Perfect location, wonderful property

Impeccably maintained and immaculately clean. Hosts were terrific and easily contacted, super friendly. Location is very convenient to U of A. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding!

The location of the casita was great! It was close to everything we wanted to see. We visited Barrio Bread, which is just a short walk away. (Tip-make sure to get there before they open and plan to wait in line in the sun. The first time we walked over at 10:30am and they were sold out! The second time we arrived a few minutes before they opened and the line was to the end of the block. We waited about 40 minutes, but it was worth it-the sourdough breads were so good!)The casita was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed! There was an ample supply of paper products, coffee, plastic wrap, and even gallon sized ziplock bags! Most vacation rentals don’t provide those things.I wasn’t sure if we would enjoy staying behind someone’s home in a casita, but the host was gracious and we rarely saw him. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun in the beautiful backyard. My only disappointment was I didn’t get to meet their resident tortoise as he was still in his winter hibernation!Thank you, Mike, for a great stay! We hope to return to Tucson some day!

Great vacation spot

Exceptional rental in Tucson

We just returned from month at this lovely, peaceful location. The neighborhood is not far from central Tucson, the University of Arizona, hiking and biking trails, and state and national parks. For seniors and others who wish to avoid freeways, great restaurants and food stores are nearby. The entire property is lovely and very comfortable, with high end finishes and a fine king size bed. Perhaps the best thing, however, are the great hosts who were most gracious and made us feel welcome. Do not hesitate to rent this excellent property!

Wonderful Home Away From Home

The guest cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay. It provided everything we needed to feel as though we were at home! The grounds/yard was so nice and provided a relaxing cozy place to decompress at the end of night and energized us for the start of our day. The pool was awesome and so relaxing! The owners were so considerate to our privacy but so welcoming and kind! They made our family welcome when they came to visit. We will definitely use this property again and again! Thank you Mike and Bette.

Perfect Tucson Getaway

This property is centrally located making it an easy trip to everywhere we wanted to visit during our stay in Tucson. Mike and Bette were wonderful hosts and their guest house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Tucson!

Tucson guest house

This VRBO guest house was clean, comfortable, and homey. It had everything we needed, was in a quiet, safe, and centrally located neighborhood. The hosts were friendly, hospitable, and communicated clearly and in a timely manner with us.

A Great Experience

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. This property is lovely and private. It's in a great neighborhood and within minutes to great restaurants and local attractions. Mike our property manager was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this location.

Perfect Casita!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely casita with our daughter as we moved her into her dorm at U of AZ. We stay in VRBO's whenever we travel and this sweet home was my favorite of all. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-stocked--Mike and Bette have thought of everything! The location is great--close to campus! The pool and patio are beautiful--This VRBO has everything--including Rincon--their sweet tortoise!

Quiet and peaceful setting

The villa was excellent. All amenities you would ever need. Beautiful landscape with a pool. Quiet neighborhood and close to activities. Mike and Bette were excellent hosts. Definitely would come back again!!

Perfect to visit U of A

The casita was perfect for three of us for our stay to visit U of A with our daughter. It is beautiful and has everything we needed. Very easy access to everything we wanted to do and Mike and Bette were delightful.
