortably. Our host Dulce was very helpful on our arrival, meaning we settled in straight away. Will definitely come back again.

Great view of the Mediterranean See

A family with grandparents, parents and children spend a week in the house. It’s great with nice terraces, the pool and enough of space. We walked to the beach in Rincon and visited the beach restaurants. Very typical for Spain. 20-25 by car to Malaga city center.

A most pleasant stay

The view from both deck and pool is seriously fantastic. House is big, has good bedrooms and several bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Layout is good as you have several areas as where to interact yet also privacy. Kitchen is good. Pool being saltwater has this fresh feeling and is of good size. Sra Dulce is clear five star landlord. Check in was swift. We can clearly recommend this house t anyone looking for a stay with a view.

Outstanding Villa!

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children and have just arrived back after staying at this beautiful Villa. The sea view from the balcony and poolside is stunning and we spent many hours appreciating this amazing scenery! The Villa location is excellent for supermarkets which offer delivery or is a short taxi ride away. There are also numerous lovely restaurants a short walk away. The Villa is situated between 2 beaches which offered beautiful walks in either direction. Amenities in this spacious Villa were excellent for a large group of guests with beach towels, pillows, glasses, plates etc.. in abundance! Dulce was the perfect host from communication before our trip, meet, greet and tour on arrival and even helping us to arrange a transfer to the Aquavelis Waterpark during our stay! Our children (ages 9-13) spent endless hours in the pool and enjoyed the table tennis on the ground floor. Thank you Dulce for our stay in this beautiful property! We would highly recommend!

Lovely villa, stunning views and great location for beaches

Fantastic! Villa is lovely and has stunning views across the Med. Dulce (the host) was superb and the welcome cake was a lovely touch. Our party of 6 included two children (13 and 9) and two grandparents (78 and 79). Our stay was 6-13 April and the weather was lovely and sunny (low 20s all week). The villa is on a headland in between two beaches (Cala del Moral and Rincon de la Victoria) - both less than 10 mins walk. The kids loved playing in the goals on the beaches. We enjoyed the views on coastal path along the rocky headland. Warning: there are quite a few steps to get from the villa down to the beaches, but this was fine for our party. The villa itself is fantastic with lots of space. It is south facing and gets the sun all day. The balcony is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the beautiful sea (we actually saw some dolphins). The area by the pool is a fantastic private sun trap with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. We enjoyed the pool, although not heated and may be too cool for some (but not for us). Downstairs has three bedrooms and a table tennis room with patio doors leading to the pool and garden. It also has a large fridge freezer which was fab for keeping the drinks cold. Upstairs has three more bedrooms, a well equipped kichen (with another large fridge freezer) and a lounge/dining room which leads out onto the large balcony. Malaga is c.20 mins away by bus and there are plenty of Ubers. Recommend this villa!!!

Fantastic villa!

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. We were a party of 12, ranging from my 81 year old mother in law to my 2 year old grandson. We all had a fabulous time! The villa was superbly equipped, we wanted for nothing. The kitchen had plenty of everything, there were loads of towels, there were plenty of sunloungers for the outdoor areas, and 5 umbrellas so that shade could be created wherever we needed it. The lovely town of Rincon de la Victoria was only a 10 minute walk away. However, this did involve going down steps. But there was an alternative walk which only took a few minutes longer, which my son and daughter in law took with the pushchair. My mother and mother in law hired mobility scooters from a local shop at a really good price, as they cannot walk far unaided, and they used the longer route to get into the town as well. There's also a good and reliable bus service into the town which only took a few minutes, and the bus stop is only 3 or 4 minutes from the villa. The local taxis are also plentiful and not expensive at all. The only small issue we had was with the air conditioning, which was timed to come on and go off each day, ad we couldn't use it outside of these times. My grandson was going to bed at 8 o'clock in the evening, and as the aircon wasn't timed to come on until 10 o'clock, his room was very hot for the first couple of hours, and this affected his ability to sleep, and we had to use a fan on him to keep him cool. But this wouldn't stop us from using this villa again. It is in a fantastic position, with great views, superbly equipped, and the owners were really nice. They were always helpful and communication was very good. They always responded promptly to any queries we had, both before we went and whilst we were there. I would highly recommend this property.

En vecka i paradiset

Innan vi bestÀmde oss för detta boende sÄ kollade vi recensionerna frÄn tidigare vistelser. Allt var positivt och efter en veckas vistelse sÄ kan vi bara instÀmma! Vi hade höga förvÀntningar utgÄende frÄn beskrivning och recensioner och blev övertrÀffade av verkligheten! Huset Àr vÀlutrustat och i ett mycket bra skick, det Àr nÀra till sÄvÀl service som strand. HyresvÀrden Àr fantastisk, vi fick svar inom nÄgon timme pÄ de funderingar mm som vi hade. Rekommenderar varmt detta boende för lite större sÀllskap. För den som förvÀntar sig nÄgot negativt sÄ kan vi meddela att det blir trÄngt i garaget om man tar en större hyrbil.... :-)

Family vacation with 7 people

Great week in the nice house with an amazing view and location. No problems and location with both beaches and the small city centre very close. The table tennis was very well used but rackets could be updated so could some of towels and bedlinnen. Any way a great week and house would suite for much more people than 7. We rented a car but travel to Malaga we used the public bus, very convinient. We hade a really great week.

Fantastiskt hus pĂ„ en klippa vid havet med en fantastisk vy Vi satt faktisk pĂ„ terassen och njöt av delfiner ute i havet i tvĂ„ kvĂ€llar i rad Trost att vi var ca 13 vuxna och fyra barn sĂ„ kĂ€ndes det inte trĂ„ng, fanns alltid utrymmen för relax Ägaren, Dulce, Ă€r vĂ€ldigt serviceminded, fick hjĂ€lp med att hitta en lĂ€kare snabbt vid behov bl.a Varmvattnet slutat fungera, fick respons direkt och ganska snabbt dök Dulce och en rörmokare upp och löste problemet, pĂ„ en fredagseftermiddag dessutom Vi Ă€r mycket nöjda

An accommodation that can be recommended

Just returned from a great week in Dulce Morgan Megias lovely house, which lies like an “eagle nest” on the cliffs above the bay of Rincon de la Victoria. The house has everything you can wish for - a great view over the Mediterranean, one morning we were lucky enough to see some dolphins from the terrace. There is plenty of room for everyone in a larger company, six bedrooms, four bathrooms/showers with plenty of towels, a great kitchen to make food in, especially if you like to cook together. The associated BBQ section at the pool area was a positive surprise as we used almost every day. The house has several nice places to sit together and eat the large balcony, the pool area and the garden. We were thirteen persons from six years old up to seventy and thanks to the house layout, there was room for everyone to chill out and relax our just having fun. A ping-pong table in the ground floor became a fun relaxing corner. The house has everything you need and we give it 5 stars although the Queen bed upstairs and downstairs were not very comfortable You will not regret staying here! Eva & Roland Sweden

This villa has the most magnificent view from the balcony where my friends and I spent a great of time. Great holiday in a fantastic Villa

What a fantastic holiday we had at this outstanding villa, waking up every morning looking out to sea. We’re a family of 12, adults 7 children 5, ranging from 6 - 16 years. There was plenty for the children to do, swimming pool, table tennis, lawn to play on, board games, and not forgetting free wi fi for the older ones. The villa was beautifully furnished, and catered for all . It had plenty of outside seating and sun beds. There are 2 lovely beaches within walking distance of the villa, and some very nice shops and restaurants. The host and daughter were both very accommodating and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Spectacular location, with uninterrupted sea view, and in quiet residential area. Spotlessly clean, very well equippped and lots of homely touches. Pool and various outside areas are excellent. We particularly enjoyed the main terrace (with very welcome retractable canopy). Dulce (and Ali) was very attentive and quick to respond to any queries.
